There is a long wait for everything. No one picked us up from the port. We waited 2 hours at 5 pm for the room because it was not ready. We waited 40 minutes for breakfast. Absolutely unsatisfactory. The room lacked basic things that we had to talk about. If someone wants to spend their vacation just waiting, let them choose this hotel.

there’s no phone to call the frontdesk. we need to ask for housekeeping. hard to request for special trip via van

the monkeys that hang out by the verandah.
staff not trained for hospitality sector. staff seemed lazy. some complained overworked and underpaid. front desk staff seen on cell phone texting instead of working. management needs to have a meeting and train staff how to work in hospitality. the people are the face of the company and they really didn’t seem to care or reflect the brand.
front desk closes at 8pm. hard to get a hold of anyone if needed. no phone in the room so you need to walk to the front desk or use your cell phone to call for anything
location poor for front beach access. shuttle only came 4 times per day. very inconvenient and expensive to take a tricycle. we booked based on a comment from the hotel staff that there was a shuttle that came hourly which it doesn’t. shuttle driver nearly drive over 3 people in our group.
need a social media manager to fix or remove comments on social media that do not represent the hotel.
I could write 50 more things I didn’t like but am limited by space to write.

I've been to all sorts of hotels but even 5 star hotels I've been in Dubai holds no candle to the hospitality of the staff here.
Rest assured that they would give full attention to any problems you might have and would always be courteous.
We arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to check in earlier than 2pm and even packed us breakfast before checking out even though the kitchen only opens by 7am and we we're checking out by 3am.
Rooms are spacious and have plates and utensils that are ready for use.
You could hear crickets chirping outside your room, serenading you to sleep.
Rooms a little bit outdated and they didn't have a phone from the room that we could use to directly call reception.
No access ramp for PWD in the building we've stayed in.

i love the peacefullness, away from crowd because i just want to really relax..away from busy street..
there is a spa inside and the infinity pool with the view..jacuzzi and even the staffs are very accomodating..;)
there are only 4 shuttle service available for the whole day and when you need to commute by yourself it is difficult to wait for e-tricycle

I like the spacious and cozy room. And also the breakfast. The staff, driver, and the guards are super courteous and cheerful.
Tho its far from the famous White Beach, but the location to Puka Beach is great.

I love how we were accommodated. The location is also very good for travellers who want to rest in a less busy area.
It's probably because of the current situation that some costs were cut. But if all goes well for this hotel when things get back to normal, I hope that slippers will be provided as well as phones that connect directly to the numbers left for guests to reach. And hopefully their restaurant can operate for lunch and dinner soon.

I appreciated that the hotel provided a shuttle to the beach area every hour, Air conditioner was cold.
Facility was not well maintained. Bathmat was moldy, showerhead and bathroom sink leaked, moldy smell in the room, sheets did not feel fresh.

So many to say!
From the moment we stepped foot into the lobby to the moment we checked out (and even beyond outside the hotel!) we were well taken care of and always had help when we asked for it. The check in/out staff answered all our questions and even gave us great recommendations on things! Miss Hanna behind the main desk is such an asset to the team! Me and my friends made a mistake of checking out a day early and she arranged for the same room for us immediately and was so lovely despite our mistake. I can say that after that mishap, the lobby staff remembered us 😂 The housekeeping staff did an amazing job cleaning our room everyday (3 quite messy ladies, so sorry!) and even accommodating our requests for extra things and so prompt too! The free van service to and from City Mall and Puka Beach are one of the best services. On our last night, me and my friends stayed out until 3AM and had to get a tricycle back to the hotel but the gate guard saw us approaching and he called for a van to pick us up from the gate to the lobby which really wasnt far! Such a kind gesture and meant a lot to 3 tipsy girls hahaha I have so much more to say but honestly, it has been one of the best stays Ive ever experienced!
I dont think there’s anything that made a big deal to us. I did notice that it gets a bit crowded during breakfast but that’s understandable.
One of the nights, there was a cockroach that we found crawling on our room floor (not a big deal to me because being a local Im used to creepy crawlies) but my foreign friends were shocked by the intruder.
Maybe update the bathrooms? Because we found it to be a little outdated compared to the whole room.
