All in all pretty good

Muy cerca del centro, buena opción en Varna

El anfitrión es excelente, muy comunicativo y servicial. Nos ofreció un apartamento mejor que el que habíamos reservado, en el mismo edificio. Fue muy amable con nosotros. El apartamento está muy cerca del centro y es agradable, con una terraza bastante grande. Es una buena opción en Varna.

La ducha es un poco incómoda, pero es algo tradicional en el país, aunque en este apartamento el baño está dividido en dos estancias: una con el inodoro y el lavabo y otra con un pequeño lavabo y la ducha, que en realidad es todo el espacio, así que al salir de la ducha lo haces directamente al pasillo. El camino hasta el centro, si vas a pie, es un poco solitario y degradado, pero es una ciudad segura en todo momento, la gente en Bulgaria es muy amable.

Excellent accommodation in Varna for families or groups of friends.

Everything was very good. The facilities and the design of the rooms are first class. The large terrace has an excellent view of the city. The host handled everything excellently, on arrival we waited 1 minute just to collect the keys.

Комфортные апартаменты с хорошим видом и удобным расположением

Вид с террасы, наличие духовки. До центральной аллеи и моря - 15-20 мин. Транспортная остановка близко. В 15-мин ходьбы есть большой супермаркет, в 10 мин - базар. Мощный напор в душе и кондиционер. Большой шкаф и наличие в нем одеял и пледов

Не убранный помет птиц на террасе, при заезде. Отсутствие сеток от комаров. Не хватало дуршлага и еще одной кастрюльки

Great holiday stay with a balcony with a city view, all neccessary amenities, coffee machine, spacious fridge, comfy bed and a sofa, and more. Krasimir was very friendly and accommodating. Would rent again when in Varna!

An atmospheric penthouse where I would like to stay again

I had the most pleasant stay in the room with sea view. It is in fact a penthouse with a living room and a bedroom. The property is quite atmospheric and with its own charm. The balcony is facing the sea, the port and a part of the old town; it's large enough to accommodate a table and four chairs and is a great place to have breakfasts/ drinks. The shower was good. Bring your toiletries through. There was a small electric stove with two rings in the kitchen, however I did not use kitchen and its appliances, so cannot really comment.

Great location, cozy apartments.

The location of the apartments was great, and they were pretty spacious.

Unfortunately, the host didn't mention that the cooker was hidden in one of the drawers. We thought we booked the apartments with a cooking opportunity but didn't look through the drawers. Too bad :)

Exceptional

Krasimir is one of the best owners. He was nice, helpful and understanding, good man. Views was awesome! All port and coast under you. Apartment was clean and include all you need for life and cooking. . My recommendation you must will take this.

But I should say about minuses. It was some cold, i guess because now is winter. AC saved situation.

Superb

Mr Krasimir was a very nice and hospitable host. He met us and showed us everything needed. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious for two people. There was every household appliance needed for staying for several days. There were also two nice balconies with a city view. The flat is in a rather old building, but it is not a problem. If something breaks, you will definitely get help from Mr Krasimir!

It is of good value if you don't mind no internet.

Walkable distance to most of the tourist spots. Living room is spacious. View is good. Lots of TV channels.

No internet after the 1st night and the host keep saying that he can connect to internet but without helping me to fix the problem. Very small and smelly toilet and with a spider. Very small bed. Broken blinds & broken drying rack.

Property is well equipped with all the essentials. Host was very nice and shared a lot of information with us about the area, places to eat, etc. Clean and cosy. Would definitely recommend.

nice apartment on 5th floor of apartment building. nice balcony with good view. not very spacious but clean and good value for money. we could park our car in the inner yard for a small price. recommended!
