Will never go back to this place!!!

Nothing!

The entire place smells like a huge kitchen—just horrible. We booked a room but couldn’t stay for the night we paid for because the level of cleanliness was terrible. The support was also bad; there was no one to talk to except an AI chat on WhatsApp! In addition they took our money without even offer a refund as we didn't stay the night even we paid!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Keinerlei Personal zu erreichen. Direkt an der Straße mit Straßenbahnlärm.

Abfluss im ersten Zimmer komplett verstopft. Der Flur hat stark gerochen, der Geruch kam über die Lüftung auch in die Zimmer. Reinigungswagen mit Abfall stand mehr als 1 Tag im Flur. 2x Feueralarm in 5 Tagen. Sehr laute Umgebung.

Lovely place to stay in Berlin

The location is good, the tram is right outside. Beds were unbelievably comfortable. Whenever I asked for something from the numa team they responded quickly and I was able to get everything I needed.

It was hot while we were there and there was construction going on right outside so if you opened the door it was extremely loud. Nothing that numa could do about that so it's not a negative thing towards the accommodation itself. We weren't there much during the day anyway.

Technical flaws and noisy trams, but very convenient for a short stay.

The location is fantastic, and the online check-in and -out was easy. The room was small but neat, and just fine for two people. We did not bump into many other guests.

Our room faced the street - the persistent, whole-day-round noise was unbearable. We had to close the windows, which made the room very hot, while the AC was broken. We contacted the staff via WhatsApp, but after a lengthy chat, they informed us this hotel branch currently does not provide AC.

Lovely place!

Loved the place. Nice design, very clean, very well organized with the check in and check out. Quick responses via WhatsApp. Loved the balcony in my room. Loved the facilities, there is everything you need, iron and iron desk can be taken from the facilities room. Coffee, milk and tea are in the room. Location was also good, close to the Ostkreuz station.

There is a tram station right in front of the rooms, so if you keep the window open, the noise is very loud. But it did not bother me, because the windows were very well sound proof.

Стиль, чистота и порядок. Близость к Берлин Арене. Раньше времени пришло уведомление, что номер готов и можно заселяться. Вкусный завтрак утром у двери.

Несколько раз писала и через Букинг и на вотсап, были вопросы по тому, каким транспортом добраться и когда придет смс оповещение. В номере были вопросы по кофе машине. Не могла сделать кофе. Все бесполезно. Чат бот отвечает не по теме.

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr sauber, die Wände waren noch wirklich weiß und sonst gab es auch keine Mängel an irgendwelchen Gegenständen etc. In der Umgebung mit genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten falls man die Küche im Zimmer nutzen möchte und direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Bahnhaltestelle. Zudem war der Check-In und -Out sehr einfach übers Handy zu erledigen, allerdings wäre ein wenig Menschenkontakt auch nicht verkehrt.

Der Blick in den Innenhof ist leider nicht so schön, aber das hat wohl eher was mit Glück/Geld zu tun.

Super Wochenende in einem super Hotel mit einem herrvorragenden Konzept.

Die Haltestele der S Bahn war dirket vor der Tür. Von da aus konnten wir alle Ziele bequem erreichen. Friedrichshain hat schöne kleine Restaurants zum Frühstücken und schöne kleine Geschäfte, Sonntags gibt es einen Trödelmarkt. Alle anderen Ziele kann man bequem mit öV`s errreichen. Hotel/Ausstattung war super. Sehr modern, geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ich könnte hier nichts aufzählen. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Tolle Lage & Ausstattung. Modern & sehr komfortabel.

Das Familienzimmer mir Balkon war sehr komfortabel und für uns sehr gut geeignet. Wir haben uns über die Aussicht sehr gefreut und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung. Allgemein ist alles sauber, neu und bietet eine tolle Anbindung an das Berliner (Nacht)leben. Danke für die tollen Tage!

Modern apartment in a lively neighbourhood

The accommodation is less than 10 minutes walk from the main train station, easy to get to the city center or to the airport. The building is in a quiet side street, shops are few minutes away and plenty of restaurants and bars as well. My room was very new and clean, comfy bed, heating and good wifi. The check in was super easy, got the check in codes on the day of arrival. There is no reception but they are available on whatsapp all the time.

I've got an email one day before arrival saying the wifi strength is bad in the building. I made me very worried, since I had to work during my stay. I reached out the customer service and they said, it has improved in the last few days, I don't have to worry. And indeed, the wifi worked perfectly fine.

Die Lage war super und die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sauber.

Die Heizung ließ sich zwar hochstellen, aber die Zimmertemperatur kam nur auf 18-20 Grad. Die Dusche war ebenfalls nicht richtig heiß und mit fehlendem Wasserdruck.

Toller Aufenthalt in Friedrichshain

Durch das Januar-Angebot ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Unkompliziertes Check-in (mit Code, den man erhält). Sehr bequemes Bett und perfekte Anbindung (M13, Tram 21 und Bus 240 direkt vor der Haustüre) zu S&U. Alles vorhanden was es braucht. Und es hat eine Entsorgungs-Stelle im Erdgeschoss. Und eh eine tolle Lage: Nähe S Warschauer-Strasse und somit ist man schnell im südlich oder nördlich der Spree, wie auch im Zentrum oder Westen.

Im Jahr 2024 gibt es halt 2,3 Design-Dinger, die lieber schön als praktisch sind... (Beispiel: Duschen, in welchem man nicht gleich auch das ganze Bad wässert) - alles halb so wild^^ :)

Comfortable with great facilities and location!

I would stay there again

the bed is extremely comfortable. courtyard room was silent, window shades were thick to block the sun. nice to have a yoga mat in the room and the space is enough for one person to comfortably exercise.

pillows were very big, thick and difficult to settle into even if after a few pulls you could arrange the shape to your liking. the working table was not very user friendly. not enough electric plugs for such a nicely thought hotel. the sauna was only open upon request after 5 until 10.

Hmm... not so clean and expensive

Good breakfast and nice lobby

The rooms were simply not clean. Switched 3 times room (loft) and 3 times something different was not clean. After complaining the women at the desk was everything but friendly. The sheets were not clean, floor not cleaned and face mask fron previous guest on the table. Would not recommend to go there.
