This house is the perfect location. Short walk to the beach from the house, as well as shops on the main road. The neighbours are friendly. It felt like home!

My stay was great! The place was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was an iron, but that was a minor issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again!

We loved our stay… quiet neighborhood within a block from the Polk St beach near the bay of the island. House was well kept and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.

We loved it here beside the treatment plant smells everything else was perfect very short walk to beach ocean is beautiful in the bay not to many waves at all so good for small kids; we saw a bunch of starfish washed on shore a string ray and so much more

It was clean and close to a private like beach. It was within walking distance (about 10 minutes) from a unique shopping area, coffee, and restaurant. The only negative thing was that is located next to a stinky water/waste factory which is not disclosed in the description. Hanging outside in the porch was not pleasant because sometimes the smell was overwhelming. But other than that everything was very nice!!

a few minute walk to the beach in the cove. Loved the Decor with the blue, greens and ocean wall hangings. Could not use the grill. We did cook and have meals together and play games and played Frisbee on the beach at sunset.

This house was spacious and well located, we were right off the public beach path so it only took a few minutes to go down to the beach, and only a few minutes away from some of the local restaurants that we like to visit when we go to Tybee. We had an excellent stay and will likely rent this place again in the future!

We love to stay on the north shore of Tybee and this house fits that need. It is easy to get to the beach, the lighthouse and great food! House is suited for kids because it has a crib, high chair and a box of toys! We are probably different than most renters because we cook. Pots and pans were adequate. The refrigerator lacked any shelves on the door which made food storage hard. Since we had a later check in due to cleaning we expected a spotless house. House needs a deep cleaning - baseboards wiped, fan blades cleaned, outside pressure washed and gutters cleaned.

This is a cute house, but in need of some TLC from the owner or property manager. I am a professional property manager myself and i sent the booking agent a list of items that needed to be addressed for guests to have an optimal experience (he never replied though). The kitchen needs to be reprovisioned. There were only 5 of us staying in this house, but there were never enough glasses, coffee cups, plates, pots and pans are old.The windows are dirty (even on the inside) and that obscures the pretty tree views. A few boxes of Magic Eraser are needed to remove the dark scuffs from the walls throughout the property. When these things are done, it will be a great property that is deserving of the nightly rate.

We stayed for my sister's 40th birthday, and the house was wonderful. It's was roomy and very clean.This property was very close to the Tybee light house as well as a private beach and every person at the rental company was very pleasant. We will definitely be back.

House is much larger then we imagined from the images. Great location, loved the short walk to the beach and the quiet beach. House was perfect for our group, 4 adults and 2 toddlers - there was definitely room for more if needed. Thanks for a great time!

My family and I stayed at Seawalk Cottage on Tybee Island in July/Aug 2018. It was a great time! We loved the home! There was plenty of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax comfortably yet still have intimate family dinners around the table. The proximity to the quieter side of the beach was wonderful and the short driving distance, ample parking for the busier side was very convenient. The marine life was so neat! We loved every minute.
