Es war für ein paar Tage eine gelungene Auszeit.

Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen liesen keine Wünsche offen. Die Auswahl an Speisen und qualität war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr professionel und überaus freundlich. Es war einfach perfekt.

Tiszta, modern és minden igényt kielégítő.

Bőséges reggeli, tisztaság. A személyzet nagyon kedves és pazar a kilátás a szállodából.

Ez kicsit kényelmetlen, hogy a recepció és a szálláshely között sétálgatni kell.

Csendes, tiszta, szívesen ajánlom

4 éjszakát voltunk, 2 felnőtt 2 gyerek, összenyitható 2 személyes szobákban, minden nap cserélték a törölközőket, ürítették a szemetest, kényelmes ágy, jó klíma. Félpanziós ellátással voltunk, mind a reggeli, mind a vacsora ízletes változatos, (rizs nem volt 😒), minden este volt hal. Vacsoránál az innivalóért fizetni kell.A személyzet recepció, étterem, takarítók nagyon kedvesek és segítőkésszek😊 Kiváló a szállodához tartozó medencék👍

Kevés köves parkoló a szálloda mellett amiért fizetni kell.

Großes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Viel frisches Obst! Man kommt auch als Vegetarier gut durch. Geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick.

Klimaanlage war zwar vorhanden, Kühlung hat aber nicht so gut funktioniert. Es war zu dem Zeitpunkt als wir verreist sind allerdings auch eine außergewöhnlich schwüle Wetterlage (das hat uns auch der Concierge bestätigt :) )

Pestra izbira hrane in prijazno osebje.

Dostop do hotela z avtomobilom in oznaka parkirišča. Možnost polnjenja el. ali hibridnega avtomobila zaželena.

Hotel in Ordnung - jedoch viel mehr erwartet!

Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft war sehr schön. Meer, aber auch „Shopping Möglichkeiten“ waren innerhalb weniger Minuten Fußmarsch zu erreichen. Der Außenpool war sehr schön.

Für ein Hotel dieser „Sternen“ - Klasse, wurden die Erwartungen kaum erfüllt. Das Abendessen war kaum beschrieben, Vegetarier hatten es besonders schwer, da außer Pommes und Reis, oder Salat kaum ein Angebot bestand. Nachspeisen ließen zu wünschen übrig. Sauberkeit am Buffet ist mehr als ausbaufähig! Weiters konnten wir nicht alles aus der Getränkekarte bestellen, da die Hälfte der Sachen „nicht mehr verfügbar waren“! Die Minibar im Zimmer war nicht aufgefüllt, sowie es in der Beschreibung des Zimmers steht. Außerdem war diese auch kalt, somit hatte man auch keine Möglichkeit selbst etwas zu kühlen. Im Hallenbad, sprich Innenpool, schimmelten die Decken und Wände und auch die Fliesen waren dreckig und die halbe Ausstattung der Lichtanlage fehlte. Unschön. Das „Haupthaus“ schien sehr gepflegt wobei die „Nebenhäuser“ eher von Trostlosigkeit geprägt wurden.

was very good service from hotel. Pool and Wellness was really good.

I said i want a Garage parking they said its okei but you need to pay 14€ as i cheked in i saw the hotel parking was in a open place so with derrible space and derrible streets when you have a low car like me its a very problem for you to drive to your parking place. When you want a garge place you need to walk like 10 minutes to a garage but its not from the hotel. very bad expirinece i hope they fix it. When it rains hesvy its problematic for your car

Very nice and cozy vacation

Very nice room and modern bathroom, close to the beach.

Cleaning staff coming to our room multiple times in the morning to clean it and waking us up.

Very good

Breakfast was every day the same, but we stay few days and is not OK. Also there is written that is private swimmingpool, but the other guest came to swim what is not OK because all places for sit and lay was ocupied.

Overall, it was nice and comfortable.

The hotel was well located and comfortable. The included breakfast offered a wide variety of food and was tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and clean and well located by the beach.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. It did not appear that the floors were vacuumed or the bathroom cleaned. Furthermore, the dirty glasses were not replaced. Also the towels were replaced with the incorrect type of towels and it was a struggle to get the right type of towel.

Superb

The breakfast was great. There is also a spa inside which was really nice and quiet. The staff was really nice, friendly and helpful.

The outdoor pool is on the other side of the hotel. We didn't used it because it was so far.

Disappointment after disappointment

It was in a decent ish location. Nice pool

Our tv didn’t work in the room, there were things hanging off of the wall and most of all the air con didn’t work. It was over 25 degrees so this was vital to a good night sleep, of which we did not have. We called up three times to try and get some help, we were told the first time they would come and fix it or look at it, no sign of that happening. The next two times, after being able to get though, no help or offer of a room swap. At check out we asked for some compensation and we were offered another nights stay at a discount but this simply wouldn’t work as we weren’t staying another night. They were not particularly polite or helpful and have also not been helpful when booking.com have also tried to get in touch to solve this. It just put a very sour taste in our mouth for the whole holiday and just overall disappointing as it was our most expensive stay but a long shot. Really sad about this.

We enjoyed our stay

we liked the hotel, the pool and saunas, the room and the view from the hotel restaurant.

The food... There were not enough variety of vegetables. The coffee machines didn't work in breakfast time and the coffee in the thermos was cold.. The access to the hotel, by foot, from the street is not convenient.. The same for the access from the parking to the lobby.. You need to climb the stairs..
