We got an upgrade to the 4-bed villa for the first 3 nights. Amazing views from the master bedroom. Pinky and the staff were so helpful - they will take you down to the shops in the golf buggy or to/from the beach if you are feeling lazy. Beach is only 5 mins away and we preferred Choeng Mon beach to the larger/busier Chaweng beach.. Lovely location - very peaceful, but near to restaurants and beach. Rooms were cleaned daily. Pool was great for the kids. They must fog quite regularly, as we never even saw a mozzy whilst there! Overall I would highly recommend Paradise Island Estate.
The villas could do with a little bit of maintenance (eg tired kitchen cabinets) and although the kitchen was equipped, you may struggle to cook a large meal (though we ate out most nights). But these are minor points.
The pool at the 3-bed villa had no shallow end - to be aware if you have small children (but ours 4/8 enjoyed it).

A quiet, beautiful and private place with a guard at the entrance. We were upgraded upon arrival to the large villa (we booked a honeymoon room) and received a beautiful, huge villa with an amazing pool. The house and the pool is very clean, there is with a mini bar with full of drinks, and cheap. Pinky, the hostess, is very nice, helps with anything needed and the service is excellent, fast and always with a smile. We had a lot of fun. A few minutes walk away there is several amazing temples
A little old . You must have a motorcycle/car to get around the area.

Nice room/garden. I got free upgrade
Stinky smell in the morning, was like the sewer is open directly under the room. As I left earlier than I said I would they ask why; I said there is bad smell impossible to stay. So she came to the room to check and with a straight poker face she said she does not smell anything ((: and for that I am writing the bad review. U should have apologized I did not ask for a refund all i wanted is you acknowledging the problem and fix it for next customer

We stayed in 2 of the villas during our honeymoon trip: the Honeymoon Suite and one of the 3 bedroom villas. They were exceptional! Very spacious, very private, tastefully decorated in a traditional Thai style.
There were ample facilities and towels and toiletries.
The villas are perfectly situated with restaurants, 7-11 and bars close by. It was a short moped ride into Chaweng, and we managed to ride the whole island from this base.
The staff were fantastic - we had our own host (Banana) who was very attentive. This resort also has the worlds happiest security guard!!!
There was daily cleaning available, and the pool was cleaned several times a week. The whole place spotless!
We will not hesitate to book this luxurious property again next year!
Everything was perfect! We loved it all!

Simply put a wonderful place! Pinky and the whole crew was very helpful and went the extra mile to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I was upgraded to a bigger villa and couldn't be more happy about my stay. Spacious luxury home with a super nice pool and beautiful green surroundings, would love to visit again!

Thank you Nisah and entire team for a very memorable and so welcoming experience.
See you again

Fantastic property. It looks great on the pictures so it’s hard to tell if it’s marketing or the real thing. It’s the real thing. Rooms are spacious, private pool for relaxing, enough space for friends, family or business guests. Staff was nothing less that stellar. Air conditioning is available in all the rooms and common spaces which is not always the case in Thailand.
10 of us spent two weeks in Thailand traveling around and this was the last stay before leaving. What a great way to end the trip.
Booked the 4 bedroom and 3 bedroom villa for a guys trip. Everyone was able to get their own room which was great after sharing a room for the beginning of the trip. Nisah coordinated a private dinner in house with 10 courses and two chiefs. Hands down the best meal of the entire trip.
Getting in and out was a breeze, able to use grab and other taxi services without issue. Property has onsite security making everything feel very safe. And each house is equipped with a safe to lock valuables.
Overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice retreat away from the chain of hotels. This gives you a private experience that’s still close to everyone you want to do at a price that isn’t restrictive to the masses.
The location is an extra 5 minute drive to the main tourist beach area located on a private road. You’ll have to provide breakfast yourself or have it arranged however the houses we booked had full kitchens making cooking a simple task.
Honestly nothing bad to say about this experience and that is echoed by 9 other people with very different tastes and preferences.

Nisah was the absolute best! She made our stay in the honeymoon cottage much more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had (extra pillows and bedding- which she promptly delivered) and was so kind. I forgot an item at check-out and she even mailed it to me. We can’t thank her enough for making our short stay a lovely one.
There are some minor improvements to the honeymoon cottage that could be made(a few rough spots on the floors and the water in the shower goes everywhere), but nothing that negatively impacted our stay. We still highly recommend.

The Property Manager Nisah went the extra mile to take me to Food Mart to get some food for the next day. My plane arrived very late so she offered to take me so I will have something to eat. I really appreciate this extra effort to make my stay wonderful.
The property was a bit too big for one person but it is a beautiful villa

We had a wonderful and stress-free stay. Our hostess Nisah was very accomodating, helping us with everything from renting a motorbike to laundry.

Amazing stay for a group in a decent location with an extremely good and friendly stay manager, Nisha. She helped us whenever needed

Location was hard to find. Taxi from airport dropped us off a few blocks away
They did not have the villa we booked. They try to accommodate by giving us 2 smaller villas but the amenities were lacking in comparison. Previous guests on the villa we booked got Covid so they had to quarantine and the unit was unavailable to us.

What a beautiful property 🙌 such a secluded paradise but still pretty close to the restaurants and shops. The hot spa and cold pool is the best when you’re chillen out on those hot nights
nothing!

Huge villa, nice pool, very clean.
Amazing staff, available at all times and really caring.
One of the group eats gluten free and the staff had prepared especially to arrange gluten free bread for breakfast.
Bike rental available.
You really need to have a bike/car to enjoy the area, but that is the problem in the majority of the resorts in the area.

The privacy in Paradise Island Estate is incredible. We booked the honeymoon suite and were very happy to find out that it has a private pool and hot tub. There is a security guard from 6 pm to 6 am who made us feel very safe. The property manager Nisah was very helpful and responded almost immediately to all of my questions on whatsapp.
We really enjoyed our stay!
The road to the hotel from the main road is not very well lit and the hot tub takes hours to fill up

Nisah was the best on the Villa. She is a lovely person and takes very good care of your needs. The Villa itself is quite big and in a calm protected area. The night guard was very funny. Cleanliness was good. Nice spacious bathroom.
Nothing dramatic.
Some worn off equipment could be replaced (kitchen cabinet).
Terrace floor outside could need some high pressure water cleaning to improve the overall impression of the Villa.

It was a beautiful house and a very friendly caretaker Nisah. She was extremely helpful helped us with everything starting from arranging a two wheeler to activities. I would recommend that you hire a two wheeler Or a four wheeler it's a must if you are looking to go around kohsamui and although there are a lot of eating joints around the villa it's a must to have atleast a bike to commute. Overall the place meeets your expectation we booked thr honeymoon villa with private pool it was one of the best property we have stayed in and we had an entire 3bhk villa to ourselves which is so spacious and well maintained.

This property has it all - but its unique quiet nature is what makes it special. The staff are super friendly and were exceptional throughout our stay.
all was great
4.0
The staff was absolutely adorable and very helpful especially the security guard at night, and Nisah. Also we really enjoyed the private pool and the intimacy.
The fact that almost everyday we had to contact the owner to report issues such as: every other day there is no hot water and light of the pool does not work, flushing takes a lot of time to recharge, the breakfast is very poor and it is served quite early in the morning in the room’s garden so if you wake up later, the food becomes cold and infested by ants and other insects in the garden.
Also the bed is very hard, they do not give tooth brush, and they clean only every 2 days (and honestly the room did not looked cleaned but only tidied up).

We enjoyed our week at Paradise Island Resort. The villa was very spacious for our family and we enjoyed our private plunge pool. Also special mention to our host Nisah, who attended to all our needs. Thankyou

Besides the place, which is excellent, the staff is amazingly kind and helpful.
Thank you for your attention and the special breakfast gift by Nisah, who kept track of what was my favourite Thai snack during the smalltalk on check-in and brought it to me on our last meal on the villa.

We liked leaving.
Although the lady at reception was lovely, this was one of the creepiest hotels/villas we have been to and we have been to 8 hotels since our 3 week stay. The place is huge which is good if you have a big group of people however upon arrival we were told that because of the storm there was no hot water... and the wifi is really poor. We understand Koh Samui doesnt have the best water supply when it comes to the aftermath of storms but when told a tech would come at 3 and still at 7 cannot take a good enough shower with a mouldy shower head. There were lizards crawling up and down floor boards, the doors didnt close properly in bedroom with the door being opened throughout the night for bugs to be let in, which we obviously dont like. Having someone in the morning to come cook you breakfast is a bit odd also, however is a nice gesture. We had to leave as we didnt even want to stay the rest of the evening as we felt uncomfortable. The water comes out orange brown in the bathtub and the location not very good. I really do not recommend.

Amazing villas to enjoy days of relax.
Very comfortable and super nice rooms. The owner was super attentive and nice.
The breakfast was prepared in our villa but without letting us know. Was a bit of surprise to wake up with noises in the kitchen and discover that the were making our breakfast in our villa

i loved everything in the villa.
i guess there could be a way to avoid insects, they were not so many but for someone like me who gets paranoid .

I cannot recommend this stay enough. The Honeymoon Suite was amazing, jacuzzi as well as a pool, huge open plan and homely. Breakfast was prompt and delicious each morning and the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. Stay if you get the chance!
