Fantastic spacious apartment right in the cbd

Fantastic spacious harbour view on the 27th floor. Loved the room facilities including washer and dryer. Coffee Machine, we had a balcony. Plenty of space Kids (and adults) loved the pool and spa!

Lovely apartments.

We had a two bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed including two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a laundry. Beds were comfortable, shower was lovely. Pool was very nice. Location was great. Staff at front counter were very helpful.

Two spas, the inside one was freezing cold and the outside one looked like people had spent the whole day peeing in it. It was far too suspiciously cloudy to want to use it. We saw many people walk out, look at it and walk back to the pool instead. It was pretty gross. Parking is also far too expensive.

Great base for weekend in Auckland CBD

I loved the city and seas views from the 26th floor. Very comfortable and quiet. Clean and spacious. Great location, very easy to walk everywhere I needed to go during a conference in the cbd. Friendly, helpful staff. The pool and spa pool were fabulous. I would definitely stay again.

Shower door wasn't water tight and the shower water leaked all over the floor. Bathroom had poor lighting. I think a bathroom upgrade is needed.

Great location, pool looked great

Appreciated the upgrade to a 2 bedroom harbour view suite

On entering the apartment we found discarded empty cans of drink under the couch, dishes on the other side of the apartment were still dirty Very disappointed with the servicing of the apartment, both Saturday and Sunday only 1 side of the apartment was serviced, I had to request the towels be changed over

We both enjoyed our stay. Very good location and our room was very comfortable.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Our room was very comfortable although I asked for a harbour view room.

Although I ordered a harbor view room the lights from the city view was ok

Lovely apartment in the city centre

The apartment I had was excellent. Located on the 13th floor, it had great views of Albert Park, the east of the city and a small glimpse of the harbour. The bed was AMAZING! Very comfortable and it felt like sleeping on a cloud! The apartment was well furnished and very comfortable with climate control. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Well located to the city centre, restaurants, shops and public transport.

The room was located near the elevators and I could hear them in my room but it didn't cause me any problems trying to sleep etc, but it was a noticeable sound if you were in the bathroom or living room. I closed my bedroom door at night and didn't seem to hear it much at all. The pool was good although a little cool to be honest. The sauna wasn't well heated either. Not sure if there was a problem that day. I enjoyed my swim and didn't bring it to the attention of the staff at the front desk, but am sure they would have sorted it out.

Average and value is just the self-containing setup, location and view

I liked the view and location.

The rate you pay I believe is for the self containing set up otherwise things seem quite dated likewise the average meet and greet upon arrival and service by staff. Had the option to stay at the Q and so will try that next.

Amazing place, options and locations in the centre.

Its the only place i book everytime, this is 7th time now. Amazing place, great view and etc.

Nothing, the light bulbs went off but the reception fixed it asap. So nothing.

Great Central location in Auckland

Comfortable apartment, very clean and well-equipped. Great swimming pool and sauna. Easy walk to Queen Street and other sights in Auckland. 15 minute walk to ferry building. Some lovely cafes and restaurants nearby

Fab location

We stay here when in Auckland lots. Location and rooms are fantastic. After a overnight international flight was a bit disappointed. This time we got a tiny apartment on 9th floor. Not at all what was booked. Did get a new apartment on 11th floor but still not we booked. We will stay again but hope the room is what is booked.

Driving into this property was so easy. The rooms are lovely and the motels location to the CBD, the city explorer bus and the waterfront made it a great central place to stay.

It was awesome!

The location of the room was perfect. It was on a high floor with views of all of downtown Auckland out to the water! Multiple elevators so was easy to get in and out.

With there was an outdoor pool. That being said, the outdoor hot tub was definitely worth it. Some of the gym equipment definitely needs to be updated though.

Great inner city stay

Location was fantastic, within walking distance of many restaurants, tourist attractions and shopping. The space was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the view to the bay was lovely.
