An unexpected delight as I had read some poor reviews. They must have been about some old rooms as ours was a beautifully renovated bedroom and bathroom with balcony overlooking a park. Scrupulously clean. Very comfortable bed with crisp white linen. Fabulous shower with great drainage (not always the case in Italy). New and quality fixtures and fittings. breakfast was excellent.
Nothing.

friendly staff, comfortable beds, good price for one night's sleep, peace, large space, parking next to the accommodation, new furniture,
the fan in the bathroom worked all night and nobody could turn it off, dirty glass in the shower

the location
it has lots of bugs n bed is not comfortable

TV with internet (so with YouTube as well) - good idea.
Breakfast totally not worth the money. No vegetables, no warm food, hot chocolate was obviously the cheapest available one. Flickering lights in corridors, it actually felt scary... Totally awful room design with pink and green. We could hear people from other room flushing their toilet. Mould in shower. Never coming back.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel was perfect for a one-night stopover. It’s an older building with somewhat basic rooms, but it’s spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. The owner is very friendly. it’s set in a charming square with a great pizza restaurant only 30seconds walk from the hotel. Decent breakfast in the morning to send you on your way. Much better than staying at a soulless motel on the side of the highway.

As a family of 4 this hotel served us as a great overnight stop on the way to Ligurian coast. Convinient parking in front of hotel.

Very friendly owner but the rest of the staff didn’t seem very service-minded. Nice location with interesting history.
No air conditioning as promised unfortunately. Early closing of breakfast.

Cleanlines, brakfast, there is enough parking space
Comfortable budget option, if you need a stop between Bologna and Liguria

This hotel was a great discovery. I wish I had more time to spend here! This is genuinely a very special place. The staff is wonderfully friendly and truly charming. There is a cast of characters here, Tony behind the desk, Michele (who I believe is the manager) and their circle of inviting regular guest having drinks on the terrace.
The rooms and facilities and perfect and the breakfast selection was huge, better than I’ve have seen anywhere in Italy so far. I hope to one day be back here!

Friendly people, really good price and free parking in front of the hotel. Relatively close to the highway.
Someone smoking under our bedroom window, and no air-conditioning, so the smell came in.

The location is very nice. It is close to the race track.
The top floor rooms are very hot in the summer. The air conditioning units are inadequate for the size of the room. We had to sleep with the windows open which didn't allow us to sleep much due to the light and noise outside.
