tutto hotel stupendo personale fantastico camera bellissima con vista mozzafiato e arredamento curatissimo, terme marine e termali meravigliose ma meglio quelle marine.

la colazione leggermente non all'altezza del hotel ma cmq buona solo piccola nota i succhi di frutta troppo "allungati" ci sta allungarli un po' ma sono allungati troppo solo il succo di mela sapeva ancora leggermente di mela. cmq torneremo senz'altro

Bila sva že v večih hotelih v Portorožu, a nama je tu najbolj všeč in prijetno.

Zeer mooi strandhotel,

Ligging aan het strand en de strandactiviteiten. Super lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Mooie ruime en propere badkamer. Ik denk eerder een goede 4 sterren ipv 5.

Erholsam, (noch) nicht überlaufen.

Nutzung aller Pools inkl. Riesentherme, hoteleigener Strand mit sehr bequemen Liegen und riesigem Sonnenschirm, alles im Preis inklusive. Kein Gedränge, sauber, hervorragender Service. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit zusätzlichen einheimischen Spezialitäten, eigentlich ein Brunch. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, zB Piran, Izola, Koper bequem und preiswert mit dem Bus erreichbar( zuverlässiger Fahrplan). Abends an der Promenade tolle Livekonzerte, Eintritt frei. Rechts und links des Hotels 2 ausgezeichnete Konditoreien: riesige Tortenauswahl, sogar vegan.

Es ist eine Frage des Anspruchs: die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, war schon ok aber ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass statt Bettdecken glattziehen, die Dusche und Armaturen besser gereinigt worden wären.

Szép helyen fekvő, kiváló felszereltségű Hotel.

Kiváló elhelyezkedés! Kedves, udvarias személyzet. Többféle parkolási lehetőség. Fantasztikus reggeli választék. Közelben van játszótér, strand, üzletek és buszmegálló is, amivel érdemes meglátogatni Piran óvárosát is.

A kinti teraszon a személyzet küzdött a madarakkal, akik olyanok voltak, mint a legyek. :) A wellness használatához kb. 10 ajtón át kellett menni, amihez hol fel, hol le kellett lépcsőzni hotelről hotelre, ami majd 10 perc volt.

Kitűnő választás volt!

Két szobát foglaltunk, figyeltek arra is, hogy egymás mellett legyenek a szobák. Nagyon szép szobák, jól felszereltek, szép kilátással. Lokáció tökéletes volt.

A wellness rész megközelítése labirintuson keresztül volt megoldva. (az utcáról egyszerűbb volt)

Le stanze sono splendide e molto pulite, lo staff della struttura è eccezionale e molto disponibile. Le piscine a disposizione e il servizio terme sono un buon luogo di relax. Superlativa la colazione vista mare con una vasta scelta di prodotti.

A szálloda a személyzet a kiszolgálás kiváló. Kilátás bámulatos a tengerre.

Eredetileg hosszú hétvégére jöttünk wellnesszezni de a spa reszleg borzalmas. A tengervizes fűtött Sea Spa reszleg zárva volt a termálvizes reszleg siralmas és katasztrófális...kicsi, sok ember, hideg víz...a legmelegebb jakuzzi medence is max 33 fok volt....nagy csalodas a Portoroz Therme nekünk...632€-ért elcsesztük a hosszúhétvégét esőben sétalhattunk Piranba de az is jobb volt mint ez a hideg vizes Therme Portoroz

Prijetno, udobno, v mejah pričakovanega.

Odličen pester zajtrk, udobna soba, lepi bazeni.

Za parkiranje je bila na razpolago samo garaža, 15eur/dan. V kopalnici namesto tuš kabine banja. Kdo si v hotelu s termalnimi bazeni sploh želi imeti banjo v kopalnici!

Portoroz und Piran selbst ist immer schön - Hotel Slovenija werde ich nicht mehr buchen

Lage vom Hotel - Auswahl Essen beim Frühstück war ganz gut

Angefangen beim Empfang (Dame blond) war für mich nicht freundlich und schon gar nicht einem 5* Stern Hotel entsprechend - des Weiteren kam ich dann auf mein Zimmer und musste mein abgegebenes Gepäck suchen - eine nette junge Rezeptionistin hat dann alles im Keller gefunden - habe es dann selbst in mein Zimmer getragen. Wollte dann das Weihnachtsmenü dazu buchen und habe um eine Preisauskunft gebeten. Nach einem Tag bekam ich die Info EUR 40,00 und am nächsten Tag EUR 70,00 - habe mich dann für die Info bedankt. Im hauseigenen Pool sind die Bodenbleche fast alles rostig. Beim Frühstück musste ich jedes Mal beim zweiten Gang zum Buffet wieder einen neuen Platz suchen, da schon alles weggeräumt war, weil das Personal schnell ist, jedoch nicht aufpasst, ob jemand alleine am Tisch sitzt - hier war aber das Personal freundlich. Conclusio - für mich ist es leider kein 5* Hotel, werde es auch nicht mehr buchen. Bin jedes Jahr zwei bis dreimal in Portoroz oder Piran. Reise ansonsten auch sehr viel und möchte deswegen auch und ehrliche Kritik abgeben. Es sollte aber jeder selbst entscheiden und die Hotels wählen und dementsprechend bewerten.

Excelente estadia, muito confortável.

Excelente hotel, classificação 5 estrelas. Excelente café da manhã, excelente conforto e camas no quarto. Ótima localização para explorar Potoroz a pé e conhecer Piran de carro ou transporte local. O acesso as Termas é um adicional, pois permite relaxar e descansar a cada retorno de passeios. A sauna tem um custo extra de uso , mas val a pena pelos benefícios e relaxamento que proporciona, sendo no estilo europeu-nórdico de usos e costumes, sem roupa. O estacionamento funciona bem e barato, fomos em baixa estação e havia vagas sobrando por 5€ dia.

Nada a falar do hotel. Sobre o local, avalie suas expectativas em face da temporada escolhida, fomos em outubro e a cidade estava bem vazia com poucas pessoas na ruas nos bares ou restaurantes.

Alles perfekt - tolle Lage - sehr sauber

Alles perfekt. Zentrale Lage in schöner Umgebung. Einige gute Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Für jeden Geschmack war was dabei. Lange Frühstückzeiten. Buffet war immer bestens ausgestattet. Überaus freundliches Personal. Alles äußerst gepflegt und sauber.

Einer der beiden Aufzüge war während unseres Aufenthaltes ausser Betrieb. Lange Wartezeiten aufgrund der Anzahl der Gäste und in Anbetracht der Stockwerke.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable with good access to the beach. Good breakfast. Staff are friendly without one thing which I describe below.

I travelled with dog. Before arrival I had called to hotel and asked about price per night for dog. It's very little dog, so I heard the accommodation will be for free for that dog. During check-out I heard that I have to pay for the dog. I was very confused, but of course I paid it. So the issue is not about money. The issue is about that I feel cheated and personel of the hotel is inconsistent of each other.

The attitude of the hotel staff is a disaster. I warn everyone against this hotel. The hotel has limited parking and charges €12/day for a spot 200 meters from the hotel. The hotel staff even called the police when I parked in front of the hotel. A fine of EUR 40. And they still took a fee of 12 EUR. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and WARN.

Most of the promised services were not yet enjoyable due to pre season, but nobody told us in advance. Pool facilities were poor and not very clean. This is no 5 star standard at all
