Good choice if you need to stop overnight in this area
Well-organised: good check-in instructions (keysafe code sent by text with directions) and lots of useful stuff (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle), plus breakfast materials, in room for people who still want reduced contact; bar and restaurant also open and cooked breakfast available for people who don't. Good location for me as I was walking on the Peddars Way trail and it doesn't pass by or go through very many places but Willow House is quite close. Big Tesco nearby for supplies too. Would probably also work well for work-based stays, as easy to come and go at any time of day.
Nothing. I was initially a bit confused by "DIY breakfast" but it worked really well. Don't be put off by that.

Ideally located for our needs, with comfortable beds, decent wi-fi and pleasant breakfast.
In-house continental breakfast was appreciated - cereal, bread (for toasting), preserves, orange squash, yogurt, and tea & coffee. Ideally situated for our needs.
Nowt, really. Will happily stay there again.

Great as always
I have stayed in this hotel few times and the room and all staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help. The food is out of this world. This time I decided to have hot breakfast and now I regret if that I didn’t do it on my previous stays. The gentleman that served me breakfast was so polite and genuinely friendly. I would definitely come back here again.
The mattress is a bit hard but that’s my personal preference. The only minus I would say is the constant noise in the room (like some kind of water system) I did notice two blue barrels on the roof so maybe the noise comes from them.

Welcoming and good value for money.
Good continental breakfast provided in your room. The room was welcoming and warm. The staff were very helpful and made sure you had everything you needed.
Nothing I can think of

Lovely premises. Would book again if we were trsvelling to that area
Good breakfast for overnight stay but prefer to eat in a dining room. Spacious clean room. Comfortable bed.
Bathroom very small. Shower base very shallow. Hard for a large elderly man to use!

Great location, room clean and well equipped
The location was perfect to where I needed to be! The room was clean and well equipped.
I didn't know the BnB wasn't properly open on a Monday, no meals were being served. There was a fridge in the the room, which was really handy however, it was incredibly noisy throughout the night and kept me awake!

The Willow Tree
Only stayed overnight. The accommodation was clean and tidy, although the en suite was a bit cramped. Great cooked breakfast in the morning.
Cramped en suite and carpet was stained in places.

Lovely hotel in a great location
It's in a perfect location, visiting my Dad. This is only 10 mins away. Next to town got lovely shops and bakery. Plus, mini Tesco's opposite for any think may need. Had great stay and visted beaches only 1 hour away. Staff are lovely , I would stay again 🙂
The bed was a little lumpy for my liking. So, I did not get a full night's sleep. (That's just my preference) as my mate slept like a baby. There is a little mould in the bathroom that needs a dressing (for price the room expected better) plus the red paint marks by window looks like not fully painted over.
