Compact apartment in great location, with parking!

Great location, with a parking space! Very compact but homely and comfortable, I would definitely stay here again.

Bathroom could've been cleaner round the edges but on a par with my bathroom at home so can't really complain, but when you pay to stay somewhere you become a critic, ha! The bedrooms both had spiders in which scared my daughter and a couple of the bedside drawers had rubbish in from a previous stay but easily rectified.

It was great and convenient location

Location was great , clean compact apartment with everything we needed. Tea/coffee and milk was a bonus great to have a parking space in a town where parking is difficult

The blind in the second bedroom was stuck and we couldn’t get it too close . The parking space was very tight.

great location ,lovely flat ,clean and both kitchen and bathroom looked newly installed

We were sent the key box code after booking .

We were not sent any information about parking at the property ,there were designated parking places .We worked out that flat 3 should park in space no 3 but there was already a car in the space .However we rang the owners and they quickly arranged where we could park as an alternative . great response from owners !

Lovely and clean on arrival. Nice comfortable, quiet flat. Thank you for bottle of bubbly and biscuits etc.

Love having a bath but no bath in this flat but we were aware of that when we booked it. Also no washing machine but we coped.

Home from home in a perfect location. Car parking space an added bonus.

Self catering. The location was perfect. 5 minutes to the harbour.

The sofa and armchair weren't very comfortable.

Lovely place, great location, fit out excellent. We would stay again.

Location great - furniture and fittings excellent. Decor and vibe great for creating a holiday atmosphere.

I would love to give full marks all round but unfortunately we didn’t have hot water for a couple of days.

Lovely apartment in great location

Lovely clean apartment with comfy beds. Great location and added bonus of car parking.

Due to change in weather apartment was quite cold. Managed to operate all heaters except main bedroom - no instructions available. Also, didn't realise until 2nd day that the water heater wasn't on, so only cold water up to that point as instructions said it was on a timer. All OK after that though :)

I was a very nice stay we enjoy it very muck.

The flat wes very nice and comforble it was a bit of noises from the flat unstair'

what I did fine was the air frasher the was in the flat I had to put into a cupboard as if my husband was to stay in that flat for 2 or 3 hours he would have been on the floor and in hospital as he had a bad reaction to them and they are not good for my asthma. check with tenants before they vist your flat.

Comfortable. Would use again in spite of the poor sound insulation.

Very well looked after. Internet connection was useful. TV good

its an older building and therefore sound insulation is poor. You shared muted conversations and TV with adjoining apartments. I would say its better suited to 2 x people since storage is restricted. The car parking space is fine provided your car is no bigger than a Toyota Corolla. A vehicle any longer would be partially blocking the entrance for other vehicles.

Lovely flat, great location and well apppointed!

Location is superb, just a few minutes walk into the harbour at Brixham. The flat is small, but for a holiday and compared to a hotel room is a really good space, and is very well appointed. We came with nothing, but were still able to make a cup of tea and there were welcome cookies. The kitchen is well kitted out and great for self catering. All in all a great stay.

Parking for flat 3 is tight for a large SUV, but we got used to it by the end of the stay. The flat also has a bit of a feel of damp. The electric heaters took some working out how to put them on, this could be simplified as we had to hunt for the instruction books.
