Great cottages!
Location is not that good

A surprise with bushes around the irgi near the house is a bonus!

Have stayed here before. The holiday homes have everything you need in them. Large fridges and small freezer space. Parking right outside the allocated cabin. Sauna was good for an electric one. Beach a little far from the cabin / sauna, but manageable. About 300 meters. Staff good despite having some issues with both check in and check out due to technical problems.

We spent one night in a cottage with 2 bedrooms. The cottage is very comfortable, great beds and well-equipped kitchen, very nice open space with a big window that opens on to the snowy forest. The resort is on the shore of a big lake, beautiful trees. I would have given a 10 if we hadn't had the key problem and a 9 if the next day the resort manager had called me to apologize. Now I can't give but a 8.
We had quite a situation at our arrival in the resort as our key was missing, the keybox was there, the code was ok, but no key in it! Empty keybox and dark and cold and late, not nice at all. And no staff in the resort. We had to call a maintenance number and wait for the key. We finally got 45 min. later. I would have appreciate some personal apologizes from the resort manager, but nothing, not the slightest message.

The holiday home located in the nice silent area. Prisma supermarket is just in 10 min away. There were a lot of nice equipment inside such as drying cabinet for clothes, dish washer and warm floor.
Sauna is really small for a 6-people house.

Nice grounds and facilities.
Sauna only heated to 60C

The cabin that we rented is cute & compact. It is facing to the sun perfect for holidays. It has seating place outside the cabin. The facilities is perfect & the surroundings was perfect.
The shower area. When we take a shower, the whole bathroom including the toilet area will be flooded with water, not too sure it is by design like this.

The cabin was very nice and bonus for the smart tv! Sauna was lovely and and the cabin was well equipped.
The accommodation is a bit on the expensive side considering that you are staying less than 24 hours as check in is at 4pm and check out at noon. We were able to check in at 3pm, which was a nice thing but 2pm would be so much more reasonable.

Completely unacceptable was the dog show some 50m away with shouting people on Saturday morning at 7am and Sunday morning at 8am and the show went on until late afternoon on each day with many external visitors and barking dogs. We complained on Saturday morning but got an answer, that rauha is not guaranteed after 6am. Which is very strange as we assumed to have booked on a campsite in RAUHAlahti, but on those 2 days there was only lahti but NO RAUHA:
not even an apology or any sign of compensation. for this unbearable circumstances. External visitors are usually not in crowds of 100 at any camp site we know. We had to leave the mökki on both days to spend a quiet day somewhere else. We are not sure if we come back after his experience. All the years we were staying we were extremely happy with everything, not now.

As we (2 adults with no kids) approached the reception I started regretting my choice of the hotel as the amount of cars, kids and noise was overwhelming. However after getting past the gate onto the hotel territory, which is huge, kids somehow spread around and are not concentrated in one place anymore :) So our stay was very peaceful. We stayed in a newly assembled cottages with attached sauna, small but fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. The cottage features 4 sleeping places: two single beds and 2 transformer armchairs. There was perfectly enough space for 2 of us however if there would have been 2 more people there would be no place for bags, for example. Air-conditioning in a cottage was a big plus in summer heat. Grilling hut was just behind out cottage and beach 2 min walk away. Cottages have absolutely lovely terrace pleasant to sit on in the evening. Kuopio is 7 km drive away.
Breakfast was not included, and restaurant of site closed. Reception offered cold breakfast (cold sandwich, yogurt, coffee, fruits and vegetables) for 7,90€ however we preferred to drive to Kuopio city centre to get hot breakfast with porridge, omelette, sausages, etc. instead.

Great location and close to the wonderful little beach
Was not very clean, basement area was particularly damp and dingy with mould on tiles. Needed some upgrades and a deep clean all over.
