About this house rental

Adorable, quiet and charming three bedroom home in the medical center area. Our home is accessible to main highway ( I-10, inside loop 1604 and outside loop 410). It is 20 minutes away from Sea World, Fiesta Texas, Lack Land Air Force base and La Cantera and downtown (The Alamo). Major hospital like Methodist, VA , Christus Santa Rosa and University Hospital is only 5 minutes drive. Randolph Air Force Base and San Antonio Military Medical Center is 30 minutes away. The VIA bus system depot is less than a mile from the house.

Our lovely home is two story house with open floor plan with a nice and updated kitchen, dining room, living room and big family room. It is located in a small peaceful neighborhood. All bedrooms are in the second floor with 2.5 bath. The backyard has covered patio and matured trees.

We’ve stay in many VRBO’s for vacations and trips. This was a great rental and matched the listing. Easy check in, flexible, clean and well stocked with all the things you would need. The neighborhood appeared safe and maintained. Plenty of room inside the house for our family. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in the area.

Neighborhood is a couple blocks off main roads. Very quiet and close to everything you need. Beds were comfortable, place was clean and had everything you need for the family to have a nice time. Back patio/yard is private and a great place to sit and relax. We had no issues and enjoyed the stay. Host is an excellent communicator.

Frankirk sent me all the information I needed even before I left my town so I did not have to worry about receiving information just days before. They sent me clear instructions on what to expect and of the appliances in the house. While we were at the property, any questions we had were answered right away they responded to me no matter the time of day.Their service was wonderful We would not hesitate to rent from them again. The property is beautiful and very close to a lot of stores, Mall, restaurants. We were happy to stay there:)

The house was just as described/pictured. It's a tight neighborhood with small yards, but it's a spacious house with room for everyone, and the little back porch was a perfect outdoor space with lots of shade. The house was attractively furnished and decorated, well-stocked, and everything was spic 'n span. All the appliances and HVAC worked perfectly and kept us comfortable for a week-long stay. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing level of detail, Jose was very responsive and friendly. Home had many amenities and things to do for anyone, especially for families. Beds were comfy and home very clean. Great location to get around! Would highly recommend.

This was a short notice booking to attend a funeral. The host was very responsive and accommodated our special request. Pictures are accurate! The house is near the hospital district and centrally located. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house really did feel like home. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Best of all, it was very clean with attention to details. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend this house to friends and family. Thank you for being such a gracious host!

This property is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood located just a few minutes away from mostly everything you’ll be needing. The property itself feels just like home and has all accommodations you’ll need. The host has great communication and replies within a reasonable time frame, any questions or concerns are always answered. Highly recommend this property for you San Antonio stays.

Staying at this property was amazing. The host is very helpful and it is very easy to communicate back and forth while replying within a reasonable amount of time. The house is beautiful, location is nice and quiet and it is close to most things to do in San Antonio. Overall excellent house and host. Absolutely superb. Jose has done everything i requested for and the house is super clean, we had lots of fun with family and friends there. and from sea world it is just 15 miles away. I would 100% recommend this place to my friends and families to stay here again. Haave a nice day.

Love this place, if / when I come back, definitely will re-book. A very lovely property, with a sweet little back yard to enjoy your morning coffee before others wake up, super location for everything we needed to do. Helped my daughter look for apartments for upcoming UTSA semester. Jose was super responsive, great instruction booklet, house was actually way more than we needed, but it was so lovely, I'm glad we came here. Kitchen was a really nice set up, he has both the kurig & drip coffee - perfect for us, as we had two different preferences in the house. It was only 3 of us, and it was super roomy. I HIGHLY recommend this place, the host is FANTASTIC & keeps this place in great shape. Nicely decorated, but not cluttered, it really felt like home away home right after the house keeper visited! We got to use the garage too! Perfect!

This was our second time staying in this Medical Center home in San Antonio. Just as before, the property was very clean and easily accommodated our family of 6. Between the rice cooker, electric kettle, and numerous appliances, we enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. For our needs, there was plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, and two separate living spaces to hang out. Highly recommended!

Our family (our daughter and spouses) stayed here to attend our nieces wedding. We were very comfortable. There was a child size table and toys perfect for our 3 year old granddaughter. This house was close to the wedding venue, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect! It's beautiful, clean, cozy, fully stocked kitchen. This home is in a nice quiet, safe area. I'm very picky about the VRBOs we stay at and this is definitely on my top list! Thank you to the owners for such a beautiful well kept home.

Perfect house for our 3 couple travels. Well supplied even with some extras. Beds were very comfortable. Extra blankets were needed. Table was great for our evening games. It was nice to be able to house 2 V ars in the garage. Thank you for a nice stay!
