Perfect hilltop location overlooking the beach and had great views. Rooms were comfortable and the pool was a great addition. Wifi and utilities were good as well as the amenities, supplies and housekeeping. Walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants, other beaches, town and grocery. Host met us at the airport and escorted us to the house, reviewed the features and amenities and provided keys and dining, activity suggestions.
No AC. Lots of fans but the rooms can still get very hot. Last bit of road requires SUV or 4x4 or park below and take 5-minute path/stairs.

Fantastic location with stunning views and the pool area was lovely
It was very tired and dated and the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. The access road is extremely difficult even with a 4x4 so we did not go out in the evenings

The location is amazing with great uninterrupted sea views. Very quiet and overall a great place to relax. Once you get over the road to the property - we took the advise and hired a 4x4 getting to the local beach Galley Bay is a walk or very short drive away where we swam and snorkelled every morning and afternoon. Christine popped by on a regular basis to make sure we doing ok and checked if we needed anything. The nearest supermarket is in St John's and the fish and veg market are accross the road from Perry Bay supermarket were we bought local fish most nights.
the drive up the road up to the property is very bumpy, even in a 4x4 but you do get used to it. a car will definitely not make it.

We loved out stay at the house. It was a beautiful hose with a great view.
Internet service was an issue. Service was intermittent. We had no easy way to contact host as we didn't have international data service. Otherwise, it was great in all other aspect.

Amazing rural location. Nice size Villa with a swimming pool. Short walk to a lovely beach.
It’s very hot without air conditioning, and can be difficult to sleep.

Where to start? We had a fantastic stay at Aloe Villa. We stayed for a week and the facilities were perfect - there was everything we needed and more. Our host Marco was wonderful! So kind, thoughtful and courteous. The villa is gorgeous, beautifully designed and decorated. The facilities were good and the villa itself was extremely quiet. The pool is a wonderful addition, and the outdoor seating area is just perfect - incredible views during the day and excellent star gazing at night. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa, especially for families, and would definitely stay again.

Marco met us at the airport to lead us to the villa. Everything in the villa was as stated in the website and we enjoyed it's location.

The villa has the most outstanding views of the sea and it is a short 4 minute walk down to the beach. A real authentic Antiguan gem.
The road to the villa is a challenge unless you have a jeep which we didn't, but well worth it at the end!

Amazing location - views are superb! Lovely feel to the place with lots of different places to eat and relax outside. Marco was very responsive and helpful
No air con but plenty of breeze made sleeping ok in the top room but back room was warm at night

Marco was an exceptional host of this absolutely beautiful villa. The location was private yet drive able to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend renting a Jeep for the duration of the stay, which Marco can easily arrange. We took many of his great suggestions for dining - a favorite was Hemingway’s and sheer rocks, both excellent. The villa itself was incredible - amazing views, a private pool, and open air throughout. We left the windows and doors open to enjoy the indoor outdoor space. The villa was a calm private oasis and we loved every minute. Can’t thank Marco enough.
Nothing! Wish our stay was longer.
