Great updated beachside villa in a quiet part of Milos

We loved the big outdoor space overlooking the beach. We often had our coffee outside in the morning, and used the space to set up an exercise area. The main room was very spacious, and we appreciated the kitchenette to make breakfast in the mornings. The toaster and coffee maker were ideal, and they had stocked the refrigerator with water, juice and a small variety of beer and soda. It was also nice to be next to Provatas Beach. We swam there one day, and had snacks at the bar up above it.

It was a little difficult to find the right house. There was no sign or number associated with it. The road and driveway are gravel which may give a novice driver a bit of a challenge, but it was ok for us. The villa was not near any of the main towns, so if you do not want to drive 12 minutes to get to the nearest grocery store or other shopping this place isn't for you. That being said, it did not bother us. Milos is a small island to get around.

A fabulous beach side stay

The location of this property is superb. There was a beautiful breeze at night & the beach is only a short walk away.

The info when booking this accomodation is a little confusing as all the properties at this site are included together. We were caught a little off guard when we didn’t get exactly what we thought we were getting eg we didn’t have full kitchen facilities and one of our rooms was very small - no space for any luggage.

Amazing house in an idyllic location

Amazing location overlooking Provatas beach. Fun layout with all the floors made of tiny pebbles. Great outdoor space. Lots of cats come by to visit. Kostas (the host) was there to welcome us and even stocked the fridge with some basic supplies, since there are no stores nearby. Beach towels were provided and even changed during our short stay. A quick note on getting there because Google Maps leaves you a bit short on instructions. You drive all the way down to Provatas beach and follow the road left and back up the hill. It leads to 3 buildings. The rental is the last of the three.

ok as place to rest your head, but disappointing

close to a beach - hosts left us a few snacks and refreshments. there were toiletries

fixtures and fittings were tired, shower dripped all night. lower bedroom dark and dingy, place smelt of damp / needed to be aired out? downstairs door glass was frosted so when it got light you had to shut a blanket in to block out the light. none of the dressings or cushions you see in photos is there, no hammock either. bedroom had a chest freezer in it?! there was a bed in the shared living room so there was only dining table and chairs for the group to sit around. it was fine, but definitely not 4 star or luxury, 2 star at best - the photos made it disappointing. location was nice as we had a car, but no amenities near by

What is there not to like about this property. The location, amenities, cleanliness, etc… If I was home, I write a much longer and detailed report. Trust me. A must stay if on Milos.

Exceptional

Kosta was an amazing host. He made our stay very special, filling the fridge with lots of food and drinks. He even left homemade chocolate desserts made by his wife. The scenery outside is absolutely breathtaking, and inside the apartment the design and layout is fantastic.

Best place to stay in Milos

We had the best time at Nino’s house. The property is incredibly well taken care of and sits right on top of one of the most beautiful beaches that Milo’s has to offer. Mr Kostas (the owner) and his family were amazing hosts and made this trip even more special.

Wonderful accomodation - highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at Ninos. Mr Kostas and his daughter were there to meet us and were very warm and willing to provide advice. The fridge was stocked with lots of fresh fruit and cold drinks. The rooms were clean and beautifully done. The highlight was definitely the outdoor space - truly wonderful. Cannot recommend staying here enough - you won’t regret it

Everything was excellent! I will definitely return to the beautiful island of Milos and of course choose the exact same accommodation at Nino‘s house! Thank you Mr. Kostas!

The view is amazing. The house is very near to an organized beach. The fridge had the necessary goods for a breakfast plus some fruits brought by Mr Kostas who welcomed us. He was always available, while he responded immediately to our requests.

I liked very much the location on top of Provatas beach. Also the owner, Kostas, was really nice and attentive with us. Every day we got fresh fruits, sweets and coffee. The cleaning service was also excellent. Kostas was always there to help when needed. 😀

I would like to have a better garden/vegetation around the house. It was really dry. However I suppose it is difficult in an island like Milos to keep some green even having local plants.

Check in was very efficient , Mr Kostas was already waiting for us with a big smile upon arrival. He provided us with enough bottled water and breakfast food for our entire stay. Property is well maintained and housekeeping was good. Mr Kostas is very thoughtful and kind. Thank you

Great location. Great host. Great house.

The house has 2 room. 1 is under the house and a big living room. Nino living just next door has been an awesome host. Fresh towels provided too. I would recommend this place 5 out of 5 times to anyone. Beach is also 30 sec walking distance.

We loved the location,privacy,view and how the rooms were disposed.The owner Nino and his daughter were extremely welcoming and helpful.The house is new well refurbished and very clean.
