The cottage was brilliant, catering to and providing most of the things you might require away from home. The beds were a pleasant surprise very very comfortable. The owners had provide lots of little things to make guests feel welcome and at home, like little biscuits to have with the tea/coffee they provided and the books to read or games to play.
The location was fabulous with in walking distance of wide open green spaces, the river, The Royal Shakespeare theatre, Shakespeare's birthplace also shops and wonderful restaurants. Well worth the visit.

Great location, with parking in hotel next door. Very cosy.
Could of been cleaner,no socket near mirror in main bedroom. A strong smell of damp when entering property.

location was great. comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, good shower room, sunny garden.
not as clean as it might have been. when I stripped the bed the mattress cover was strewn with hairs that definitely weren’t mine. floor a bit grubby in kitchen - evidence of what looked like tea-bag marks around the bin. also, when putting rubbish out on last morning, managed to get some dog dirt on my shoe - from pebbled path, which is difficult to clear dog poo from. It is a private path for the cottages / suggest owner has a gentle word with owner about where they exercise their dog.

The shower was unexpectedly amazing. Tea and biscuits on arrival made our day.
Slippery Hall floor. Need to be careful when it's been raining.

Location
Corridor gets quite coldish.

Excellent location for what we needed and it was great to have access to the agreed parking at the hotel. Although by a main road it was very quiet. Extremely comfortable bed in the main bedroom (didn't use the other room so cant' comment).
I would have appreciated a tiny table with bedside light on my side of the bed - I realise that there is limited space there though. The box outside that seemed to be for recycling was already very full when we arrived for our stay so I was limited as to where I should put some of our recycling.

This lovely cottage is in an excellent location for exploring Stratford upon Avon. The cottage was cosy and beds very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and it was very pleasant to sit outside in the small garden. Will definitely consider staying again!

Good location

Location is great and the parking in the hotel is really easy.
The curtains are paper thin and the mattress is so soft with pillows that feel inflated so that a good nights sleep completely eluded me

Excellent location with only a very short and easy walk to the town centre and all attractions. Very comfortable and cosy property. The cottage suited our needs perfectly for a family of 3.
The parking may be an issue for some as a permit is given to park in a hotel car park at the rear of the property, which can be completely full on occasions, so parking can not always be guaranteed.
