Lovely and cozy house, it's clear that the owners put their heart into this place! There are only two guest rooms and one common area where it's possible to have access to coffee/tea/fruits any time. A very rich fantastic breakfast is also served there, freshly prepared by Simon, who greets you with a smile every morning :) Simon was also very helpful giving us some tips about the area and even prepared a welcome drink upon our arrival.
The parking is possible for free in a small street in front of the house.
To get to the Lisbon city center, you need to take a ferry which is 10-15 mins downhill by foot.
We liked everything, so hard to point smth out here. Maybe just a tip for the owners for even better experience would be to update the towels as they staters to have a bit of a smell once got wet.

The hospitality of host Simon was most pleasant!
A smile whenever we saw him, helpful with any questions we might have.
Breakfast he served every morning was really wonderful. A good start into the day.
Sorry we didn't get to meet Edgar as well.
The bed was quite firm, a bit too much for my liking. Because of that my nights weren't as comfortable and recuperating as I had hoped as I was very much in need of a good rest at the end of an exhausting day exploring Lisbon.
The way going to and coming back from the ferry (which runs frequently and takes about 7 minutes to get across to Cais do Sodré station) is a challenge with the very steep streets.
That prevented us from going "down" into the city centre for dinner but just around the corner from the B&B were 2 lovely places for a tasty and good meal.
And after concurring the very steep way from down town back to the B&B once we decided that a taxi or Uber for approx €5 was worth every penny!
The Elevador is about 5 minutes walk away and runs from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. from there it is a good 10-15 minutes walk to the ferry.

Such an amazing place to stay, very stylish and comfy! You will be greeted by a super friendly owner who will detail for you all you need to know about Almada including some nice tips of local restaurants. Some of the main attractions are just minutes away. Breakfast is fresh, appliances are new, you will have fruits and tea waiting for you every day, besides an easy access to Lisbon. I would definitely come back!

the owner was very helpful and prepared a lot of useful information for our stay. The breakfast was rich and good. We got a bottle of good wine as a present.

The very friendly welcome, after our very dissapointing experience with the car rental compact HERTZ. Simon our host was so helpfull to call headoffice of Hertz, finally didn’t make a difference. But it helped to get the right state of mind. The location was perfect, the breakfast preparered as if we were at home.
We had a good diner in the neighbourhood, also advised by Simon. What a great host!
Go and see it yourself!!!

Good location not far from ferry to central Lisbon. I wanted to be a bit off the beaten track for tourists, and this fit the bill. Room was spacious, with a separate dressing room and separate bath.
Couldn't figure out how to make coffee. There was a pod machine, but not pods. Breakfast was minimal.

Room was very nice and we also enjoyed the common space downstairs a lot!

It was well located to restaurants, cafes and local shops. It was also within a fifteen minute walk to the ferry terminal to Lisbon itself and then a ten minute walk to the main tourist spots. However, if you didn't want to walk, the ferry terminal is right next to the transport stations.
I thought there was one small example of style over substance. Effectively, there were no bedside tables and no easily operable bedside light in the night.

Very, extremely cosy room and public area! You can use microwave owen, toaster, coffe brew machine, fridge and so on.
Silent street, no much cars or people.
Near the hotel many restaurants and cafés.
From Lisboa ferry to the hotel - 15 min (but there are so much hills =) )
Wi-fi sometimes have been stucked. If you are planning to work (zoom etc), I suggest to think about alternative internet source.

The hosts Simon and Edgar was so helpful and kind, their house was a typical Portuguese with a twist of modern and an unique interior design. I would definitely stay there again if I was in Lisboa.

This was my last stay, (3 days), as I rested up in Lisbon having toured Portugal and Spain on a BMW Motorcycle for 21 days and it was a very pleasant surprise. Cosy little B&B in the Almada district across the river from central Lisbon. My host, Simon, was a wonderful gentlemen who took extra care to make one feel at home and comfortable. Great community with tons of cafes and bars in walking district and the ferry to historic Lisbon is a short walk and the only way to get to Lisbon. What fun!
Nothing, first rate.

Clean, spacious room. The owner was very pleasant. Good breakfast; he also bought me gluten free bread. Very creative decoration in room and breakfast room. Restaurants nearby.
Very noisy from other guests using stairs, slamming doors etc. When they used their shower it was noisy all the time that the water was running. Also "balcony" is an exaggeration as it was an iron rail in front of a door with window.

This property exceeded our expectations Friendly welcome by a staff member and instruction in the apartment. The location in Almada was a bit difficult to find, but a good starting point for the "Elevator" from which you can see both the Cristo Rei statue, as well as the bridge and Lisbon. Only 5 minutes walk away. Just around the corner are cafes, pharmacy, small supermarkets.

Nice and stylish house with clean spacious rooms and a friendly host. Surely the house will make you feel like you were on a movie set. Parking is possible on the streets and it wont take too long to find a spot. Definitely great experience. Would stay here again.
I just could not find the light switch in the kitchen :)
