It was fantastic! One of the best hotels we have stayed at… will definitely recommend to others.
We were really hot at night sleeping. The road noise was a little loud so we have to keep the windows closed and the room got stuffy.
3.5
Front desk staff and concierge were superb as was restaurant staff.
Room adjacent to main road coming into town was noisy. Cost is quite high.

Wish it was closer to town.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive and efficient. We were given an upgrade to a room with a large balcony and incredible view. A special thank you to Giovanni who helped us check in, to Andrea who was so gracious to us in the dining room and especially to Fabri who took so much time helping us figure out hiking trails and sights. A wonderful three days
We didn’t realize it was so far out of town. it took us about 45 minutes to walk into town on a pleasant pathway but it would have been fairly dark walking back after dinner. They did offer a shuttle to and from but we felt the location limited our eating options. However, the beauty surrounding the hotel made up for any inconvenience.

Excellent quality of rooms and public areas, exceptional staff service and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them.
Views are fantastic too, food excellent.
Will definitely stay again
Nothing relating to the hotel.
We didn’t realise that during May 50% of the town is closed between ski and summer season so not many shops open.

the service is average
they wanted to charge me for a late checkout after spending 1500€

the service and staff are amazing. also the setup of the resturant and bar area are well decorated alongside the lobby. also hotel is clean and well maintained. over all I liked it.
room too small, bed not comfortable, and it’s extremely hot Aircondetion not working although I notified the reception multiple times without having it fixed despite their comments they fixed it. also it wasn’t in the downtown area had to drive everyday for some downtown fun.

location and facilities
terrible breakfast, room location was terrible. we were woken up too early by setting up off the breakfast and bothered by constant foot traffic in the hotel

The spa was excellent but was open to visitors from the outside.
The rooms are small with poor lighting.

The staff is great 👍👍👍

the room and spa was lovely, very relaxing
We had booked breakfast included, it was a surprise to find supplements for a number of items including 60 euro for two glasses of champagne. Evening dinner was very good but again the main dish was served with no sides these again was a supplement. We enjoyed the stay and found the staff very helpful and pleasant. We can’t quite understand why we wouldn’t return other than the seemingly need to constantly want to charge extra for two many items.

little too expensive and small

very nice place, good food, EV charging, beautiful location, dog friendly and great staff who made up for the spa incident - lady at spa reception and Eduardo at the front office.
It was havoc at the spa reception with what seems like a social “photoshoot” going on. Didn’t think much of it as it was a pretty place. We were still politely welcomed by the staff and given towels, intros and all. however, just as my husband went into the pool, their new marketing “manager” taking photos from the reception gestured for him to move out of the pool as he was in the shoot. We were shocked. I immediately went to ask if the pool was closed but it wasn’t. He went back into the pool thinking she was done but no, she asked him to move out of her shoot again. This should not have even happened once, but it happened TWICE. Definitely not acceptable for a “five star” spa RELAXATION experience. It should be common sense and decency that you should schedule any shoot for when the pool is closed instead of gesturing to guests who are just about to relax to move. For their social marketing manager to take this for granted I remain astounded. Terrible sense of entitlement thinking she could just storm in whenever to do whatever she wants as apparently she gave the staff no warning either. Unbelievable. I hope this isn’t the direction the new management is taking.

The location is absolutely stunning. The staff are amazing, they will treat you like royalty. The spa is beautiful. Breakfast is top notch with local ingredients and very satisfying. The restaurant is expensive but we had one of our best meals in Italy there. Clean, beautiful and just perfect.
We loved everything about it.

Standard rooms are small and dark....we could not get the deluxe rooms which have a small balcony albeit the room size is the same as standard. Despite the luxury look of the hotel, the rooms and food are not commensurate with the look. Restaurant staff provide good service but the reception is very average being either rather cold or friendly but not very knowledgeable.

The spa facilities at the hotel were absolutely amazing! There was a lot of options from heated pools with jets, to saunas, to steam rooms, cooling showers, and more. The view from this resort was STUNNING 😍! These two things alone made for an amazing stay. Another perk was the fabulous bartender at their hotel bar, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and kind.
The only downside was the lack of a/c at the resort. I do understand that the majority of the year it is quite cool in this area, however we visited over the summer and it is warm during the day. Despite the evenings being cool, even with the room window being open the room did not cool down. The resort team were extremely kind and brought a fan to our room to assist and it did help some but it was still a bit toasty in the evening.
4.5
Rooms were very comfortable, even if ours was a little small. But the balcony facing the incredible view made ip for it. Breakfast was delightful, and the service was cordial and friendly. Dinner was a little disappointing and not great value for the high price. I liked the gym in particular, very well equipped.
The restaurant at dinner proved a little disappointing.
