Nothing, all good.

Warm welcome as soon as you step in. The barns are beautifully decorated and are spotlessly clean. The attention to detail is impeccable from cakes on arrival to fresh milk for tea and coffee. Breakfast was amazing and served with love. Cannot fault.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at the dairy barns in February after a day walking from Walcott to Sea palling. The next day, we were off to Great Yarmouth.
We had a very restful, quiet stay and stayed in the seaside room. The rooms are decorated to a high standard and have a home from home feel.
On arrival, we rang the ships bell to be greeted by the owner. She was incredible friendly and showed us straight to our room. It was Valentine’s Day and they have left us little cakes, macaroons and a bottle of Prosecco. I’m gluten free and they even made me my own gluten free cakes.
Breakfast was incredible. Usually, being a gluten free girly, I’m only able to have a cooked breakfast minus the sausages and bread. However, at this B&B, I could have everything on the menu! I opted for gluten free waffles with syrup and bacon but I could’ve had a full English with gluten free bread, gluten free cereal etc.
We are honestly so impressed with the service and would definitely recommend the dairy barns as a lovely place to stay.
Nothing was amazing

The reception we received when arriving was superb. Friendly, approachable throughout our stay. Could do enough to ensure our stay was as good as could be. Will be back soon. :)

Location is great for exploring both Norfolk Broads & coast. Very comfortable accommodation & good breakfast options. Lounge area with books & games was great for evenings we wanted to chill out but not be confined to our room. Staff very friendly & helpful with ideas for days out.
Never met the owners during our 5 day stay which was a shame. Lacked the personal touch but the staff we saw over breakfast were great.

Most, very nice property and wonderful hosts.
Lack of a mobile phone signal to be able to book local pubs/restaurants.
It would be very helpful if a land line was made available

Amazing breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff,, great location, the aesthetics were spot on for the countryside atmosphere. A lot of thought has clearly gone into this and pillars on guests experience. Highly recommend.

Lovely remote location. Very welcoming. Hannah and her team are brilliant. Excellent breakfast. I enjoyed my stay. Good for a digital detox as only very limited wifi available. That is fine, if you don't need to do any important, urgent on the internet. But that comes with the remote location.

What a hidden gem. A stunning room, exceptionally clean, and well stocked. The tea tray was especially well stocked. The fresh milk and cake was a lovely touch. Breakfast catered for, for people who prefer smaller portions, and the waffles were delicious.
Nothing, it was absolutely perfect!!

Nice location. Friendly staff and owner. Easy parking. Lots of places to explore, whether it be coast or country, including of course hickling broad. Sea palling, waxham, horsey and its seal population, etc. Good breakfast with local produce.

Everything….going again soon!,
Wished we had booked for longer stay.

Very friendly staff, could not have been better. First class breakfasts, fantastic psrking, great information about local area.

The breakfast was excellent and the location ideal for the things we wanted to do.
Personally I would have preferred the loo to be on the same floor as the bedroom, but this was a minor issue. May become major as I get older.

This was our second stay at Dairy Barns and we would definitely visit again. The hosts/staff are very welcoming and friendly and relaxed. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. Good choice at breakfast. We were able to walk to Sea Palling along the fields.
We were hoping to walk to the Greyhound pub where we'd booked for dinner, but it is a couple of miles along an unpaved road so not really possible, so we drove instead which wasn't a problem.
4.8
Breakfast was excellent, plenty of options, and the "breakfast barn" is a splendid building.
The Room (The Swallow's Nest) was amazing. Huge bed, huge bath, huge room.
Only a few minutes drive from the beach at Sea Palling or Waxham, beautiful quiet part of the country.
Nothing i can think of!

The breakfasts were wonderful, plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The staff very friendly and helpful. They gave good advice on places to visit locally. The location was very peaceful and relaxing with plenty of space both inside in the lounge and outdoor seating areas.

We have stayed here before and were very impressed hence the return. The family and staff that own/run this B&B are absolutely lovely and very welcoming.
My mother-in-law stayed in the Kingfisher room and we were in the Swallows Nest, both were very pretty and spacious. The bathroom in the swallows nest is a real show stopper! The rooms were very clean and finished to a really high standard. Breakfast is served in the pretty barn conversation with a lovely atmosphere and the food is amazing, cooked breakfast all round with waffles for my son. Coffee is lovely and the little touches of fresh milk in the room with cake is really thoughtful....we didn't want to leave and we will be back for a 3rd time, hopefully soon!
The children's bed wasn't made up on arrival but this wasn't a problem and was very quickly corrected. There really isn't anything to not like!
