Although it was difficult to drive to, the view from the lobby area was amazing!
The room was very small. There was 2 coffee sachets in the room and when I asked for more, I was refused.

Traditional rooms (tatami) in (relatively modern building) overlooking the Naruto whirlpools from restaurant and rooms.
Access to building with public transport - a 10-minutes walk uphill with luggage from the bus station.
Access to highway bus stop another 5+ minutes to walk

should have more sign board on the road to give direction to your hotel.... we miss the tunnel that lead to your hotel...end up wasting 45 mins searching...

Staff were helpful, and the room was clean
The hotel was undergoing renovation at the lobby, so it wasn't possible to see the view as advertised. You could still get a nice (and better) view by taking a short walk outside the hotel. Overall, the facilities felt a bit old and outdated, but still comfortable nevertheless

The location and atmosphere were wonderful. The food was also spectacular.
The walls in the room showed signs of age.

The onsen over looking the bridge was awesome! The onsen is open early in the morning and late in the evening. Easy walk to the viewing platform where you can see the whirlpools.
A little old.
