Nice apartment in Prato

Spacious apartment, friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and mattrasses.

Since there is a dishwasher it would have been nice to have tablets to us it. Also, a paper tissues. A bit better lightning of the rooms would be reccommended.

Absolutely wonderful!!!

Everything! The reception we received upon arrival was so warm and inviting. He was an absolute gentleman. He made our stay so comfortable.

Recommend for sure.

It is very Italian hotel with high ceiling and beautiful balcony. Close to the city center, good breakfast and very friendly staff. We loved our stay and recommend it for other travelers.

A Perfect Place

A perfect stay in Prato, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The room was perfect, the location was great and the friendly help of those that run the B&B was 10 out of 10. Thank you so much for giving us such a wonderful stay.

Nice room but very noisy

Location is very good. The Deluxe Room is nice and big, the bed is huge.

I don't think for the Deluxe Room there is quality-price balance. Yes, the room is nicely decorated and very big, but is located next to the reception, next to the stairs, and right up the entrance door, which is very heavy and every time people came even the wall vibrates, waking you up. This kept happening until 3 in the morning, with people also being very noisy in the stairs and common hall. It was said to us that we didn't say anything but we did! Baby in fact (and rarely) slept well but us not really. We mentioned the noise and vibration of the door when we were asked the next morning, despite the comment of the hotel that says we didn't! We were trying to be polite and not taking it on the person, but seeing the reply of the hotel may be we shouldn't have bothered. PS: I would much prefer to have taken one of the other rooms! If hotel is full the Deluxe is not worth it.

Enjoyed my stay and I would love to come back.

Spatious very comfortable room. Very kind and helpful personnel. Very close to city center and to the central station.

I have stayed in several accommodation places in Prato, and Accantro was by far the best.

The location of the breakfast on the terrace was sublime. The food that Accantro provided for breakfast was excellent, there was choice, and the quality of everything was wonderful. The staff were always very friendly and helpful .

Lovely homely place to stay right in the center.

Staff was amazingly welcoming and caring. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this b&b!

Good place for a quick stop

Breakfast was minimal, sort of an ala carte, and not much to it. Size of room was quite good and near a pretty major bus stop.

The Wifi was horrible, used my wifi hotspot after I got a phone number for Italy. I'm talking dial-up speeds. Less than 1M.

Superb location, next to the center

The property is very well located, the room was very clean and the breakfast excellent. The staff was utterly kind and very helpful with everything. The private parking added a plus.
