The villa was very large with fantastic view over the hills and was very private. We were here for our honeymoon and it was a great relaxing location for this. The private pool was lovely, if a little chilly! The communal large pool had a stunning view of the sea and sunset.
The included breakfast was lovely.
We didn't personally mind it but it is located at the top of a very steep hill. Free transfers were offered to the beach, however this is by motorbike and neither of us are keen on travelling by bike so we walked.

La vue incroyable en hauteur qui donne sur tout Selong belanak et sunset.
Chambre totalement vitrée qui donne l’impression que nous sommes dehors.
Hôtel très intimiste avec peu de chambres

Shangri la on top of the hill, best view ever this is true with hands on heart. Top room Almost 360 degree overlooking rice fields, ocean, beach, hills, mountain, villages. Rom like lux design penthouse, staff absolute outstanding, personal service, proff top site manager. Food great, make what u want. Travel all over Asia, world this is among my top 3 experience. Negativ only need more water pressure for gigantic bath tube, nice shower
Nothing wrong, absolute nothing

Staff super friendly and helpful
Food was very very good
Need to know: The bathroom and bedroom are split and you need to walk outside across the pool to get to the bathroom.
We couldn’t use the pool because of monkeys
Loud prayers
For the price, the property seems a little old (bathroom (calcium) for example and typically for overall Indonesia garbage in front of the hotel)

Everything! The customer service here was 10/10! Free shuttle service to the beach, food was delicious, free laundry service included. You just WhatsApp them and they’ll bring you anything you need.
The wifi cut in and out a little. But if you text them they’ll fix it immediately. So wasn’t even a real issue.

Spectacular view! Big gorgeous rooms and very helpful staff.
Staff can give you lifts to the beach etc if needed.
Very quiet
several geckos in room. I imagine this is due to the buildings being quite old, with gaps in walls
recommend you to have a motorbike if you want to travel to/from the hotel freely as it is located on a very steep hill

We had the bestest time during our stay there.
Food was nice.
Staff was great.
They accommodated us when we told them it’s our wedding anniversary and they planned a candle light dinner on our patio.
Love waking up to the wonderful scenery.
The geckos at night. 😅

Incredible views of the mountainous landscape, the beeches, the paddy fields and the monkeys playing in the trees....
The rooms were definately one of my favourites from all my trips. The colours and textures, the attention to details, the light coming from the floor to ceiling windows.... the rooms are also immaculately clean and very comfortable.
The service is next level with all the staff happy to help out with everything from amazing food to local surf spots, organising a scooter (thanks Hassan) and even recommending local restaurants.
Special thanks to Wawan(hope the spelling is OK)..... hope my family come to meet you and your amazing team.

View from the room was nice but not worth the price.
If I could give minus 10* for this property I would. It was the worst accommodation we ever had in Indonesia and highly overpriced!
It is placed on a steep hill and the road is in unacceptable state - getting there was a nightmare both by car and by scooter. Considering how much they charge per night they should fix it to make guests' experience better.
Swimming pool dirty and full of life forms swimming in it, I would not risk getting into it.
Do not use their free laundry service - they washed our white linen clothes with black ones and everything returned grey - they completely ruined our clothes!
The air con in the room was very badly placed and it did not cool the room. The humidity and mould in the room and bathroom with paint pealing off walls and huge black mould stains in the shower.
WIFI almost not existed, very bad quality!
They wanted to charge us 170k IDR/day for scooter! Other hotels we stayed in had price of 80k IDR/day. Fortunately we were able to rent a scooter somewhere else.
The only good thing is that we stayed only one night in this place and we ran away from there as quickly as possible.
Overall very low quality, overpriced place not worth your health, time and money!

We recently stayed at Seven Havens residence Lombok and we can't stop raving about it! The views are simply breathtaking and gave us a feeling of being in a cozy cabin in the woods. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable were the people managing the residence. The service team was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure that we felt at home.
We were amazed by the warm and friendly nature of the staff. They took care of every single need promptly and with a smile on their face. No ask was too much for them. They even arranged transportation for us at a moment's notice and took care of our dietary needs. We must say that the service provided was truly outstanding and at par if not above some of the most expensive hospitality brands.
We were really impressed with the staff's dedication towards their work. They are truly an asset to the property, and we sincerely hope that they are paid what they deserve. We booked this residence for the views, but we would definitely visit again for the service and warmth of the people running the place. Special thanks to the staffs - Rudi, Hassan, Pathul, Indar, Tari, Hambali and Yudi.
While the infrastructure of the residence needs a little uplift and regular wear and tear maintenance, the staff more than made up for it. When we first checked into our room, there were quite a few lizards, but the staff members patiently removed every single one of them which they could spot. Due to gaps in the walls, lizards and other insects do enter the room frequently.

Incredible view and absolutely nice pool.
Nice and helpful staff who will do anything for you.
The whole hotel is on the way to get a bit run down.
The private pool was quite cold because of no sun in it the whole day.

Absolutely no regrets picking this place for our honeymoon - the views from the presidential suite truly are exceptional. And I particularly loved the fact that the room was two floors, which gave you additional privacy upstairs, and even your own private sitting area outside. God, I loved it. Selong Belanak is a relatively quiet place as in not particularly teeming with tourists - which was a plus in my book (but if you want somewhere more bustling there are other more suitable places on the island for you)
Strangely, when we were there there were water cuts between 5.30-6am (but was restored by 6am-ish) - I wonder if it was due to Lombok’s water stressed situation. Definitely all for environmental saving measures if that’s the case haha.

The staff were absolutely amazing always happy to assist us with whatever need we had! The villa was amazing and very private which we liked. The location was quiet and peaceful and an occasional visit from the monkeys made our stay so much better! Can absolutely recommend!

The rooms and view are spectacular. The breakfast is amazing and the service is out of this world. I'm normally not big on hôtel food but this was some of the best food we've had in Lombok so far.
Mawan, Yudi, and Hambali together with the entire team went above and beyond to take care of all our needs, provide thoughtful recommendations, help with visa extension and just made our stay one to remember!
We hope to be back soon!
Everything was perfect.

The Rain, but it was not bad because we could enjoy the villa!

the views from the room was nice. we didn’t really get a sea view but it was more panoramic view of the village and forest. very clean and the staff were accommodating.
It’s location is a bit off not by the beach so we had to get them to drive us to the nearest one at Selong belanak. didn’t like the idea that the room and the toilet is separated across pool. especially if you have to go in the middle of the night. there’s monkeys around and they come if you have food laying around so this is not cool at all. while they are cute they can be quite vicious.

This villa from beginning to the end, exceeded all of our (couple) expectations. The whole staff on the property, and I mean everyone on the property, provided such an amazing customer service and made our stay 110% comfortable and special. The staff were very accommodating in transport whenever we wanted to go somewhere (Ex. beach), and always recommended excellent suggestions that honestly made our trip even more special. The villa speaks for itself, it's amazing - but the highlight of this stay was the staff. They are all super amazing human beings :)

Very nice staff, best you can ever get.
They also gave few times fried bananas, which were delicious!!!
One small issue with not water when I checked out, I didnt bring this to ther attention as I was leaving and in a rush and I am sure they would have fixed it anyway. No other complains at all.

The view of our room was incredible. It’s located on the hill and with open curtains you can wake up in your bed with a total view on the bay. The hotel Manager Wawan was the best host ever and makes every dream come true. He gave us rides to nearby locations, served the best fried bananas and immediately on each request he has had an answer and/or solution. We are sad to stay only for two nights. This spot is every day worth to be there. Thank you to the total team and especially to Wawan
Nothing to say 😊

The locations and the view are good. Staff is nice. Free laundry and transport to the closest beach.
A lot of insects inside the room. We woke up to a big spider or cockroach a few times and had to remove dozens of other insects. Rooms in general are not clean enough.

Super good location: At the top of the hill in the middle of the forest.
Rooms: clean and smells very well
Staff: 24/7 to your service.
There is a free laundry service and also free transport/pickup nearby the hotel.
There are some beaches close to the hotel (less than 2 min by motorbike) where you can eat, walk and even lear to surf for an economic price. The hotel staff will drop you there and borrow towels if needed!
As the hotel is in the of the forest, you may expect gecko and even monkeys. If you are afraid of them, the hotel staff will help you to remove them if they appear.
