Good value for money

Interior was modern and pleasant to look at. Everything was clean. Breakfast had good variety and was tasty, I liked the machine for making fresh orange juice. Easy connection to wi-fi without the need to play with codes or anything. Free car parking on the territory.

I didn't notice any downsides during our stay, it was short though.

Boa estadia. Excelente pequeno-almoço e simpatia.

Excelente pequeno-almoço. Quartos com boa insonorização. Ambiente tranquilo. Instalações acolhedoras. Colaboradoras/es simpáticas e muito eficientes.

A localização não é a melhor, tem transportes a 10-15mn, mas ultrapassável. Alguma dificuldade em falar inglês com alguns colaboradores, mas ultrapassável porque são simpáticos e disponíveis.

A great place to stay.

This was a colourful Hotel with a lovely quirky decor of bright colour's the room doors were decorated with paintings of surfboards anskd there were colourful paintings of fish hung on the walls. Ourcroom was pleasant and clean with a comfy bed. All in all a good place for an overnight stay especially as the hotel has a restaurant with a set two or three course meal. Breakfast is also available but we did not have time to partake. There is also ample safe parking.

It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. My soup for the evening meal needed to be a lot hotter, the main course was piping hot. The hotel needs better signage as it is difficult to find in the labyrinth of one way backstreets.

L emplacement top!!!! Chambre simple et cosy. Réception top .Petit déjeuner du lundi matin

Grosse surprise en revenant dans la chambre après le lundi que le lit n avait pas été fais ni nettoyage dans la salle de bain!!!!!! Aller à l hôtel et se faire le lit une première !!!!! Et le lendemain matin le 30 avril 2024 le petit déjeuner dérisoire plus de jus d orange plus de pain plus de pâte à tartiner !!!! Il faut dire qu un bus ados était là et que le personnel couraient partout cependant les autres clients n ont pas à subir tous ça !!!!!

Hôtel cosy quais de Bordeaux

Une ambiance presque familiale règne dans cet hôtel, porté principalement par les gérants, le chef (super adorable et très doué !!) et le personnel de salle aux petits soins. La déco est très sympa, l'hôtel cosy, raccord avec l'esprit des quais réhabilités. Bien-sûr le confort de la literie est au top comme toujours pour cette catégorie d'Ibis !!

Uitstekend voor doorreis!

Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie voor diegenen die op doorreis zijn (in ons geval naar Spanje). De kamers zijn goed uitgerust en smaakvol gedecoreerd, ook de badkamers zijn prima. Het ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en goed, zoals je inmiddels van Ibis hotels mag verwachten.

Een van de kamers had een rioollucht die maar niet weg ging, zelfs niet met het raam open. De dame van de receptie heeft zonder problemen een andere kamer voor ons geregeld op dezelfde etage. Uitstekende service!

Very easy to access if you have a car. Also, hotel provides free parking space that always had a free parking lot. Nice and friendly staff on the reception Yammy breakfast Good bathroom Rooms were cleaned every day

Quiet, clean, large room. Good to know (not drawbacks per se): - Location is 20-30 min off-center from train station. - Only the manager spoke English. - Front doors are closed at night (phone# provided to be let in).

Exceptional

The staff here are superb! Friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating. I particularly want to make a special mention for Anne at reception and Delphine in the restaurant, both of whom would go out of their way to help you out, amongst other restaurant staff who worked tirelessly and efficiently. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast has good choice and quality, loved the 'boil your own eggs' station. Dinner was nice from a small menu covering most tastes. They have.a.decent wine menu and beer on draft. Just had a very pleasant stay here and relatively commutable into the city via bus or tram which are circa 10/15 min walk away.

Situated just outside the city in a part of town undergoing a lot of construction so there is currently no access to walk by the river as it is blocked off by concrete blocks. So not really worth venturing out on foot here. Best to walk to the tram and get yourself into town.

Good value

The room and bathroom were neat. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. There was enough parking space.

It would've been nice to have a fridge. It's quite far from the city centre, but still doable by foot. There is a street near the hotel that you'll have to pass when walking towards the centre and it's quite sketchy like others mentioned before in the reviews. Luckily the sun was out till late, but we didn't feel safe to pass that street in the dark.. They are developing the area with a lot of new buildings and i think this situation will disappear in the future.

Adequate for a one night stop

Breakfast was good. Hotel was easy to find from the motorway. I think this is more of a stopover hotel.

I thought from the description that the hotel was closer to the Arkea Arena, but it is the other side of the river. There are however buses for the show nights. Also there is a lot of building work in the area but will be nice area when finished.

Avoid!

Parking near the hotel was available.

Very hard to find and it is in an industrial area. Not good for tourists. The restaurant was closed which meant we had to taxi a long way to find somewhere to eat. Then it was impossible to get a taxi back at about 11pm. The room was tiny with nowhere to rest your suitcase. The bar had no gin. My recommendation would be to stay elsewhere.
