Wonderful experience with great staff and hospitality!

White Coast offered the best service you will ever receive. The staff was just amazing! It was a treat staying with White Coast, it was undoubtedly the best stay of our trip (we even stayed in other costlier hotels but none matched them). The breakfast and the food overall too was great! There were only a limited number of vegetarian options but that was pretty much the story of every place in Milos.

Great views, and high standard facilities.

Amazing ocean views from our room, and the restaurant and pool area. Great food, wine and service in the restaurant - pricey, but commensurate with the quality.

Dirt/unsealed driveway and car park surface kills the 'luxe' vibe of the resort- everything gets coated in dust. For this standard/cost we had expected sealed roads and car park. They may fix this when the current extension works are completed - I hope so.

Paradise

Wonderfull hotel. It is not cheap, but it is totally worth it. Amazing site, staff, restaurant, food. Went on honeymoon and it was the best choice we could have made. Felt like in the White Lotus series. It was simply AMAZING. (not good for travelling with kids)

Nothing to complain. It was just great.

Exceptional

My husband and I spent the first half of our honeymoon here and it was absolutely exceptional!! The customer service was next to none and the property is so gorgeous!! The staff assisted us with booking a rental car, boat tour and we were also given a gift when we left the hotel. Would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful property, good location, was lacking some organization.

It was located close to popular beaches/caves, stunning sunsets from pool/lounge area, delicious welcome drink and bottle of rose in the room upon arrival, and very tasty breakfast! We also dearly loved our welcome staff Ishmini was so wonderful, she had wonderful recommendations and connections in town and just an all around great attitude.

Housekeeping kept taking the coffee cups from our room and not replacing them, we had to call both nights we were there for them to bring them up so we could enjoy coffee/tea in our room the next morning, they also never restocked the coffee/tea- while this is small in a 5 star hotel you expect a level of care to the room. We ordered room service one night and two glasses of wine- while our food was delivered they forgot our wine, when we called they said they would bring it right up and it took another 30 minutes then she wanted me to sign and asked if I wanted to leave a tip- it felt pushy and tacky after it took over an hour to get two glasses of wine. The food, while incredibly tasty, was very overpriced compared to the rest of Milos, I understand it’s a 5 star hotel but even then it seemed high, it’s not Santorini or Mykonos yet. There were a TON of staff around at all times, but it almost seemed like they had too many “cooks in the kitchen” and things seemed to fall by the wayside as a result.

Absolutely incredible

I was in shock when we arrived. I was in complete awe over the stunning location, the hospitality of the staff, and the comfort of the room. They really do go above and beyond to ensure you have a memorable and relaxing stay. We loved our balcony and private pool so much that we hardly left the premises, and we couldn’t justify eating anywhere else because we didn’t want to miss out on all the wonderful dishes at the restaurant. I wish I would’ve booked more nights here because it was by far the highlight of our Greece trip.

I’m afraid we’re forever spoiled. I’m not sure we’ll ever find a hotel we like as much as this one.

Exceeded my expectations immensely.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. It’s even better in person and I was amazed at how welcoming and genuine every one of the staff members were. They truly value your experience and are always there to ensure that you get the most out of your stay. It was also one of the only places where I truly felt relaxed. There’s also a direct view of the stunning sunset every night. I can write paragraphs of how great this place truly was.

We went in mid May; therefore, it wasn’t necessarily hot enough to swim comfortably and the pool was cold since it was not heated. If we went during June-August, it would’ve been perfect.

Without a doubt, one of the best hotel stays we've ever experienced!

The location was perfect. Secluded and peaceful, but still a short drive to anywhere else you'd like to visit. There is plenty of parking if you rent a car, which we would also recommend as we feel it's the best way to fully explore this beautiful island. Each room has a private infinity pool and there is a beautiful shared pool as well. The onsite bar and restaurant were excellent! You can dine in the beautiful, all-glass restaurant, or by the pool.

We wouldn't change a thing. Our entire experience here was perfect. We didn't want to leave!

Luxury accommodations

Very nice boutique hotel on Milos, beautiful room with a private pool. It was too cold to use it, as it was not heated, but that's because we were at the end of the season. The food was amazing, we ate several meals and they were some of the best we've had in Greece. The staff was amazing as well, they made sure you were taken care of and having a good vacation. The bed was very comfortable and the lay out of the room was great. They had a gift basket for us upon arrival floating in the pool with fruit and wine, a very nice touch. The property is located in a central location, but nothing is walkable, you need some sort of transportation. We rented a scooter and the hotel arranged it all and had it delivered for us.

Exceptional

Breakfast offerings and food were exceptional and delicious. Reception/Concierge team, especially Eirini was lovely and so helpful with her recommendations. She ensured we enjoyed every moment in Milos. From the check in welcome, to logistical planning help throughout, till the checkout process with breakfast boxes for our early departure: everything went flawlessly. Their hospitality is top notch. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you White Coast staff for an unforgettable honeymoon.

This resort is the absolute perfect place to relax and recharge on the stunning island of Milos.

Everything about this hotel is spectacular, from the kind, informative staff, to the STUNNING views, to the incredible food and beverage program. All of the rooms face have views of the sea and their own private plunge pool, and when we arrived, we enjoyed a "floating welcome" -- wine and fruit floating in a basket in our pool. Our meals at the property were truly the best food we had the entire time we were in Milos. We also rented the hotel's boat for a half-day tour of the island, and I could recommend it more. The landscape is stunning, and the best beaches are only accessible via boat. Well worth the expense. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Only that I can't visit more often! The only thing that could potentially improve the property is the addition of a tennis court, as there are none on the island of Milos. But with the winds, it might be a tough match!

Friendly reception, staff. Delicious breakfast. Lovely sea view from the room. Very clean and spacious room.

Probably the small road going into the hotel. When one van size vehicle is going towards your direction, not possible for two vehicles to share the road. And what if the van doesn’t want to give way? So widening the road will be great. Put the stress away from your guest when they are returning from outside or heading out after check in

incredible sunset views, gorgeous spot.

amazingly beautiful new property with the best views of the north coast - every room has a tiny pool and an incredible spot for sunset, you can walk down to a communal pool / a private beach, included breakfast was INCREDIBLE and the dinner was the best meal of our 2 week trip in Greece, completely unexpected. 10/10 would stay again!!!

Everything and beyond

Everything from the very first moment when we stepped into the White Coast up until we unfortunately left one day earlier was TOP NOTCH! The management of the hotel did their absolute best for us to feel special and to enjoy our vacation that was effected by strong wind. Dear Eirinie was our guardian angel, supported by all other hotel stuff, they cared about all the details, reservations and smoothness of our stay. Room has spectacular view to the sea, directly from one of the best and the most comfortable beds. All you need is in the room and if anything is missing the hotel will provide it within a few minutes. Breakfast has a large scale of choices and its so delicious. Sarakiniko beach is step away!

Best hotel in the best location ever

Incredible facilities and architecture merging with the terrain and the sea. Service was spectacular and everything I needed was provided with agility and without efforts. Expectations were already high, but the reality was even better. Best hotel I’ve stayed in my life for sure.

Well deserving of a five star rating. Has set a new standard for my hotel expectations.

The service was exceptional. They really went the extra mile: leaving a fruit basket and bottle of wine as a welcome gift, a farewell gift bag, pillow menu etc. The meal at the hotel restaurant was one of the best I had in my two week trip through Europe (and extremely reasonably priced). Overall incredible stay.

The location isn't exactly close to any of the best day trip[ destinations so you will have to rent a ride or take a cab everywhere. This does not take away from the incredible view and the rides are at most 10 minutes.

Excellent service

Absolutely excellent service, the staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful - they assisted us with a boat trip and also provided recommendations for things to explore. Breakfast is amazing, the pastries on offer as well as the fresh juices and pancakes are delightful. Dinner menu on site is also fantastic. Facilities are amazing too, the infinity pool rooms have a wonderful view of sunset (which we really enjoyed). I cannot fault this hotel, the little touches with complimentary wine and fruit baskets for our stay was also so kind and thoughtful. I honestly believe this is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far - would 100% recommend. You are also very close to Sarakiniko Beach which is worth a visit on the earlier end before the crowds. I will be returning to this hotel in future! Thanks again to the wonderful staff

Wider availability on TV beyond news channels i.e. Netflix but this isn’t a decisive factor! We really loved our stay!
