여행하면서 만난 최악의 호텔

해변과 멀지 않다는 점.

멀쩡한 것이 별로 없는 호텔이다. 1. 침대에서는 삐그덕 거리는 소리가 나고 잠자다가 뒤척이거나 하면 계속 소리가 난다. 2. 내 객실은 욕실 수압은 좋았으나 하수구가 작아 배수가 잘 되지 않았고 곰팡이도 있었다. 3. 욕실 휴지통과 휴지걸이 객실에 비치된 휴지통에는 얼룩과 때가 많아 지저분해 보인다. 4. 화장대 의자는 망가져 있고 냉장고 문도 덜렁거렸다. 5. 헤어드라이어 선은 끊어져 있고 전선이 노출되어 있어 위험해보였다. 6. 앨리베이터 옆 비상계단에 누군가 피우고 버린 담배꽁초는 체크인 할때부터 있던게 한번도 치워지지 않았다. 호텔이라고 하기엔 관리상태가 너무 안좋고 그냥 딱 값 싼 모텔 수준의 컨디션 입니다. 여행 경비가 충분한 사람들에게는 추천 할 수 없고 그들은 고객의 불편함을 챙기기 보다 고객이 실수한 부분이 없는지에 더 많은 관심을 쏟았다. 그럴듯한 사진에 속지 마시고, 돈이 없다면 모를까 다른데 가세요. 안그러면 여러가지 이유로 추가비용 내라고 요구합니다. 큰 돈도 아닌데 짜증나서 그냥 줘버렸습니다. 그들은 내 여행을 망쳐 놓았습니다. 이번 여행하면서 묵었던 가장 최악의 경험이었습니다.

Great choice for the hotel in Da Nang with amazing view

I requested a room on higher floor with nice view, and got it. My room was on the last 15th floor (1503) and view was amazing (city, mountains, sea). Room had a balcony. Hotel is pretty new. Special thanx for Joyce (FO manager) and Annie, also to other people who are working there.

I had a lovely stay

The hotel was so clean and my room was big. Beautiful view of the sea and the room was lovely. The staff were so helpful and did everything to make my stay good. Lovely staff so friendly and nice . Thankyou to Ellie, Joyce and Bryan . It was great talking and having a laugh with them. I would recommend this hotel. Good value for money.

I had a problem with the steps to enter the hotel because I hurt my knee.

A true customer service experience

Location to the beach fantastic, location to mini mart just around the corner for your essentials, beautiful hotel very well presented. Rooms very nice. We had a great view as well. The real diamond to this hotel is its staff. All smiling, all willing to acknowledge you and greet you. From the footpath to the breakfast table. Sunny and Joyce at reception were just a fantastic help. Happy and helpful. A true asset to the business. Would not go past the White Sand when staying in Da Nang.

Lovely staff, Sunny was super friendly and helpful at reception, and Harry was our private driver and took us to all our activities very reasonably priced transport and accommodation. Hotel rooms were clean, and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Nice pool and gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would use it again.

There was nothing I could fault this this hotel.

Good breakfast on the 14th floor with buffet. Good internet in the rooms Friendly staff Clean rooms with comfortable furniture and nice design. Lots of sitting areas at the reception, by the pool or by the gym. Small pool, perfect for kids. Decent gym Close to the beach

Recommended but with some remarks

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the ladies at the reception desk are charming. The rooms are generally clean and well maintained, as is the rest of the building. The wifi is good, the location is kind of convenient (4km from the airport just going straight, but one main road further will give you closer access to the better restaurants, bars, coffee shops, beach beds, etc). The umbrella was also great, I unfortunately needed it a lot. Overall a pleasant stay for sure and would recommend the place.

Some things just slightly bothered me as I think they were not well thought out: there is a safe locker in the room but it is placed on the ground and therefor just inconvenient to use. So it will take a while to find out there is one, only to then understand its kinda inconvenient and awkward. The closet was not really useful to put away your stuff so I put my suitcase open on the floor which does take some space. There are power-outlets, light switches, and fan switch located in a really awkward and unusable position at the height of the right side bed pillows. So your pillow will hit whatever you stick in the outlet and it will fall out. Why these are not positioned above the dressoir or bedside table is completely beyond me and really bad design. The rooms are noisy in the morning and note that you will hear all the street noises (it's a main road). I would always be awakened by noises between 7 and 8. Housekeeping threw away the soapbar every day which in my opinion is a waste of soaps. My bed linen was also not changed in the 9 days I stayed. And as others mentioned too in their reviews, the entrance stairs can get slippery with the rain and you have no rail to hold yourself on to. But I'd still recommend this place, especially if you stay for less than a week.

До моря можно дойти пешком за 10 минут, рядом есть кафе и супермаркеты. Номер небольшой, но уютный, каждый день производится уборка и обновляются бутылочки с водой. Вкусные завтраки в формате шведского стола - много салатов и зелени, горячие блюда каждый день меняются, можно заказать очень вкусный омлет с овощами или жареное яйцо, а также суп. В отеле есть небольшой бассейн, мини спорт зал и услуги массажа. Персонал приятный и дружелюбный.

Awesome hotel

Awesome hotel, nice service and super clean rooms. Had a nice stay. Strongly recommended. Especially the crew was super nice. The guys are nice and the 3 woman are also super friendly and make a good job. Forgot all their names but remember sunny & Annie. Thanks for the perfect vacation!! We will come back

Inadequate and not properly trained Staff.

Location

Staff are not competent and not professional. Obviously they have no training and not enough experience. It's very surprising to me to see how much of a lack of training they have. Too naive and not enough supported by the hotel management. They are absolutely far from international guests and basic services standard

Awsome hotel near Mykhe Beach

The hotel is very nice, located close to some tourist landmarks, between Mykhe Beach and Dragon Bridge. Service is awsome here, the staff was supper hepful, friendly, they speak English fluently. They offer breakfast buffet at 14th floor with nice view. The swimming pool is not much large but it’s nice, You can use even raining outside. I can say the quality of the hotel is exceeded my expectations. Must-visit hotel if you come to Danang city

Very close to the beach, a short stroll away. Very nice and friendly staff, went out of the way to surprise me with a birthday cake. Clean and comfortable room that is made up everyday.

Exceptional

TL;DR: Everything was great 1. Excellent Internet/Wifi. Ping is small - 20-30 milliseconds, and very stable. Ping to Europe 200 milliseconds. SSH connections are stable. Once I squeezed 400 megabits per second (50 megabytes per second) from a Wifi connection and downloaded several gigabytes very quickly, I don’t know which digital god smiled at me. 2. My room had a great view from the window - the sea and mountains. It was possible to watch the waves from the room and decide whether to go to the beach. Photos match reality. Everything is clean and new. 3. The guys at the reception speak English well and are responsive. Thank you so much Linda, Dan and Annie! 4. A small table in the room is very practical 5. There's a cool rain shower in the shower stall. 6. Designers and planners did their best. 7. Good conditioner 8. Breakfast was great, every day there is meat, vegetables, meat soup scrambled eggs etc. 9. Room cleaning every day. Hotel staff is nice! 10. There are no mosquitoes and ants, which, strictly speaking, is a frequent attribute of hotels in Asia. Thanks to this, you can safely open the window at night. 11. The location is good - a few minutes to the beach, a small supermarket, restaurants nearby. 12. An excellent bed with a width of 180 centimeters - almost King size. Four pillows - two larger, two smaller. For me, this was relevant, since I prefer smaller pillows and was able to choose what suits me best. 13. Good soundproofing or I was lucky with my neighbors. Almost never heard anything.

Location. Size of room. Warm welcome.

Shower cubicle needs attention due to leakage over the floor. Toilet seat/lid stained. You could see damp on walls. Outside steps steep and ideally needs a handrail - health and safety issue. Indoor pool water did not look very clean.

I like how friendly the staffs were, clean hotel , helpful workers and near to the beach

I am a muslim, the breakfast choice for a muslim/non pork eater was a bit hard. I wish there was a vegan choice instead for the muslim/non pork eater. On the other hand the breakfast itself was just normal. Should improve more especially for muslim guests. swimming pool are indoor. wanted to check it out during night time around 11am but it was a total darkness. very scary, if only the pool area have some lights. hotel should take note on this.

A perfect hotel for our week in Da Nang

The hotel is in a really good location - close walking distance both to the dragon bridge and the beach. There are restaurants, shops, cafes and bars all close by. The room was very comfortable and a good size, the shower was nice and we didn’t have any noise disturbance - good sound proofing. The highlight of our stay was the staff! The receptionists at the front desk (Danny, Linda, Luna and Annie) are all so friendly and sweet. On our birthday (I was travelling with a friend who has the same birthday as me) they gave us cake, a rose and a birthday wishes note. It was such a kind gesture and it really made our day. They were always available to answer any questions or help us. Thank you for such a nice stay in Da Nang. :)
