Lo consiglierei ma non per il disturbo della musica della discoteca fino alle 5 del mattino

L'accoglienza, la gentilezza del personale, il servizio quotidiano in camera (rifornimento acqua, caffe' tea , cambio asciugamani e ogni necessità richiesta..), la colazione a buffet ottima

La musica ad altissimo della discoteca tutti i giorni e fino alle 5 del mattino. La struttura e le camere appaiono di qualità molto superiore nelle foto su booking per cui l impatto è stato deludente

Terrible experience!

The best part of the stay was how kind the staff were.

The noise from the nightclubs around the facility was intolerable. It was as if we were a part of the band and couldn’t even speak to each other in our room over the noise. We were a group of 7 and not one of us got a bit of sleep the night before our trek. The showers flooded the 3 bathroom floors and even with many extra towels everything was soaked. The shower curtains in all 3 rooms were moldy and smelly. The small carpet as you entered the rooms were filled with hair and dirt and hadn’t been cleaned EVER! One room had no air conditioning, but the staff were nice enough to bring up a fan.

Absolutely oved our stay. Would go back in a heartbeat

Breakfast was pretty decent. Location was absolutely fantastic!

The air-conditioning unit in the room struggled to keep the room cool, could use higher capacity ACs

Superb

Location near the market and bar, staff was kind, this is my second time staying here and met a beautifull lady in the receptionist, her name is Indira, she's so kind and give us a permission to taking a photo with her. Breakfast was good but has a limited choice, view was good if you have a room facing the mountain

The room size not so big and didnt soundproof so we can hear music from the bar nearby, and our hairdryer didnt working

Nonstop noise at night, better to stay elsewhere

If you ask for a room in upper floors, you might be able to see the mountains. They have a roof terrace where you can have a glimpse of the lake too over construction sites. The staff, however, was okay and understanding when we told them that we want to leave early.

Booked for 3 nights, decided to stay only one and move to another hotel. Horrible experience. Central location sounds tempting but the room has absolutely Zero soundproofing - it feels like there are no walls. It means you could hear the noise from numerous nightclubs nonstop until 6 am. After that, they started demolishing a building right under our balcony. One of our rooms smelled like sewer and mold, the sheets were stained and the bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast selection was limited and the breakfast room was very small.

Hotel is good all facilities is nice but manager charge more exchange rate against Indian rupees he charged extra 500 Indian rupees it's wrong because In nepal all shopkeeper and hotel takes currency in 100Indian =160nepali currency ,he charged 148

Beautiful hotel within the city center

The hotel is an easy walk to the busy center. The staff is kind and hospitable. They will call you if you have not yet had your breakfast to make sure you are coming to eat before they close the breakfast buffet.

Sometimes the receptionist is not at the front desk, so you may have to wait or ask other staff members to contact the front desk staff. The bar across the street plays loud live music at night. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep early. There is also heavy construction in front of the hotel during the daytime.

Perfect short stay at a great location and excellent services.

Lovely property in a fantastic location, Hotel Portland generally ticks all the important boxes. The service is efficient and the staff friendly, the rooms are nicely furnished and clean, there is ample hot water, and the view of the Phewa lake and the Annapurna range from the balcony and roof are stunning. Without being particularly spectacular in any department, this is the kind of hotel everyone expects while on a vacation.

Very hard to fault something about the hotel, to be honest. If i had to nitpick I would say they don't have a coffee/tea station at the breakfast table, and the instant coffee they served upon request was quite bad.

An excellent stay in nature.

Excellent and enjoyable stay. Staffs with smiling face. Excellent rooms with all modern facilities and good outside views and a very good location. I will love to come back in near future.

I liked everything of this hotel. Infact there is no dissatisfaction.

Only the breakfast served was good

The rooms were pathetic, it had a stink from the bathroom which caused us health issues. Later we found it was the same in every room. The hotel staff was also not available most of times and we had issues with wifi and TV as well. Not at all worth it.

The staff made this hotel even better.

The hotel is conveniently located to access restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

There was a bar outside of the hotel that played music until late, but it wasn't terrible.

The location is amazing as it's close to everything. The staff is super helpful too!

The doors to the room needed upgrade as the handle wasn't working properly. But they mentioned they are working on it. The balcony door also needed some fixing after I reached and checked in.

Good Place To Chill

The Staffs Were Friendly, Rooms Were Clean , service was good enough . Every staffs has prompt responses. Prime location for party animals .

Since its more closer to the partying hub in pokhara, The noises around might get u lesser sleep .

Don’t stay if you want to sleep

During the day time it is in the perfect location, on the main strip and close to the lake and lots of shops, attractions and restaurants. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. lovely hot shower at all times.

Music played from outside and neighbouring bars until 4am every night. (We stayed midweek- Tuesday- Friday). We were unable to sleep properly at all as the doors and windows are thin and shook with the noise from outside. it was a shame as otherwise the hotel was wonderful and it’s not anything they can control.

Amazing location and wonderul staff!

Amazing location right on the main strip. Modern hotel. All staff went above and beyond to help, all were very friendly and very professional.

Being on the main strip, and single glazed windows, the noise from the strip and music can be heard in the room. The shower area needed refurbishment and has a musky damp smell.

Good choice in Pokhara

Excellent service, good breakfast and location. Just 20m. from the main road, located in the city centre. The staff members are excellent, so helpful. Really appreciate and will come back

Bathroom had a bad smell, but when we informed the staff, they immediately checked and solved the problem. Got 1st floor, cannot see any views

Brilliant value for money hotel with good location

The staff here make the hotel really. Very polite and eager to help in every way to make your stay comfy. The location is excellent - more to the south of lakeside with all ammenities and top trip advisor points 3 or 5 mins from here. The breakfast was good better than the KGH (top rated Kathmandu hotel).

The live music coming from one of the nearby establishment. And the poor smell from the drainage system in the bathroom ( wasn't bad with the AC on).
