Staff is so kind and always ready to help. I can only recommend this Riad and the dinners were also exceptional. Choice of tagines or couscous on the rooftop!
Nothing to dislike

The roof terrace was lovely.
The staff were exceptional and couldn't have been more helpful.
We had dinner there which was delicious and alcohol was available.
We had an early flight and they kindly served us breakfast early which was also lovely.
Absolutely nothing. A perfect stay with wonderful hosts.

The Riad is amazing and extremely well kept. The best part is ste staff and the ladies that run the kitchen, the hammam and the massage. We enjoyed every second of our stay at Riad Alaka, we cannot recommend it more.

Great Riad - very clean and comfortable with nice robes and a plunge pool to cool off in. The breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely. The team were very friendly and professional. Excellent value for money!
Nothing - we loved our stay!

Staff were excellent - helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was really good especially when served on the roof terrace. Rooms (and Riad) in general were lovely - a morocan/boutique feel. Although still in the medina, it felt less touristy than other, more central, locations. Really quiet on this basis.
A little way out from the centre (15 minute walk from the main square) - we started to use the inexpensive bus to get /there back which cost a few Dirhams. The street to the Riad might not be to everyone’s taste but we had no issues and added to the authentic feel of the location.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. They make you feel special. While the riad has some drawbacks such as noise from other guests and the nearby office and kitchen, the sense of seclusion and privacy is exceptional. The lack of visible foot traffic makes it feel like you have the place to yourself, adding to the overall feeling of relaxation and peace. So, if you're looking for a tranquil getaway that provides a sense of seclusion, this riad is a great choice to experience local life in la medina.

I like the traditional decor and the family feel. staffs are super friendly and flexible.
it is a bit tough to find by yourself. But staff always happy to come out to the meeting point to guide you or escort you out to your rides.

The riad arranged for a transfer from the airport, which made it very easy. The room was very nice, with good amenities. Breakfast was very good.
The single bed/sofa was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Clean, friendly staff, room was big, excellent orange juice in the mornings! While there are some smaller complaints, the overall stay was great and super quiet. Staying in a Riad will provide and authentic feeling and one that you do not get in a hotel.
Breakfast gets a bit dull over a week, cold during Moroccon winter in the common area, room had TV but no channels to watch, only one AC working in the room but two on the wall.

Excellent staff that made us feel very welcome.
There is no key to lock the rooms, but there are latches to use your own padlock on the outside and in the hours you would leave the riad there is always staff on the ground floor. Also, the front door is only opened by riad staff, so people can't walk in off the street unless they are guests.

We felt like in home. Staff were really friendly and helpful in any situation we need they were ready to guide us.
If you really need to find something it will be location which is hard to reach without Internet to pre-guidance.

The Riad is in a good central position. The room was big and clean. Bathroom was big and with all the necessary complementaries.
Personnel was nice and professional. Breakfast was good with lot of local food to try out. They also offered to cook dinner for us, very kind.
No parking because the Riad is right downtown but you can park just 5 minutes away on the main road.
AC was quite noisy.
There is no room key (they have cameras to watch whoever walks in the corridors though).

Riad Alaka was like an oasis of calm, even the door bell makes a cricket sound so it doesn't disturb anybody! All of the staff were polite and incredibly helpful, the location is great, the food is lovely, the rooms were beautiful and there is a calming aroma to the property. I would definitely recommend the day trip to the mountains, it was so much more than we expected.
I can be very fussy but honestly cannot fault this Riad.
