It was so comfy, clean, fabulous location
The living room was a family fav and the kitchen was wonderful for cooking
The stand up showers were not draining properly and rendered the master unuseable to shower. Other than that it was a great stay

Code was provide to a key holder just outside the door.
The house is nicely decorated and the kitchen is fully furnished with quality utensils. Clean linen and towels provided. Beds were neatly made up in all rooms. WiFi available. Huge and clean bathrooms. (as seen in photos) The house was nicely cleaned before our arrival. Had a question regarding the location and Ben immediately answered the phone and clarified. we got informative emails at every stage with useful info. Nice scenery looking from the house
The location on Google is wrong and took us a while to get to the place. Ben answered the call and immediately provided pinned location. So not a problem. Minor issues with shower water pressure in one of the showers and some creaky floor under carpet. But these are minor issues which are easily overlooked compared to the other amazing things

Perfect location to base hiking adventures on Skye and see all the sights! Nice and warm house which is great after a cold day outdoors, beds are plenty comfortable and the kitchen is perfect for making up your own meals. The washing machine and tumble drier was great to make sure all our gear was fresh and dry for the next day.
Couldn't fault the house in any way!

Th size and location of the property were good
Could not use the shower in the master bedroom as the water temperature could not be adjusted

We liked the size, comfort and location of the property. The kitchen/diner was spacious, modern and well equipped.
There was nothing we didn’t like although improved WiFi would be beneficial.

The space and location
Instructions for hob,dishwasher and heating.
House was cold when we arrived at 4pm

comfortable beds and lounge, nice bathrooms and well equipped kitchen for two families of four - plenty of space. lovely thick carpets and the house was cozy.
some things (bathroom cabinet for example) are a bit unfinished for such an expensive house.
4.3
Some aspects of the property were dated such as one of the bathrooms & decor. No TVs in every room, some maintenance also required as the kitchen floor is split and missing smoke alarms in the hall.
4.3
Plenty of space for the family. Located just outside the centre of Portree.
No Egg Cups!!
The heating kept tripping.
Finding the place.

The living areas lounge and kitchen area were very good although the windows did not open in the lounge.
The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils.
The room my husband and I stayed in was small in every way the ensuite, the bed and the room size. The bed was a small double and when trying to get into the room both myself and my husband jammed our fingers with the way the door was in relation to the wardrope door. It was definately an accident waiting to happen!

For once the photos were actually what we saw when we arrived at the accommodation!!
It's been decorated and furnished to a very high standard.
The location of the property is perfect, 5 minute walking distance to the town centre. 3 minute drive to a large Co-op
They kindly left us a bottle of wine which is always a pleasant surprise.
Kitchen facilities were great, clean and with everything we needed to cook for one evening.
The property overall was very clean and has been well maintained.
The dryer doesn't work very well. I put it on for 3 hours one night and some of the clothes were still damp.
Apart from this, the property is great.

Location size and layout of property and facilities
Property could be signposted better at entrance to sea field place. Mirror in bedroom

Our overall stay was great. Our family of 6 stayed for 3 nights and was a great experience for our first time in Skye. The owners couldn't be more helpful, when asked for earlier check in they were polite and helpful. When we arrived, we didn't bring our highchair but they quickly accommodated us and we had high chair by morning.
The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Was modern and pleasant decor, alongside a fantastic kitchen where we spent most of our time. Water pressure was great in ensuite, and great bath. Electric showers didn't have great water pressure but that didn't fuss the men.
Great location in Portree. For our first time visiting Skye, we were unsure about where would be best but if you want to visit fairy pools etc then stay here! We seen golden eagles just outside Portree which was incredible.
Heating didn't work on the last night which wasn't great when we have a baby, but worked every other night. Possibly a bath matt for baths would be handy for those staying with young children.
