Breakfast was by far the best I have experienced at a hotel. Get the breakfast option at check in as better pricing. Beautiful hotel, perfect location, and very accommodating staff. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Jerusalem. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Gentleman in bar restaurant was particularly accommodating upon early arrival and went above and beyond for our family. So grateful we stayed here to cap off our Israel trip. Rooms are spacious and had everything we needed. Sofa bed ready upon our arrival which we appreciated travelling with kids. Great place to stay in close proximity to Jaffa gate at the Western Wall.
Suggestion - ask the hotel to get taxi rates in advance when booking transportation so no surprises as there is a lot of variability here depending on the driver you get.

The breakfast was not to my expectations, I’ve had more choose at the other hotels I’ve stayed at in Israel.
The breakfast
4.5 / 5.0
The breakfast had a phenomenal selection and quality. All staff was helpful and friendly, very professional. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I liked the bathroom size.
There should be more hooks for towels and clothing in the room's bathroom. The shower stall in the bathroom could use a light. The fitness center was outdated (the elliptical near the door was not running smoothly) and small, no mats provided.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The location was terrific. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Having 8 AM to 6 PM as pool hours is completely ridiculous. My stay at the hotel is fantastic except for this one issue.

Breakfast was wonderful. Oded was extremely helpful and professional. Location was awesome. good experience.
Friday Night Dinner was a little price for what it was, but you had anyone that didn't want to spend money on the Shabbos.

Israeli breakfasts are exceptional but this one was not outstanding and the juice was squash not juice..
The food was edible but boring on a 12-night stay. And the coffee shop is too small for a full hotel.

The location In Jerusalem was central to everything we planned to do. The included breakfast was a plus that should not be missed.
The shower was great with a rain head and a hand held head.
Wish we could have stayed longer. No complaints .

The breakfast bar was outstanding and extensive. The front desk staff and the lobby bar staff were very personable and helpful. The mattresses in both rooms we had were great -- really firm, just what we like.
The overhead shower in our first room didn't work. We could only use the hand-held shower head.

The staff are extremely friendly and obliging.
Accounting software is outdated and caused some issues when buying a drink at the bar

staff was very nice. clean location
Shabbat food was excellent
wasn’t happy with breakfasts
1. they didn’t give us early check in as I requested and we had to wait for 7 hours despite my sending an email request
2. all walk in showers should have grab bars to prevent slips and falls
3. need additional towel hooks in the bathroom to hang towels

Good hotel, overall decor a bit on the older side but everything is nice and clean. Needs a modernization update. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Breakfast has a lot of options including a separate vegan table. Breakfast was the highlight for the kids. Pancakes and eggs made to order, chocolate milk and orange juice, it was a hit!
One thing that was weird is that every time housekeeping cleaned they would take away the used bathrobe but never replace! So by the end of our stay we ran out of bathrobes. Same with spare comforters. They would take them away and not replace. It was very annoying. Also, hotel needs a modern update. Elevator smells bad.

location
The staff were very unfriendly and difficult when there was a problem. The rooms were extremely drafty because the window frames were fitted poorly. There was a whistling noise as the wind blew through the windows. We had to move rooms but lots have this problem. The rest of the hotel was dated and dusty. I would not stay here again

Location was good
Just one night passing through on a sightseeing trip. Maintenance had to be called as bathroom door was faulty. In the morning kettle didn’t work so couldn’t have a drink, told reception but wasn’t offered a coffee or tea.
