I say it was okayish, there are rooms for improvement.

The location is quite decent, the front rooms has a good view of the lake. The main lakeside market is in 600m radius which is handy. The employees working in the hotel are very decent and always happy to help. They assisted me with the tours and booking although it was a bit overpriced according to me

The food from the room service was an absolute nightmare and a huge letdown. We ordered the Nepali thali, and the yogurt and the mixed vegetables were smelling and we couldn’t eat at all. The breakfast served in the hotel was good though. Also in one of the rooms I saw that all the sockets were coming out of the board. And it’s right on top of the bed so people can get electrocuted.

Love it’s terrace and coffee is for our welcome gift, feels so impressive.

Breakfast is really delicious and great ,also love it. The manager is kind and willing to provide all helps we need. The location is really good.

Chaotic management, many things to improve

Rooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast really good

Chaotic management: they forgot to organize our transport to the bus station, we almost missed our bus. They forgot our breakfast and several other things, lost some of our clothes when doing laundry and sold us overpriced bus tickets (1.400 vs 800npr). We got money back after our complaint. Be prepared that the hotel is in general very noisy since other guests slam the (noisy) doors, talk loudly all night and very early in the morning. The hotel could prevent that by asking the guests to be quiet and respectful to other guests.

직원들이 친절하고 편안하게 해주고 조식이 7시부터인데 일찍 출발하는 우리를 위해 6시30분에 조식을 준비해줌

숙소에서 버스타는 곳까지 택시비(숙소전용택시)가 300루피라고 했는데 기사가 500루피를 받고 거스럼돈은 주지않음

1.위치는 길만 건너면 훼화호수이고 포카라 중심 거리에 있어 쇼핑 및 음식점 가기 좋음. 2.객실 청결하며 시설물관리 잘 되어있음. 3.직원들의 접객태도는 가족적이며 매우 훌륭함. 트레킹 일정 변경으로 호텔예약을 못했는데 직원들 전체가 주변호텔 예약상황 확인해주고 호텔사장님은 직접 운전하여 새로운 호텔의 상태까지 동반하여 확인하여 주는 따듯함과 감동을 주었습니다. 이 호텔에서의 가족 같은 환대와 배려는 항상 기억할것 같습니다. Chiranjibi Pokhel 사장님과 가족들, Sanjog, 기타 모든 직원들에게 고마움 전합니다.

Amazing stay, thank you Sanjog

It was my second time in this hotel. Amazing Staff, very caring and welcoming you. Nice rooms, beautiful view for mountains and lake from the balcony. Nice bathroom, hot water. Very good food. Location by the lake. Thank you Sanjog (Operation Manager) for everything. You made our stay memorable. First time I was in January 2023 (solo trip) and now I came back with my family. It is amazing and you feel like part of family.

Exceptional stay & a Great value for money.

Rooms and linen were very clean. Hotel is less than 5 min walk from the lake. Close to all kinds of restaurants. Staff is excellent and always ready to attend your needs. Special mention to Mr Sanjog and Roshan. The lady at the desk also very polite and helpful. Surely will recommend this property to my friends. Great value for money.

Good sleep

- beautiful and relaxing room with comfortable beds and pillows - we’ll equipped with water heater, tea and instant coffee. Also they restock the water bottles if you need. - room and the hotel in general are clean - breakfast was good. You can choose between Indian, continental and English breakfast.

- view from our room was to the back with a hotel under construction and some trash - WiFi is weak and inconstant - the friendliness of the staff was a bit to much. First they are overly friendly and do everything you want and need (it felt to like too much). Then for check out the atmosphere was more cold and unfriendly. - the price of the beer is a joke. 700 rupee for a beer is way to much. Generally the food and drink prices of the restaurant are to high.

Best Hotel in Pokhara

Spent 4 nights here. It was very quiet, the room was clean and there were no complaints. Although it was raining, the view of Lake Pokhara from the hotel was also very nice. Operating Manager, Sanjog was the best. Every time he saw me, he always asked how I was doing and if there was anything uncomfortable. He was ready to help me anytime of the day. Cashier and other staff members always treated me with a smile. I spent 5 days without any discomfort. Good location, too. Thank you

We loved everything about Hotel Lake Shore. The staff were awesome, friendly, kind, and warm. They were extremely attentive to all our needs. Sanjog, the Operations Manager, leads by example, accompanied by an excellent team. Great recommendations. The location is perfect, we spent most of our free time on the balcony - great views of the mountains (and the statue of Shiva!) and the serene lake. The place is not far from the bars and restaurants, but far enough to escape the scene if you need a quiet moment. We're looking forward to coming back very soon. Thank you, Sanjog. You made it a memorable trip.

住在lake shore的体验真的很棒！It is a nice experience staying at lake shore! I think the best part is that we can ask the operation manager Sanjog and staff to arrange everything in Pokhara for us with the best price, including airport pickup, Bungee, paragliding etc. The location is along the lake so it is nice to have a walk or bike ride along Fewa. The room is clean, comfy and with the view of mountain, the milk tea here is 10/10 by the way!

Pleasant summer stay near Phewa lake

The hotel meets all our expectations and the hotel operation manager Sanjog arranged everything we needed. We used the laundry service, which was ready the next morning. The hotel arranged bus tickets for us to Chitwan National Park and Sanjog took us to the bus station for free. It was also no problem to make an early breakfast due to the bus leaving at 7am. Overall we were satisfied in the hotel and the stay was very pleasant.

I am very happy with hotels in all the countries and cities I have visited. but I felt so good here that I extended my vacation for it. hotel owners, staff sincerely looking into your eyes to help. I felt lucky to find a hotel where many things were good. especially thanks my brother 'Sonjek'! 🙃

The place was centrally located and accessible. Right across the Phewa lake. Sanjog was very helpful and proactivel in helping us plan sight seeing, arranging for cabs etc. Would recommend this stay option.

The best hotel in Pokhara period

Where to start ? From the moment I booked the Hotel lake shore everything has been perfect. The communication on Whatsapp at every moment was kind and flawless especially thanks to Sanjog the manager. He took great care of us all along our journey in Pokhara (we ended up staying 8 nights), nothing was too much for him. We got picked up at the tourist bus station on arrival and dropped off the day of departure free of charge. The location of the hotel is perfect, street 6, close to the lake and all the attractions, restaurants etc. The rooms (we had several) are all perfect, comfortable, very clean, and with a good size. The rooms have everything you need, nice and comfy bed, kettle, tv, great bathroom with hot and powerful shower, plugs near to the bed, different lights but the special plus is the balcony with the view over the Machapuchare / fish tail ! The breakfast is also very good, plentyfull (especially if you take the english one) and the whole staff will just make you feel at home. They carry your lugage, bring water, towels, soap, toilet paper, plates, kitchen ware whatever on demand. Nothing seems ever too much for the people here. We've been travelling non stop for more than a year all around Asia and this hotel will stay in our top for a long time for sure. Last but not least, the value you get for the price you pay is unbeatable. Thanks again Sanjog and the whole team, if we ever come back to Pokhara we know where to go eyes closed !
