Location was awesome. .Staffs were excellent . .and the manager was extremely helpful. .
4.1
the resort location was great and the view from the room is nice, peace and quiet place exactly what we wanted. In the evening, there are some rhinos hanging out nearby the resort as well. Quite cute tho.
Good surprise pick-up service at the bus station that we didn't know before hahaha
Breakfast is a bit underwhelming. Electricity was down multiple times. The private full-day safari tour that we booked (operated by the resort) claimed that lunch is included but it turns out to be just basic fried rice (just rice basically) and 1 boiled egg.. 1 apple and a juice box. sitting on the ground without a basic chair, just a plastic ground sheet... For a tour price more than 30K npr... it's not worth the money.

Excellent river view from room. A rhino came right upto the property in the evening.
Food variety and quantity needs to be increased.

The staff was friendly and the location was near the river, which wad good.
The room was cold and the AC was doing a lot of noise. The Internet connection was veery week, was connecting just time to time.
Although, the manager was kind and wanted to help us the activities offered to us were very disappointing:
would have been more helpful to known more details about the jeep safari, a short brief would have been more than enough for this. Also, we don't recommend at all the 4 h jeep safari. The chances to see any wild animals are very low. In the car, although we been told we will be 10, we were 14 adults and 2 kids (2 years and maybe 4 or 5 years old). We felt like potatoes and with a lot of noise around us.

Really beautiful outdoor area. Plenty of room to relax in a beautiful environment. (benches, gazeebo. Our room had a small patio, which was a nice area to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden.
Helpful and nice Staff, especially Krishna the owner. They offered us a welcome drink and gave us some information about the National Park, which was very interesting. They helped us organize our bus trip back to Kathmandu and even drove us to the bus park for free.
Restaurant was convenient and offered good food. Breakfast was satisfying.
Bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable.
Overall an extremely pleasant stay! Would visit again.
Room smelt slightly of smoke.
Wifi connectivity was close to none. We had to use data most of the time.
Water in the shower was lukewarm on our second night.

The manager along with the entire staff were very friendly.......and were all eager to make our stay pleasant and memorable!
The sighting of rhinoceros right in front of the hotel was very exciting and the highlight of our stay.....
Can't think of anything....

The walk and Jeep Jungle tour arranged went well and was a good experience. The restaurant / bar was closed but with the few people staying there after the Covid panic that was understandable. There are many options close by anyway.
The Hotel organised my onward travel to Pokhara. I got on a decent bus but got moved onto a local bus about 30Kms into the journey. Horrible uncomfortable trip. Whatever you do don't let them book for you.

No wifi for all day and night, didn't have all stuff for bathroom

Great location, descent food options, friendly staff.
Management could be a bit better in terms of staffing more people and attending guests. Also, rooms need a bit cleaning to make it look fresh before check-in.

My stay here was the highlight of my entire trip. I could not get over how amazing the location, the food onsite, the staff, and the view was. I was a little nervous at first when I messaged asking about tours and they told me to just wait until I got there. It was by far the best decision to wait. We got to tailor it to what we wanted to do. The guide was amazing. He would find the animals quickly and get us as close as possible safely. We got picked up from the airport and dropped off. The hot water was really hot. I loved it! The feel of the hotel is natural as you can see in the pictures. The bathroom was super modern. We went during the down season so it was nice and quiet which we liked. The food in the places was out of this world. At every meal we were amazed.
I liked everything about my stay here.

Kirshna, the owner, was incredibly hospitable and sorted everything for us. We really enjoyed chatting with him. All the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast was filling and delicious.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean with an amazing view over the river. The hotel is set in immaculate gardens.
Our safari tours were incredible, we were fortunate to see a total of 13 rhinos and even a tiger!
We did 2 tours we booked through the hotel which were good, but our final tour we arranged with United Tours- it was significantly cheaper and we thought the guides were better.
