De ligging, aanwezigheid parkeerplaats, ruime kamer en het zwembadzwembad

Het bed: toelichting - twee eenpersoons matrassen tegen elkaar aan op een te groot tweepersoonsbed bij elkaar gehouden door een hoeslaken en topper. Beiden waren niet passend waardoor het geheel steeds verschoof. Wij hadden de bovenste kamer

Położenie blisko centrum, ale na uboczu, piękny ogród i basen, smaczne, obfite śniadanie w ogrodzie, miłe przyjęcie i porady dotyczące zwiedzania Orvieto.

Oświetlenie w pokoju było bardzo słabe, trudno było czytać przy takim świetle, wyposażenie pokoju średnie, choć wystarczające na krótki pobyt

Amazing stay at a perfect property!

Amazing stay at an amazing location! The owner greeted us as we arrived. The property was breathtaking, we rented the apartment and the space was fantastic. We are a family of four. The apartment had two large rooms and two bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was immaculate! The grounds are gorgeous and the two little dogs are friendly and fit the ambiance. The location is perfect, quiet yet easy at access all the beautiful towns- especially Orvieto. Extra bonus was the delicious breakfast and coffee!!! This was a five star experience with a family feel.

This place was every bit worth our money!

This B&B has a lot going for it: beautifully situated at the foot of the "Rupe", the plateau on which the old town of Orvieto was built; a nice swimming pool in the middle of the greenery; a spacious room; a tasty buffet-style breakfast; there's a restaurant nearby (a three-minutes walk); the center of the town can be easily reached by car (a couple of minutes); and there's a (quite steep) path at the back of the B&B that leads up to one of the town's gates. Above all, Francesca and the people who surround her are friendly and did their best to make our stay comfortable. We particularly liked the diner that they prepared on the last night of our stay.

- Sehr schöne Anlage mit einem wunderbaren Garten und Pool - Freundliche Gastgeberin, die gute Tipps geben konnte - Gemütliche, liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer - Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine im Flur sehr praktisch - Fußweg ins Zentrum von Orvieto direkt hinter dem Haus

- Leider kam das Personal beim Frühstück nicht hinterher, je nachdem, wann man ankam, gab es gar nichts mehr am Buffet, selbst auf eine Tasse dünnen Kaffee mussten wir über eine halbe Stunde warten. Die Auswahl an Brot, Aufschnitt etc. war insgesamt ziemlich bescheiden.

Lovely and relaxing stay.

Loved our stay here. Gorgeous setting and the pool delightful. Orvieto is a lovely little town and is a 20 min walk away. It is uphill but not hard. We stayed 2 nights and wandered up to the town on both nights. Breakfast under the vines very pleasant. Would recommend if you need some rest and relaxation to recharge.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The views, the room, the breakfast, the staff and pool were all amazing. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. The breakfast was a stand out. To get into the city, they provide you with a taxi number and they were so helpful.

Lovely family run agriturismo just outside Orvieto Old Town which can easily be reached by car or steep 15 min hike. Francesca was very helpful and attentive. Our children asked for applejuice during breakfast whch they didn’t have. However, the next day they offered us applejuice.

lovely restful place just out of town family owned and gorgeous gardens, Francesca was very helpful.

It had beautiful gardens and an amazing huge swimming pool The staff were very helpful it was very restful

we thought our cottage would have a garden view but was a garden shed view! But we could easily access the garden with deck chairs and a swing seats so wasn’t really an issue.

Very nice country house with a beautiful garden and wonderful view of Orvieto, that is just in the hill over the hotel

We loved it all. The location, 15 mnts.from the old Town. The place itself , nice well kept house with gardens,pool,panoramic view and spacious well decorated nice clean room, with a fresh soft ambience. Secured parking.And of course, a welcoming couple , very nice breakfast, two friendly dogs.
