Un posto delizioso, camere nuove e curatissime in ogni dettaglio.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, in centro a Nicosia.
Personale gentilissimo.

Kendinizi evimizde hissettik.
4. Özge Hanım, kızımızı kendi evinde misafir etti. Kızımız onun çocuklarıyla çok güzel zaman geçirdi. Buradan da çok teşekkürler.
Not: Otelin karşısında mahallenin muhtarı Ali Bey'le de tanışıp sohbet ettik. Kendisi Lefkoşa doğumlu ve elektrik mühendisi aynı zamanda. Vaktiniz varsa tanışmanızı öneririm.
Bu otelde konaklamanızı kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Biz tekrar geleceğiz.
Sevmediğim bir şey olmadı.

This hotel is a little gem. Really beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very close to the border, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and lovely to sit in a beautiful room. The bedding and towels were very clean as was the room.
There was only one cup in the room and no milk however this was not a problem.

The lady that served the breakfast was really nice .
Breakfast was huge and all healthy.
I love the vintage style of the place as well.
They could do little improvement on the windows, as cars are passing by and upgrade the mattress as well.
But I like the place

I’m near the reception, disturbed by the light and upstairs noise

I loved the design and original features through out. The breakfast was delicious and the courtyard was a very peaceful atmosphere.
Sound proofing was limited and the windows did not fully close so it was noisy at times.

Bed was very comfortable, breakfast good, location great
Key of room difficult to use, toilet next to the bed! Just a small curtain separating. Curtain at head of bed full of stains including blood. Twice electricity stopped and no water for showering since pump stopped. Mosque opposite of window and the

The room and Elifs service

Elif was a really good host. Beautiful building in a great location. While quite small, the room was compact and had nearly everything you would want. The bed was comfortable.
A small fridge would have been a nice addition. The breakfast was well organized but it would have been nice to have some better coffee, fresh honey, variety of cheeses etc. The shower water didn't go so quickly down the drain so we were worried it may have flooded. The temperature and pressure was good though.

TasEv is a beautiful well located guest house. The original walls, floor and stairs are breath taking, with amazing high ceilings.
There wasn’t anything I disliked.

Amazing value for money. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the building has been renovated to a very high standard. The room was very modern, comfortable and clean with everything that we needed including adapters.
Breakfast was very tasty and staff very friendly.
Walking distance from several restaurants and the border.
Slow check in process as nobody in the building/reception when we first arrived.
When we first arrived the previous guest had left without returning the key, so reception said they would look after our belongings - when we returned after dinner all our belongings has been left in our bedroom but it was unlocked with the key in the door, nobody at reception and the front door to the hotel open. Nothing was stolen and they did say they had CCTV but we felt this was unsecure.
Slightly slow service at breakfast but very friendly and tasty breakfast.
One of us is allergic to cats and they have a cat that roams so just a warning if you are the same.

Very stylish and authentic design. Good location
I had a ground floor room with window going to the garden. It was a bit loudly, not very calm. Also quite dirty.

We loved our stay here, we were made to feel so welcome and our daughter loved the dog and the member of staff who checked us in and out. It’s a stunning building, the room was really comfortable and the breakfast was perfect. It’s also a great location for exploring North Nicosia on foot.

The only thing that worked in my room was the heat.
I had communicated that we would be checking in early via email a week prior to arrival, dropping of our luggage to explore NIcosia. The female staffer on duty had poor english skills & indicated we could pay on return, yet she was no where to be found at 4pm, so a long term guest ended up making the charge via her instructions over the phone. It took multiple attempts to open the door to my room each time entering due to the faulty locking mechanism, the sheets appeared unchanged with hair on the pillows, there was only one working electrical wall outlet to charge my phone after unplugging a lamp, & two ceiling light bulbs were out making the room even darker with its one window. When I texted the female staffer that the water would not come on in the shower, she replied that there was nothing she could do & it was her day off. When I texted the owner, she ignored the problem, so I could not shower. At around 5pm loud music began to play at an outdoor venue near by & continued until 3am. When I contacted the owner again, she replied that there was nothing she could do, so I did to sleep. I had requested a taxi be scheduled to the airport prior to arrival via email as well, yet it had not been done, so the same female staffer called to schedule at my request on my arrival day for my day of departure the next morning. When the taxi was 30 minutes late, it took 3 phone calls to the owner to get another taxi scheduled for a price more that the original taxi, yet we had no choice as we were about to miss our flight. When the taxi dropped us at the airport, the price quoted by the hotel owner doubled. The charge that went through on my credit card for the hotel was also overpriced, approximately 10 USD more that the reservation, so I will be disputing with my credit card co. that does not charge a foreign transaction fee on return home.

good location, interesting building, nice staff. The breakfast was lovely - see photos
The bathroom and shower facilities make it difficult if you are staying with teenagers as the cubicle is semi see through. Though I understand why this was done, however a none see through idea should have been used.
