The views and location were amazing. Host was incredible. Breakfast super. Big Parking and easy to find and communicate.
It was quite cold and since it is a Refugio, there was no heat in the rooms. It was no problem for sleeping but i would have appreciated it to take a shower.

Oscar was great! He was a wealth of knowledge on the park and also very attentive at the Refugio with our needs

The location was great. The common area and room space were clean and enjoyable. The breakfast was great! definitely recommend.

incredible place

The place is unique and in a beautiful location. The staff (Sabrina and Juan Pablo) looked after us very well. The rooms are nice and the living areas have the best views.

The house is in a great location. The view is spectacular, we looked at the Torres del Paine massif from our bed. Also, at the horses running to the pasture, beautiful site. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and Oscar, our host was very hospitable, competent and helpful. My communication with Juan Pablo in Puerto Natales was very good, he was helpful with suggestions and renting a car. Definitely recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!
4.3
Unbeatable view and experience, very small and more of a private feel as opposed to a large hotel.
No wifi, power not always available, communication a bit difficult with property and a bit difficult to locate.
4.3
cozy atmosphere with fireplace, well equiped kitchen, great helpful friendly hosts (Sabrina, Juan Pablo, Oscar), hot shower with good pressure, new towels, tasty breakfast, convenient location, fantastic views
wooden floors and roosters might be noisy - bring earplugs; at the moment we stayed there was no wifi (the plan is to have it back in closest future)

Located inside of Torres Del Paine with the gorgeous view of surrounding mountains. Breakfast was excellent.
Nothing comes to mind

great value. Juan Pablo is an awesome host.

We had a flat tire in Torres del Paine.
The host was very caring and helpful: he helped us getting to the nearest city, and to find a repair service even though it was a holiday.
These couple of days were the low point of our trip, and the staff in this hotel did everything they could to make it better, which is greatly appreciated.
Sadly, we had to leave the hotel before we actually stayed there, so we cannot comment on its location and facilities.
4.3
Peaceful and relaxing location that was very accessible to the Torres Del Paine National Park. Great views, very friendly and helpful staff.
Property has set hours for power and water.

It was a great experience, memorable. The normal dislikes were part of being there: the generator, the dogs and horses, the cold mornings. Like camping, you don't do it for the comfort. It's a ranch. But the beds were comfortable, the rooms nice. We had more contact with fellow travelers than we would have normally.
No handrails on the stairway to the upstairs bedrooms. The other things we would normally dislike were part of the experience of staying on a ranch.

Great host (Oscar) !

It is a cosy nice place, no question. The pictures show it all and our expectations were met. It was by far our most expensive stay in Chile for us at $165 for a two bedroom with a shared bath. At the end, it is all about location. Being situated at the edge of Torres del Paine NP has its price and we felt lucky being able to stay in a room instead of a campground which would have basically cost the same (as we would have needed to rent all the camping gear). Instead, we enjoyed a nice fire in the fireplace in the evening and magnificent views from the living room.
Prices are just too high.
