Lit, cuisine, frigo, eau, personnel accueillant, clim. Nous avons pris une 2 ème nuit. Emplacement bien pour se promener. La pression de la douche. La propreté. Nous avons mangé sur la terrasse après avoir utilisé la cuisine. Un supermarché a 1km.

Le stationnement dans la rue. Pas de parking public. Le verrou de la sdb qui ne fonctionne pas et la porte s ouvre lors d' un appel d air (porte d entrée utilisée).

Gute Lage für eine Nacht in Tulum

Große saubere Zimmer, tolle Lage in ein paar Schritten ist man im Zentrum und findet Restaurants und Geschäfte. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter

Leider ein wenig hellhörig, nachts spät zurückkehrende Gäste waren laut und in den Zimmern deutlich zu hören

Idyllisch. Sehr zu empfehlen

Schöne idyllische Unterkunft. Mit Hängematten auf der Terrasse und Gemeinschaftsküche a la Hostel Style. Mega gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Wunderschön, farbenprächtig, klein da nur 8 Zimmer daher etwas besonderes. Tolle Lage. 15minuten fussläufig vom ADO Terminal entfernt. Gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt mit den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln. Definitiv zu empfehlen.

Super Lage und gute Zimmer für Kurzaufenthalt

Das Zimmer war groß und mit Küche ausgestattet, welche wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Die Möbel waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, alles funktionsfähig und sauber. Lage einfach unschlagbar: In gut 20min mit dem Fahrrad (haben wir dort im Casa ausgeliehen) an den Ruinen, in 3min auf einer tollen Streetfood Straße und schnell auf der Hauptstraße aber wenig Trubel insgesamt. Gegenüber ein Supermarkt für Obst und Wasser, ein paar Meter mehr ein Seven Eleven. Dachterasse einfach top!

Straßenlärm war deutlich zu hören in der Nacht, Internet bzw, WLAN Verbindung auf der Dachterrasse eher mäßig

A hidden gem in Tulum!

We had a spacious room although the bathroom was small & we only had one small window which was too high to look through. Lots of attention to detail not found in other places we've stayed in Mexico. Appreciated the small kitchenette. Loved the rooftop terrace & the tropical garden downstairs. Very clean. Helpful & friendly staff. Very reasonsbly priced for Tulum. Found a great local restaurant nearby on Ave Coba plus a convenient shop across the road although it doesn't sell beer but there is another one about 5 minutes walk which does!

Für die Durchreise in Ordnung

Sehr sauber, schöne Dachterasse

Bei Kartenzahlung mussten wir 3% Aufschlag bezahlen, dies war bei der Buchung nirgends beschrieben. Zimmer ziemlich dunkel und ohne Fernseher. Grundsätzlich ist Tulum nicht mehr das, was es mal war. Wir werden nicht mehr herkommen. Selbstverständlich kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

Ok für ein bis zwei Nächte. Das gilt aber für Tulum Zentrum insgesamt, es gibt schönere Orte entlang der Küste.

Warmes Wasser und Föhn im Badezimmer, unser Zimmer war sauber und die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Tolle Dachterrasse.

Alles ein bisschen lieblos. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr Basic, bei der Toilettenspülung musste man manuell nachhelfen, nach dem Duschen stand das Bad unter Wasser.

El hotel está bien ubicado. Tiene el espacio de cocina privado en la habitación. Tiene un balcón muy agradable, amplio y tranquilo.

No tiene parqueadero propio. Sin embargo, el carro se puede dejar en la calle. Es un lugar seguro y tranquilo.

La comunicación con el establecimiento fue muy rápida, el personal muy amable, nos esperaron un poco para hacer el check in ya que llegamos tarde. Las habitaciones están muy lindas y limpias, la terraza es muy grande y agradable. Se encuentra muy cerca de las ruinas.

Perfect casa with great facilities and beautiful rooftop

The rooftop was amazing! Super friendly staff, big rooms, great house with many plants/trees (& chill rooftop), good WiFi, central, but quiet location, fully equipped kitchen, nice fellow guests, very secure. We had a room for 4, but only booked for 2 and then my sister spontaneously joined us and they let us stay in the same room for the same money. Super friendly communication in English and Spanish.

Perfect!!

Perfect place, the building is beautiful and well maintained! The staff is Nice and welcomed us very nicely. You can enjoy the terrace on the roof and there is a kitchen if you want to cook or simply put something in the fridge. The room was spotless clean and had everything you need. The bed was a Little small but for a few nights its okay ;)

Really comfortable place to stay ….

Nicely designed and decorated/landscaped Casa with a bit of character. Staff very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a room with a king size bed to start with - was really good. Spacious, spotlessly clean, excellent air con and shower. Bed was so comfortable. Room was serviced every day. Also had a fridge which was great. We then moved to a room with a smaller bed and kitchen (not really needed tbh) which was still good (as above) but the shower was very small and the bed was up against the wall so we liked it less. Rooftop kitchen and seating area is excellent. Good location in downtown Tulum as easy walk to restaurants etc but on a quiet enough street. We slept well there and felt very safe.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sicher absolut in Ordnung. Für mehrere Nächte leider nicht uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich gepflegt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, ca. 300 m vom Zentrum entfernt! Die Dachterrasse mit angeschlossener Küche bietet Platz zum entspannen.

Während meines Aufenthaltes (8 Nächte) wurde mein Zimmer zweimal nicht gereinigt. Insgesamt kommt sehr wenig Luft in das Zimmer, sodass meine Kleidung danach feucht war. Die Räder würde ich ebenfalls nicht weiterempfehlen, ich bin nach 3 Tagen auf eins der örtlichen Radverleiher umgestiegen. Größter Minuspunkt ist leider die Lautstärke. Es ist unfassbar laut. Sowohl die Nachbarschaft hört bis tief in die Nacht sehr laute Musik. Hinzu kommt, dass die Unterkunft selbst sehr hellhörig ist. Man hört jedes gesprochene Wort im Nachbarzimmer. Hier konnte selbst Oropax keine Abhilfe schaffen.

The Location and the Gazebo.

VERY NOISY, you can literally hear people coughing next door, kids crying and the corner shop music played until late. Too many mosquitos, only one hob worked, the utensils given were broken, the towels were not replaced our entire stay ( 4 nights) and the fridge was not cleaned.

Friendly and helpful staff, free drinking water, enough warm water in shower, and mini-kitchen in our room

Uncomfortable bed, barking dog at 3 am, tiny shower space, AC didn't work well (took long time to cool). This doesn't affect the hotel rating, but just FYI the Pemex gas station in Tulum (not too far from the hotel) is infamous for scams. We got scammed there too. Here is my advice: go out of the car, watch the attendant like a hawk for every move, and most importantly, don't fill it up, but rather pay preset amount in cash and count the cash out loud in person.

Disappointing

It is close to the main street.

In the early morning some constructions started knocking and building so it was impossible to sleep anymore. Also the accomodation had no power in the morning so no A/C no light, and no WiFi which I really needed in order to load my Google maps for next vacation location. Very disappointed. Also the Host does not speak English and is super hard to understand each other.

Nice location and friendly cleaning staff

The owner responded to us before check in, but once we had paid... there was no response. We booked this place as it offered free bikes, but there are only a few offered between all the guests, and they also looked pretty run down and unsafe.

Our favourite place in Tulum to stay

Hammocks, kitchen area to make your own breakfast (which we liked after eating out for a long time it's nice to have kitchen space). Size of room great, staff were really helpful on check in and transport tips managed to get help we needed to get to our cenotes and diving in playa del carmen. Small convenience store opposite was really handy for snacks and fruit essentials for a short stay. Staff were paying alot of attention to keep the garden neat and tidy.

Had a few other American guests staying at the time which ruined the chill space of the upper terrace talking a lot. sometimes talking. It's not got a 24/7 reception, so it's good to take the contact numbers from the different staff in case you need anything.

Great location, relaxing rooftop

The rooftop was a very cool space to chill, there's chairs and tables so you can eat up there or just relax. Free water was also appreciated, and the cleaners did a great job with the room.

We wish it was a bit more social but maybe this was because it was off season. You can pay by card but there is a significant fee.

Exceptional

Super cozy and cute spot right in town, yet just far enough from central restaurants and the main street to be pretty quiet. Loved having the rooftop space to relax in, with a full shared kitchen to prepare meals. Very kind staff, and just a great atmosphere overall. Thank-you! :)
