Relax e buona cucina

Vicinanza al mare e raggiungibilità a piedi di Portorose e Pirano. Parco Termaris proprio sotto l'hotel con piscine termali che si affacciano sul mare. Colazione e cena top con pietanze locali

Összességében korrekt, jó hely, megfelelő árazással és kiszolgálással

Bár kicsit távol van a városközpontoktól, de nekünk tökéletes volt a szálloda elhelyezkedése, nagyon tetszett, hogy saját partszakasszal rendelkezik. A reggeli bőséges és finom volt, a szobák csendesek, kényelmesek.

A parkolás nincs okosan kitalálva, elég messze vannak a parkolók, mikor este megérkeztünk gyakorlatilag hely sem volt már. A személyzet nem annyira kedves, mint ahogy azt Szlovéniában általában tapasztalni szoktam.

Enjoyable short break.

Close to the sea, clean and airy. Really comfortable and modern rooms.

Salt water pool was great but could have had at least one non salt room. And a greater variety of food would have been better. And lack of access to tap water at evening meals.

It was good, but we wouldn’t go back.

Good selection of pools & access to sea Inflatables in the sea Location was good - walkable to Piran

The fact they charged for sun loungers & shades by the beach - it cost us as a family of 4 nearly €50 p/ day which is exorbitant. Given there was no sandy beach we didn’t really have any alternative.

Disappointment

The hotel is quiet and well located. Breakfast is plentiful and varied.

My room was full of ants, they were everywhere. The fridge was not working properly, everything I put in it was full of water. I asked the staff for help because the internet was not working in my room, they told me that it was working for them, they don't know what the problem is. The daily cleaning was emptying the rubbish. No cleaning, no bed linen, and no towels changed for 6 days. These problems are not excusable sins for a costly 4-star hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist fast einmalig. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer mit bestens funktionierenden WLAN sowie tolles und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück trugen zum Wohlbefinden während des Aufenthaltes bei.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt.

Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe. Die Hilfe beim Gepäck war prompt und sehr gut. Das Buffett war sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Durch die Größe sehr lange Wege zum Restaurant. Der Außenpool, bzw. Strandzugang war sehr schwierig zu finden.

Alapvetően egy jó hangulatú szálloda.

Minden igényt kielégítő reggeli választék. Vacsora lehetőség a szállodában. Kedves személyzet, gyors problémamegoldási készséggel. Jól kialakított belső medencék.

Parkolási lehetőség, és arról való tájékoztatás nagyon szerény. A légkondi többször is elromlott, javítás után nem volt szabályozható. "Takarítást nem kérünk " jelzésünket figyelmen kívül hagyták. Napágyakat már nyitás előtt lefoglalták a vendégek -akkor is ha azt később sem használták. "Tengerre néző " felárért egy hatalmas fa koronáját csodálhattuk közvetlen közelről, de kérésünkre kaptunk másik szobát.

Perfect stay for a family. We saw dolphins right from the balcony!

Simply say, this hotel is perfect. We stayed for three nights with my family. And I cannot say anything else, except that this hotel and its services was just amazing. Staff was very friendly, room was very nice and clean. We had a room with a sea view, so it was a perfect benefit as we could watch a family of dolphins in the sea right after we came back from the breakfast. Great experience, which you can`t have anytime. We also used wellness and aquapark downstairs, with clean and pleasant temperature. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Gut für Paare, nichts für Familien

Wunderschön renoviert, Betten waren sehr kuschlig und angenehm, toller Balkon und Dusche, genügend Sitzecken im Hotel, schönes neues Hallenbad inklusive mehreren Becken und Snackbar, die Aussicht war an jeder Stelle des Hotels super! Infrastruktur mit Shops und Essensmöglichkeiten rund ums Hotel, die Ausleihmöglichkeiten der Elektro-Scooter hat uns beeindruckt

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht ok, Das fing an mit dem viel zu kleinen Parkplatz weit weg ohne Zufahrtsmöglichkeit vors Hotel, wir waren schwer bepackt, dann 20 Minuten check in Wartezeit, im Zimmer dann so eng dass wir mit Kinderwagen und Koffer kaum mehr durch kamen, am nächsten Tag kaum frisches Obst und Gemüse zum Frühstück, für den Preis keine Coffee Station irgendwo im Hotel und am eigenen Strand sind Liegen zu bezahlen, der sogenannte Strand ist aber nur entweder das Sonnendeck ohne wirklichen Meerzugang (nur durch das Hallenbad und über Treppen erreichbar) oder der entfernte Strand wo man nochmehr extra zahlt. Der Lobby Bereich inklusive Bar ist zwar neu, aber absolut lieblos und leer, das hat uns dann am Abend auch nicht angezogen, wollten mit Babyphone an die Hotelbar.. Für Familie war alles zusammen ein No-Go, wir haben unser Baby den halben Tag getragen oder standen verwirrt rum wie wir das mit Kinderwagen angehen, da auch Türen teils recht schmal waren. Auch sehr nervös hat es mich gemacht dass nirgends Corona Regeln kontrolliert wurden, es standen zwar Tafeln, aber die Gäste halten sich null dran und niemand spricht sie drauf an. Ich hab mich beim Essen unsicher gefühlt bei dem Gedränge ohne Masken.

Beautifully renovated hotel right by the sea. Nice place, a few steps from the historical city of Piran. Very good breakfast and dinner with a wide range of dishes. Big indoor sea water park.

Some staff were not very friendly, didn’t tell us anything about the pool, made a fuss when we asked to get something written on the room. Area under the bed was very dirty, they clearly don’t clean that space.
