Staff are helpful, courteous and understanding
The CR isn’t available downstairs, jacuzzi pool is not hot, food needs to be upgraded to a big serving

The in-house pool reduces the hassle for tourists should they prefer to swim but does not prefer to go out. The staff is also friendly and accommodating; they smile and greet us every time we go out for sight-seeing and return to rest.
The place sometimes are slightly swarmed with mosquitoes, especially in the lobby. It might be nice if there are also mosquito repellants in the lobby aside from the one in the pool area. Also for future improvements, adding an elevator might help tourists to move around faster without tiring themselves.

Few steps away of White Beach, friendly staff and always provides assitance.
Hopefully they will add more options for breakfast.

I really like the staff especially Faith, coz she is so accomodating. She went an extra mile in welcoming her guests.. The hotel is so clean and cheap enough for an accommodation such as what they are giving. We will definitely come back.. Thank you.

The room is just right. Standard Room is a bit tight for 2 people. It is proximate to the beach and convenience stores.
I did not like the limited options for breakfast. The taste of food is below average. One staff "Atky" is lazy and not that helpful.

Breakfast was fine. But we added a 3rd person at the last minute and when we checked in they charged us 750 Pesos. No extra bed, no pillow, no extra sheets or blankets, no towel, still only 2 soap bars the size of a silver dollar and just as thin! Started the vacation on a bad note. No view, just brick walls.
Charge a FAIR PRICE….. maybe 250 pesos.

The location of the hotel and the service

Staff are accommodation. Elmer and John are both accommodating and nice. They catered our queries and always provide assistance whenever needed.
Elmer even accommodated us with the umbrella when we checked out since it was raining and we needed to walk a little.
No elevator, since our room is on the 3rd floor, we had to use the stairs. Of course when you had to have long walk in the beach front, it would be best if they have elevator in the hotel. Challenge is that if there's PWD, it would be hard reaching the room without the lift.

near the beach. delicious breakfast
it states in Booking.com that there is view of the island. Turns out there is ongoing building next to it, blocking the view.
The place is good by itself, please update your description of the place. It is outdated

Rooms were OK. Staff were helpful.
No elevator. Room seemed to get a lot of condensation. Breakfast fairly ordinary.
5.0 / 10.0
Room is modernised and color theme selection were spot on.
I like the open closet, mobility rack for wet clothes and the
plus size fridge.
The bathroom has stinky odor that would never go away whatever
you do.
No make up room during stay due to pandemic reasons. It just
doesn't make sense to me.
Lots of mosquitos, like literally.

we were in the 4th flr but they were very nice to find us a room in the lower floor
8.0 / 10.0
The staff are acomodating and approachable.
Not so far from the beach and the food is good and well served on time
Far from dmall only
5.0 / 10.0
It’s not exactly beachfront and you have to walk through a narrow road to reach the hotel. The breakfast and food options were also limited and there are no elevators so we had to walk our way up the stairs to the 4th floor.
8.0 / 10.0
Room is clean and comfy, Near the beach, food is good.
