Whilst the location was a little far out from the centre it was in a pleasant neighbourhood and not far from bus stops and a couple of cafes. The room did what it needed to do but wouldn't recommend for more than one/two nights max. Breakfast was not too bad.
We booked a triple room but it ended up being a double and a single bed. It was pretty cramped and not like the picture shown on the website. The bathroom was okay but no ventilation/window so a bit stuffy. The mirror above the desk was too high when sat down so thought that was strangely placed. We onlooked another room and as no air con we needed the window open. Unfortunately the individuals in the other room were up late and could be heard. We also found the live music to go on too late and was pretty loud.

The location was ideal if you don’t want to be at an airport hotel. The hotel restaurant is excellent and lots of other choices nearby.
The rooms are tiny but clean.

There's not much to say I liked about it, to be honest
Rooms are very dated and small, and my ipad screen is nearly bigger than the TV . The most annoying thing is the misleading advert about parking, it's off-street parking and clampers are working till 12 at night so no comfort if you have a car. The spaces for free parking are always full.

friendly staff
location very far from the center
over priced
room not sound proof, I could hear everything from the noisy bar music all the way to the neighboors passing by outside

The room we were in was a nice set up for 3 adults; we each got a comfy bed! The location was convenient for walking to a good portion of Dublin, and was pretty close to the train to take to parts of the city further out.
Breakfast was tasty, and very reasonably priced.
I do want to say this didn't bother us, personally, but something to be aware of - the live music can get fairly loud and could be heard/felt in the room we were in. If you're looking for a quiet place, this may not be for you.

staff was exceptional, particularly Charlie, Hwa and June. I admired the details that made the setting comfortable. restaurant menu was very good, particularly the Saturday and Sunday menus. great location and quick walk to National Botanical Gardens and Glasvenin cemetery. recommended it to friends visiting Dublin from Dallas Texas this summer.

very nice in and out :) comfortable, cute
little bit noisy at night

Super location. The rooms are all different but I've never had a bad room. Good shower etc. Bar and restaurant available on site - v. handy.
Parking is not a guarantee. You need to pay from 7 am to 7 pm, so if you don't get one of the free slots overnight, you need to use the app or wake early to feed the meter!

The staff were very helpful
The sink in the bathroom takes a long time to settle. The room was very cold at night.

the hotel is located in a nice area, but it’s a 30 min walk to the city center.
there was no heating in the room (only in the bathroom), so it was getting quite cold during the night.

I honestly don't think I can even mention anything positive about this. Perhaps its location? It was a 10 minute walk away from a bus stop, and from them a 20-30 minute ride to the city centre. Oh, and the bed was rather large and comfortable, unlike literally everything else.
The room we were given (we had to stay a single night) was the tiniest I'd ever been in, and I've seen my fair share of hotels and hostels and B&Bs and whatnot. The space between the bed and each wall was so tiny that we could barely turn around, and we had literally nowhere to put our luggage, let alone open it to rearrange the clothes inside before our departure.
Not even five minutes had passed since our arrival there that the fire alarm falsely went off (twice) exactly above our heads (not that it had anywhere else to be placed, though) - I of course know that this was nobody's fault, but let's just say that this did not help improve the beginning of our albeit short stay.
The hairdryer was "out of order", as a haphazard slip of paper recited, and in fact it even completely detached from the wall, case and everything, in a probably very safe way, may I add.
The one window looked upon (or, better, gave direct access to, since it was literally attached) a disarming roof of some probably abandoned building, decorated with stones and dirt and seagull poo.
Moreover, we found a Bible in a drawer (they somehow knew two lesbians were goind to be there, perhaps?) and a not particularly tiny spider above the sink, but we made friends with both so nothing to worry about.

Water did not flow from sink, wall dirty, shower head broken, thin walls

It’s a nice property and the staff were very friendly and helpful .
The wifi was not great, in fact I moved rooms in order to to get wifi but even in another room it cut out at times.
