employees are very nice and helpful. Lovely animals always pass by our window like a cute farm and very clean. Comfortable bedding and quiet surrounding… we love here!
Nothing but too expensive hahaha…

The staff and the exceptional view of the massif (pay for the upgrade to ensure you get the view to wake up to every morning). The meals were elegant and delicious.

This is an amazing place to stay! We stayed for 4 nights in one of the lodge rooms - so we could lie in bed and see the mountains across the river. The room was beautifully kitted out, with a comfy bed, space for bags and clothes etc, and a fantastic bathroom. The staff were some of the friendliest people we've met (with good English to make up for our limited Spanish). The food was fantastic - choice of entree and mains with dessert for dinner each night. Each day the staff packed a takeway lunch pack for us. Loved that they sourced local produce, as well as local beers and wine. Great tips on weather conditions, walks - and where to see pumas (we were so lucky to see a mother and her cub). Loved being able to wander down to the river for sunrise and sunset - and have chickens, geese and cattle etc roam through the grounds. Wifi was good, though a little patchy in places.
Nothing - Carolina has created an amazing place to stay. Just a note though ... there is no fuel in the area, so be careful with your mileage when driving!

Lage und Ambiente
Küche sehr mittelmäßig. Vor allem fiel die schlechte Fleischqualität bei den Abendessen auf. Das Frühstück war eher spartanisch.

Excellent staff, friendly and accommodating. Good location just outside Torres del Paine park, beautiful views, some nice walks in the area. Food was very good, but the choices were very limited.
For the price, the amenities were fairly minimal (no hair dryer, limited water glasses, not much else), and aside from the room itself and the common area, there were nothing else (pool, spa, exercise room, availabilty of food other than at meal time, etc.)

The most absolutely stunning property I have ever been to! And the food, it was easily the best food I have ever had at a hotel/lodge. You can tell the wine list is carefully chosen, was the beer. There is not a think about the whole experience that isn’t carefully thought-out for that matter. All of the staff were endlessly sweet and very diligent about trying to make this a truly wonderful experience for everyone who walks through their doors.

The food was excellent! We traveled to Chile , Argentina & Uruguay and this was one the best foods we had. We were also celebrating a birthday and the dessert provided was excellent! The location, the interior, the showers, the ambience- everything was top notch! We went off season so it was just us and a couple in the entire hotel so it was great! I’ll be returning and recommending this place to everyone I know planning on doing this trip.
Honestly can’t think of anything!

It is the most beautiful and cosiest hotel at the end of the world that you can imagine. Several wooden cabins in the Nordic style, several rooms in the main house and a big living and dining area with wood burner for everybody. Very personal, you feel like being at home, all food is sourced locally and is of exceptional quality, sustainability in every aspect is of utmost importance. Carolina is very friendly and helpful, provides valuable information about tours and organises whatever is required. Nothing is too big or too small for her. She is passionate about her hotel which opened in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. What an amazing project! Horses and chicken roam freely in the garden including the orchard. Humans and animals share the apples, gooseberries, etc. It is truly like in paradise!
I liked everything!

Very attentive and caring staff ❤️...from maintaining communication after the booking, to helping me navigate through my planning process by answering random park and guided winter tour questions, and even providing us with well packed lunches. The sendoff was bittersweet. I wanted to cry.
So delicious and fresh food! Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were all memorable. Comfortable, modern and well organized rooms. It was so quiet and cozy, we fell asleep quite fast. Views of the river and mountains from the rooms were lovely to wake up to. Internet was best in the lobby...which was for the better because we got to refocus and not look at our phones the whole time in our rooms.
Food portions were too big for me, but the perfect amount for my partner. The staff adjusted the meals to smaller portions as I didn't want to waste such good food. We were able to take leftovers to the room or to go when we couldn't finish.
*Less than 10 minutes away from the Rio Serrano Park Ranger Station/Park entrance.
*Less than an hour to major viewpoints and short hikes.
*1.5 hours NE to Guarderia Laguna Amarga where we met and caravanned with our guide to our Base Torres del Paine winter hike.
*1.5 hours NW from Puerto Natales via Y-290 (Mostly flattened gravel road with potholes, be careful). Natales is the closest gas station, so plan gas usage accordingly.
*Recommend driving an SUV to get here.
