Fun stay!! Can improve on house keeping.

1.) Convenient service to and from the airport 2.) Professional staff and will always greet and help you with a smile! The beach staff are super attentive!!!💯💯 3.) Delicious and unique breakfast spread! Even their ala cart menu tastes good!! 4.) Appreciate that they have a waiting room for you to change or rest while waiting for your check in time. 5.) Love their free juice, popcorn, and ice cream 6.) Location is perfect. Not too crowded. 7.) They clean their beach front diligently!!

1.) You can hear the tv from the other rooms :(When both rooms (left and right) have their tv on at night it was quite noisy specially for a sleeping child. 2.) Room was clean but a dirty mug was left behind with marks from the previous guest. 3.) Shower has some hair from previous guests. 4.) The shower niche has grime that I just removed. Also, the shower easily gets flooded.

staff are all friendly you will not have to worry about anything at all literally room was clean location was very near breakfast is the best so far with international dishes filipinos at its best🇵🇭

i booked 3 rooms and requested for it to be near each other but they said it is full and they could not grant the request but it is not a big deal really.

Stay here, you won't regret it I promise you that.

Hats off to the whole team, but especially Jony at the beach and other excellent workers who made our stay very pleasurable. The arrangement from pickup at airport to boat ride to another taxi to hotel was amazing. So easy. Classy touch on uploading the pic to our TV screen when we checked in. The breakfast was excellent and the choice and quality of food was very good. We will come again and recommend it to others.

A few minor niggles... our door was off kilter and although it closed, was not airtight. The toilet seat needed tightening as it moves when in use and maybe invest in some citronella candles in bathroom to help combat those pesky drainpipe flies.

the staff is really friendly and they make everything possible to solve any concern you may have. the facilities are very clean. we were surprised every day with a small food gift followed by a very kind message from the staff, really nice gesture

it’s very noise during the night. people outside and even guests inside the hotel during the night were very loud. I would recommend more vigilance during night ensuring everyone can have a proper night of sleep

Excellent stay with 12 family members!

The entire team was excellent from the airport to the hotel. We were traveling with a group of 12 and the Coast team was friendly, attentive, and helped us with every request.

Everything was beautiful. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful in everything. The location is beautiful and is located on the beach in the most beautiful areas of Borkai Island station two, you will not find better than this hotel in the center of Burkai Island.

breakfast was good, the hotel right on the beach, lovely location, the staff was very helpful, Netflix was an advantage if you were into it. the airport and the boat transfer were complimentary.

the WIFI wasn't good, but we had our data package, so it was ok.

fulfilling and worth the expenses

everything right from landing at the airport was taken care of. it was a breeze the location was apt - within walking distance from all POI in Boracay. food tasted good. breakfast, while being primarily for Filipino palate, was more than a reasonable spread.

didn’t like would be too strong a term …but what was missed was a lift, especially if you’re staying on the 3rd or the 4th floor. an inconvenience at the best. no other qualms. the property however understood and did their best to accommodate us (my elderly parents)

It was a one of a kind and wonderful experience being upgraded from a double room to a loft style. We love everything in

modern design, complete amenities, it is not a huge hotel so it was easy to get back and forth to the beach, well kept and properly maintained facilities

the stairs in our room was a bit steep for us, wifi signal could be better at the second floor
