A beautiful hotel that was very flexible and accommodating!! We were so sorry we could not stay more days.

The location was very convenient to the plaza and the chocolate museum.

Tranquila y familiar como siempre.

El personal muy amable como siempre, que te hace sentir en casa.

La iluminación del cuarto es cálida, no tienen luz blanca que hace que dificulta actividades que se requiere una buena iluminación.

Excelente opção de hospedagem, muito bem localizado e confortável!

Hotel muito bonito, confortável, limpo e calmo. Localização excelente, a menos de 5 minutos da praça principal. Quarto muito confortável. Equipe do hotel muito atenciosa e educada.

No geral tudo excelente! Voltaria ao hotel com certeza. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, mas no geral está acima da média dos hotéis da Colômbia.

CHARMING AND

I love the way that we could communicate with the hotel via WhatsApp, was easy and the stuff was very helpful. The breakfast is personalized, which I liked to avoid waste.

The backroom didn't have good exhaustion, and I wish they put more towels. I would like the room had some slippers to walk in the bedroom without the shoes.

An exceptional hotel.

Very beautiful and tastefully decorated property. Good overall lighting in bedroom and lovely bed linens on a comfortable bed. Kind, attentive, helpful staff. Great massage service. Lovely balcony outside my room, with guava tree and hummingbirds!

No comfortable chairs to read in, in my room (Bambú). Light over bathroom sink was too dim for applying make-up.

It was a great experience. The staff and the hotel facilities were excellent. Plenty and varied breakfast. Villa Leyva should be a stop when traveling Colombia.

A great surprise in the middle of the town

The installations are amazing, it is actually an excellent place to rest in the middle of the town. Great service, all of them were very kind and respectfull. A great place to come back many times.

it is very well situated. the house is within walking distance to plaza mayor and restaurants. the staff was very welcoming and helpful. love the breakfast and the availability of massages in house

the place, staff, service, breakfast are very good

the pillows wasn’t comfortable for us because we sleep on very soft pillows. The first night was very noisy until about 12 noon, somewhere on the street there was a disco ( loud music outside), which caused inconvenience. But everything was good, very nice people in city.

Perfect location for exploring the town on foot and the surroundings by car. Parking is very close. Staff was very professional, attentiv and friendly! We loved our room, the bathroom and the balcony. Tasty breakfast on the terrace. We can highly recommend the hotel!

The property is well located, the common areas are pretty and the staff was fantastic: very Attentive and willing to help anytime.

The bedroom seemed a little bit outdated and the pillow was super tall, not comfortable at all.

Lovely, tasteful boutique hotel in great location in the historic city. You'll be in the middle of everything. Only six rooms and does not have a substantial gym. But outstanding staff, location, tasteful decor and the amazing breakfast make up for it.

Getting the most of Villa de leyva in one place,

We loved everything about casa del arbol, especially the staff, we were staying with my 3 yr old boy and the were all extremly kind to him, they made us feell at home.. for breakfast they send you a form with the options for next day breakfast which by the way was very generous, one day in the seccion comments i wrote as a joke that i loved tamales and next mornig i had the most delicious tamal and without extra charge ... we ran out of clean clothes for my son, my wife asked where we could find a lundry as we knew they didnt have,,, they just figured somethig out for us and the same day we had all his clothes washed and dry at our bedroom,,, we just didnt want to leave..

Stayed beginning of Feb. Friendly & professional staff, comfortable room, good breakfast, good quiet location

Even though staff were friendly & professional, they could have been much more helpful - we asked for their help in arranging a tour or at least transport but were told none of their contacts were available - no attempt to cast the net wider - we were disappointed
