Nice, comfortable stay but no pool access really does change the value of the using this property.

The room was a good size Breakfast was good with plenty of variety and didn't finish too early Hotel was clean and staff generally helpful

We were told on arrival the pool was no longer open which was a big part of our reasons for booking this hotel as it was for a family break for some autumn sun. There was an indoor spa that was still open but was Chargeable at approx £20 per person per 90 mins Very disappointing

El hotel en sí precioso y muy nuevo y limpio, el problema lo tuve con la habitación, elegí una suite deluxe con terraza, por el hecho de tener una terracita donde relajarnos y una habitación un poco mejor, pero no fue así, me sentí MUY ESTAFADO la verdad y fue una lástima, era un fin de semana importante para nosotros, la habitación no estaba en condiciones, para nada hacía referencia a un 4*, la zona de la bañera estaba llena de moho por la silicona de las juntas y todas las juntas de las baldosas amarillas y a trozos, en los pies de la cama una baldosa del suelo rota y levantada, CORTABA MUCHO, y me extraña que estuviera así, la terraza no era terraza, era balconcito y daba al parking, literalmente era el parking lo que veíamos y la entrada del hotel bajo nuestro a la derecha.. un desastre la verdad nos gastamos 600€ en pasar un sábado y salir domingo y me siento muy estafado.

Las instalaciones muy buenas. Un entorno de jardines bien cuidados una piscina grande con buenas reposeras. Un desayuno bufet excelente.

Horrible place dirty place! Horrible stay! Ignorant reception staff!

The pool area is nice.

Avoid this dump!!! We had booked 4 nights here to end a busy week in the area hoping it would be relaxing and calm, it was anything but! As soon as we arrived into our room around 9pm(room 3), we noticed there was a party going on across the corridor. We rang reception and said we cannot sleep here with the noise and could we have another room and we were told no as the hotel was fully booked with a wedding going on. The noise was so loud and guests gathered around the corridor/outside after the wedding finished. We had a terrible nights sleep with the noise and as the mattresses are completely worn out and old with no support. Next day we lay by the pool and in the late afternoon another wedding was starting beside the pool so we decided to go try nap as we barely slept the night before. Around 5pm we realised there was a bar set up outside our window. This was for the wedding reception drinks / canapés. There were also speakers and then a woman started singing. This went on for about 90mins, it was so loud and we didn’t sleep. We went out for dinner that evening and came back around 10pm and the wedding was still going. Again, in the room across the corridor. Our bathroom window that faced out onto the corridor was broken so there was no shelter from the noise. I went to reception around 11pm and the guy said we could move rooms if we wished. As he said the wedding would finish soon and it very late I said no as we didn’t want to start packing all our luggage etc. The wedding guests were very loud, some kids even knocking on our door and running away. We did not sleep very much that night. The next morning I went to reception to complain and said I want a full refund and I want to leave today. The woman, Angela, was extremely rude. I have never experienced such a rude woman in this industry!! Zero customer service! She did not care about us and tried to deny the noise continued beyond certain times.

There is no treadmill in the gym . No tea/coffee facilities in room

The breakfast was great. Loads of choices and plenty to choose from . The staff were lovely and friendly. The rooms were clean.

There is no treadmil in the gym.very disappointed again as when I stayed there, last year the treadmill didn't work . Also, they only have a kettle with no tea or coffee supplied, etc. Luckily for my I brought my own coffee because the last time I stayed there, housekeeping never refilled each day, had to go out and buy some coffee for the room . To be honest, a 4-star hotel should supply tea and coffee facilities in their rooms, and a gym should have a treadmill in it.

Le calme, le côté convivial, le restaurant propose une carte variée et les plats sont délicieusement préparés. Lors des soirées organisées, il faut veiller à réserver car l’hôtel est ouvert aux non résidents qui réservent leur place. L’ambiance festive du week-end avec les mariages et baptêmes. Personnel bienveillant.

Puis-je suggérer des parasols et des tables à la piscine et des spécialités espagnoles au bar (cherry wine et sangria) ? Penser à louer une voiture car établissement excentré (Deux agences à Quesada - 30 minutes à pieds)

Trabajadores fantásticos, pero el spa falla.

El personal, todos los trabajadores geniales: Recepcionistas, servicio de limpieza, camareros, masajistas y personal del spa, son todos encantadores. Y el desayuno muy variado y completo, sin duda coger desayuno incluido.

El spa es precioso pero se hace difícil disfrutar de el, hay varias salas con aforo de 2 personas. Y dentro de tu franja horaria 90minutos (si no recuerdo mal) no para de entrar cada vez más gente. Por lo que hubo zonas en las que ni pudimos entrar. Creo que el hotel debería regularizarlo mejor para que no pueda entrar tanta gente a la vez. Sería menor ganancia económica sí, pero los clientes estarían mucho más satisfechos y volverían a ir.

Las instalaciones eran muy antiguas por ser un 4 estrellas. Estabamos en una junior suite, éramos 3 adultos y un niño y nos dieron una habitación más pequeña que a mi hermano, que eran 2 adultos y 1 niño. En la habitación habia una araña y debajo de la cama estaba lleno de pelusas.

Het ontbijt was zeer slecht en zeer weinig keus en geen kwaliteit. Zwembad was smerig. Personeel is matig.

Maravilloso

Las instalaciones muy relajantes, habitación muy bien, jacuzzi perfecto, y sobre todo la cama, que gusto descansar en ella. Lo único que nos hubiera gustado, es haber podido disfrutar del spa.

Alle verwachtingen voldaan.

De kamer was prachtig en de rust was zeker geapprecieerd. Prachtig uitzicht ook, maar vooral het ontbijt was voortreffelijk, alles wat je kon bedenken stond er tot zelfs cava. Een echte aanrrader en we keren er zeker terug.

Rondom heb je er niets enkele restaurantjes en verder niets. Dus een auto is er wel aangeraden.

Basic hotel - not luxury

It was in a good location

It was very tired, and needed a lot of work to bring it up to date, and it’s 4 star rating. Pool loungers were basic and uncomfortable, and it wasn’t a luxury hotel. Rooms were in a state of disrepair.

Ikke helt som forventet men super service

Personalet meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Super god service. Da vi ankom allerede lidt før 12 og vores værelse ikke var klar, blev vi opgraderet til en suite og fik den med det samme.

Sofaen i vores suite. Man gled ned af den når man ville sidde der i og en skivebordsstol var aldeles ledløs. Lidt slidt mange steder hvilket ikke var forventet ud fra pris. Lugten udenfor i hele området var modbydelig og bar præg af rigelige mængder stillestående vand.

AC worked

The room was dirty like the curtains and where people have squashed insects on the walls. The patio we had was filthy it had not been cleaned in a long time. And the swimming pool not up to standards we asked for a pool towel but when asking the next day for one they said you have one towel for your stay which is unhygienic.

Would be more than happy to return!

A very friendly welcome and the staff will go out of their way to help you, we checked in early in the morning, and had no issues. The pool area is also very well maintained, and the sunbeds are of good quality. Comfortable bed/pillows, good air conditioning and beautiful decoration throughout.

The breakfast could have been hotter, if you choose those options, but the selection was good, and it was enjoyable. There's not alot that the hotel can do about it either, but you probably do need a car, if staying longer than a few days, as there's not alot to do within walking distance.
