The spa is underwhelming, 2 out of the three hydrotherapy beds were broken

Where to start..this hotel is beautiful, the Mountain View rooms are stunning, the front desk and restaurant staff are helpful, and the location just outside the park was fabulous. we did the inclusive program- while it isn’t the cheapest way to go it was so much fun, and the food and house wine were excellent. I really didn’t want to leave.
I liked everything

In addition to the astonishing beauty of its natural surroundings, with views of the spectacular mountains and rivers. Our room was very spacious with views of the mountains, it also had a large and very comfortable bed. The hotel has great leisure facilities including a pool and spa. Wonderful staff and fantastic food.

Location was 10/10. Sofia at the hiking centre was amazing and super helpful!
Service in the bar was slow and they so often would get the bills confused and provide the wrong one.

excellent hotel near Torres del Paine National Park, with friendly staff, cozy and clean rooms, interesting activities offered (horse-riding, Grey glacier,...), healthy and rich breakfast and meals in general, amazing wellness area (2 sauna, heated swimming pool)... it's not cheap, but it's really worth it
unfortunately they couldn't stop the time, in order to make our stay there longer ;)

Astrid and her gang in customer service went out of the way to meet my needs and others.
The pool is fantastic.
They have gas if you need 10 liters....maybe more.
The view from my picture window rocked. Sunsets and sunrises were spectacular.
The pool doesn't open until 9:30 supposedly for cleaning but I was there early on day and there was no cleaning. It would be nice to go in before other activities, but it is too late.
The breakfast wasn't that great considering the price of the hotel. We had much better breakfasts in much less expensive hotels. Particularly there was a lack of fruit.
Our last night there was awful. My husband and friends had just come off of the W trek, and I had been driving all over the park. We were all hungry and tired. They said to take an eight reservation as they were busy after that. They had a big group. After waiting over an hour and a half they gave us a free drink. It's not like we had another option. Finally they brought out some food and not only didn't give me what I ordered, but it was the same thing that I had ordered the night before. Being as hungry as I was I was looking forward to my pasta, not lamb with a tiny amount of potatoes. They could have at least uped the potatoes. Then because that dish was more expensive they tried to charge me more. Ihink we deserved more than a lousy free drink.
Overall the food there is good, except for the breakfasts, but it is expensive.

Views from room and restaurant and bar. Spa and pool brilliant
Prices of tours and transfers too high

Best staff by far of all the hotels in Torres del Paine (we also stayed at Hotel Lago Grey and Hotel Las Torres) - extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The superior Room was great with a wonderful view. Parking right in front of hotel and they will take your bags to your room upon arrival.
The breakfast was a bit hectic with all the tour groups onsite.

Incredible views, amazing staff...all around incredible experience

The staff were very helpful. After initial hiccups with room cleanliness, they ensured that we had a great stay at the hotel.
The location while having a great view is outside the main park. There were better stunning views to be had from other properties inside the park at much better prices.

The location is absolutely stunning, the views from the rooms and common areas amazing. The design of the hotel is also very tastefully done and the spa facilities are great.
The location, design and comfort are 5 star. The staff is also very friendly, but there is a complete lack of attention to detail. In a 2-3 star hotel that would be fine, but given the very high price for the hotel, the owners need to re-think the concept and/or retrain the staff. The food is also not worth the price, either lower the price tag or up the quality…

The hotel is so elegant, new, clean, tourism room, clothing shop with everything you need, 10+ pool and spa and amazing views and restaurant. Honestly they are the best in Patagonia.. and we stayed a few high end places.

Lovely place with great wellness area and common areas with views. Mattress, sheets and pillows were very nice. Breakfast buffet was also good.
The dinner was terrible. And we were not the only ones complaining. Meat, fish and shrimps totally overcooked, rice noodles bunched together and gooey, vegetable portion was a joke. Tomato soup tasteless. Ciabatta could have been nice and cross, but was barely baked enough. Burger in the bar was okay.
It's a huge place and caters to big groups, noise level in restaurant, common spaces and pool can be disturbing.

amazing comfort and hospitality. we stayed after the W trek, and we relaxed a lot. Spa was amazing and we tried the massages as well. would love to come back !
