Conveniente

La ubicación es ideal para eventos que son en la zona central de la ciudad. El espacio es bonito y esta bien cuidado. Buenas almohadas, cobertores y toallas.

Hay 1 cama doble y 1 sofá cama, segun la anfitriona el apartamento puede hospedar 4 personas. Pero el sofa cama es terrible para dormir, te levantas completamente maltratado de la espalda. No imagino 2 personas alli. El baño es bastante pequeño, lo cual puede ser bastante incómodo para personas de tamaño grande. No vas a encontrar ningún ingrediente básico en la cocina (ejemplo: sal, azúcar) Adicionalmente el anfitrión se limita a explicarte como ingresar y darte horario de salida, no ofrece realmente un servicio de anfitrión en el sentido de recomendaciones sobre la zona, lugares para conocer, etc. Al solicitar dejar las maletas guardadas por un tiempo el dia del check-out, se negaron y no nos dieron alternativa alguna. Pero lo peor de todo es que la anfitriona se niega a emitir factura del servicio, y Booking dice que es responsabilidad del anfitrión.

A Nice Clean Apartment in Centro.

Great location in the Centro. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Buses right outside. Comfortable bed. Fully equip kitchen. Great shower with excellent water pressure. Good A/C in the bedroom. I did not have to use very much, because of the cross ventilation if you leave the windows open. I noticed on some of the reviews that people complained about the apartment being old. Yes it is older, but clean. You are paying a price that in most places around the world, you could not get a bed in a hostel. Here you are getting a entire apartment. If you are looking for a 5 star modern apartment, then pay the extra money for it. For the money, this was a great deal.

Well, even asking about the restaurants and stores being open on the weekend, on Sunday there is nothing open in the surrounding area. Thank goodness I had food in the kitchen. The internet is quite slow. I had to do some work while I was there and when I had to multi-task, it was difficult.

Lovely stay on weekdays, but weekends staying near the beaches would be better.

Very nice apartment in the center of Floripa. Secure building with a doorman. Comfortable bed and A/C. One block to walk to the main bus stop to go to any of the beaches on the island. Plenty of shops and restaurants ONLY open during weekdays (not at night). Black Horse Coffee around the corner was great as was the Supermercado. A short walk to everything.

It's not a problem with the apartment, but travelers should be aware that EVERYTHING in the Centro is closed on the weekends, especially Sundays. All shops, coffee/cafes, all mercados, even McDonalds and Subway are closed. You will need to go out the beaches or the malls unless you have food on-hand in the apartment. Even delivery services, there were only 3 options on Sunday. Also every night, the area is empty of people which doesn't feel very safe, but I never had any problems as Floripa in general is very safe overall.
