The price
They turn off air conditioning from 9am to 5pm which was never disclosed in the listing. The room was extremely hot at night because they would only turn on 1 aircon at night instead of both creating a very hot room. There were rats all around the property, didn’t see any in the room but the other shared areas were crawling with them.

air-conditioning
The accommodation was dirty, the walls were broken, the shower barely worked, the hot water was not hot, the beds were uncomfortable and worst of all, the place was not cheap. I would not recommend this hostel to my worst enemy. A disastrous experience.

Situata nel quartiere di Indian Hill, zona molto trafficata, struttura piccola, dormitorio di 10 letti, un bagno solo.
La pulizia non è delle migliori. Il bagno è solo uno all interno seno devi uscire e andare in mezzo a insetti e odori strani.

The staff doing the check in was amazing! I felt very welcome, and was a pleasure to speak with him

Good location near a train station, staff were nice
Mould on the ceiling, didn’t really look like the pictures online

Great location.
Bit difficult to find an available bathroom during busier periods. Not much space for socializing, not a sociable hostel.
3.2
Staff were very friendly and accommodating, perhaps help me with my booking a day I missed.
Thanks to Mr. Firdaus and team.
I’ll be back.

Staff were nice and it did the job for a couple of nights.
Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner but not to bad really

The staff was nice and friendly, WiFi worked.
The bed was very uncomfortable and very noisy at the slightest movement. I kept getting woken up both by noisy roommates and by the bed every time I moved or rolled over. After 3 nights I had to leave and check into a hotel for my final night for an actual night's sleep before I started my 2-day journey home.
The location was OK, a bit far from a lot of things but that was known already. It's easy enough to hop on the MRT anywhere you need to go but some may not like the distance to and from.

Quite neighborhood. All party follow ground rules. Great.
Didnt seem to find any

I would like to recommend this hostel if you're traveling on a budget. Recommended for a solo traveller like me. A big thanks to Hidaya and Sir Mark for the assistance, food recommendations and even MRT guides. The location is amazing, near Little India MRT station, Tekka Center, Value $ store and many more. Beds are comfortable and curtains are installed for privacy. They even have lockers under the bed for personal belongings. I would definitely book this hostel if I have the chance to visit Singapore again.
There's no lift. A bit struggle if you are carrying heavy luggage.

Our family was upgraded to Clark Quay location for free and we really love the location as it was near to everything. The staffs were so friendly and accommodating specially the GM - May. She guided us on where we should go for sightseeing and shopping. The room was spacious and clean.
Nothing, everything is commendable.
3.2
The beds had private curtains, bathroom was inside of the room. The most importantly it was pretty clean. The distance to the metro or bus was perfect.
The most uncomfortable thing was the fact that room was extremely small and there was almost zero space in the room for the luggage.
3.2
Easy and good value for one night. It was in a central location and most things were a short walk away including a metro station. The air conditioning worked well and was necessary. It was a nice touch for each bed to have a light and curtains around for privacy.
The communal area was too small to sit or use the kitchen.
3.2
The hostel is located in little india, in a convenient and easy to reach spot in a lively neighbour. An MRT station is available on the other side of the neighbourhood.
It wasn't clear how to turn off the lights at night, but someone did so all good.

I enjoy very much my stay. I got really comfortable in the Hostel. The best was the attention of all the staff. Mark was very nice, he answered all my concerns and even help me with my heavy baggage. Thanks very much for everything.

one of the cheapest hostel you will find in singapore, i got it in S$40, otherwise every other hostel fare was skyrocket
No tissue after washing hand
Very narrow stairs
There wasn’t anything to hold to go up in bunk bed
Air conditioner usuage was limited
Room is congested
One more thing, power switch wasn’t like our home country and that's why we couldn’t charge our cell phone. When i asked them to provide a adapter, they told me to buy a adapter from them which will cost me S$4
Which i found very unprofessional from staffs.

Mark, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. He even recommended good stalls to eat and places to go to near the area. The location was also very safe and accessible. Neart to Tecca Centre and Little India MRT.
The experience of uncertainty where to finally be staying as there was overbooking and our reservation was moved 4x to different location and type of accommodation. The place was also quite narrow for a group to move freely in the family room.
3.2
The hostel is close to MRT stations. We had a private room, so we didn't have to share it with anyone.
The room was rather small, there are quite a few stairs to climb, not always too comfortable with luggage. There are no common spaces.
