Da dimenticare ..

L’appartamento è sporco e poco curato! I letti sono scomodissimi per non parlare dei cuscini ! La doccia è al limite della decenza con muffe e calcare sul getto fisso a cascata . La televisione funziona 10 min si e 10 no e i telecomandi sono intoccabili da quanto sono lerci ! Le pentole sono bisunte e il bagno è dotato di un solo asciugamano ! Soggiorno da dimenticare insomma ! Non consiglio assolutamente !

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY - Abysmal start to our holiday with shockingly poor customer service.

Nothing at all, we were left with no accommodation, wandering the streets at near midnight to find a repacement hotel.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY - Absolutely abysmal start to our holiday with shockingly poor customer service. The host said he would pick us up in 15 mins at the airport. We texted him as agreed on arrival and were left waiting 1hr 30 mins in the cold and rain outside the airport before finally being taken to the flat. The host's driver had even picked up other passenger before us, but who had arrived after us! We wanted a return pick up to the airport the next morning, but because we could not trust the host & to make sure the driver would actually turn up on time (as we had a flight to catch), we said that we would pay for both journeys in the morning. The driver refused and we were then evicted from the flat and left to wander the streets to find another hotel at near to midnight. Absolutely abysmal start to our holiday with shockingly poor customer service.

Невдалося звязатись із помешканням. 28 днів писав у помешкання про перенесення дат проживання через відміну літака. Відповідь з помешкання прийшла у день заїзду в обід. Непоїду більше туди.

Perfect for a stay just outside Rome

These apartments are in a perfect place for the airport, about 10-15 minutes on the bus (that also goes into Rome). Nearby there are some wonderful places to eat. There is a supermatket outside also. Although we only stayed whilst waiting for a connecting flight I would not hesitate to return and stay longer. Our host also arranged our shuttle to the airport the following day. The apartments were clean and spacious

I did not like the fact that we had to stand out in the hot sun for over two hours due to lack of communication from Booking dot Com as the owner was sending me messages through you in itilian and was not able to have them translated Would have avoided misunderstanding

clean but horrible communication and check in.

the apartment was very clean except the shower had a lot of mildew and the shower head was covered in it.

the person I was communicating with trying to check in quit responding to my texts when I said we were on the way and then we sat in front of the building with all our luggage for 45mins. I had to borrow a locals phone to call the number and he acted like he had no idea I was checking in that day for a minute and then said someone will come in 20mins. the man that came was someone that didn’t speak but a few words English but he was super sweet.

Apartment location was ok. We were just there overnight while waiting for a flight, and the place was fine for that. Probably wouldn’t stay here for more than one night. Not because of the room - it was large and comfortable, just not much to do other than walk a mile to the beach.

Good option if your flight has a stopover in Rome Fiumicino.

The staff is very friendly. Patrick picked me up from the airport in the evening and his colleague dropped me at the airport the following day in the early morning. So I haven't spent enough time in the flat. It looked spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and for what I needed it was a great option. It's close to the airport, however to reach this place you still need a cab or a shuttle.

The smell. This has nothing to do with the cleaning, the smell is in the entire building. I think the issue could be solved by running a dehumidifier. A good option during the winter/spring season.

A very good place to stay with best host in the city

The location is very good. Host is the best, very friendly and nice guy. Made the cheap shuttle to the airport right on time, when we needed. Responded quickly and even checked us in earlier, because we came too early. And also printed me some documents needed for free. The apartment has everything you may want. Good kitchen, bedroom and a little balcony, bathroom, free washing machine. And all was spotless. Definitely a place to stay another time.

There was a little trouble with hot water, but Ivo have sent a guy to repair it. If you travel by foot, supermarkets are a bit far away from the apartment, so consider it. And maybe if we came in the summer there would be much more restaurants open. But not so many in winter😁

Booked for 4, only had 2 cups! Electric kettle didn't work Double bed had a slats missing ...

Nice guys and convenient for overnight stop.. we'll use them again for sure!

Good location near airport ..convenient and reasonably priced shuttle service by the owner.. Coffee shop 50m down the street.. restaurants close.

Tea and coffee facilities would be good..maybe a bottle of water in the fridge; a tidy up inside the cupboards.. regrouting the shower..little things that would bring this apartment up a level.

Do not stay here unless you have no other choice. The place is not the picture they are showing.

The driver picked us up from the airport and gave us the keys. The neighborhood was lovely. However, the flat was awful, and it was not the flat promised in the picture.

The flat we were given is nothing like the picture we saw. The bed was HORRID. It was so e kind of cheap frame that you might see in a homeless shelter…they were like 2 twin frames pushed together inside a wooden bed frame. We could feel the springs poking us in the ribs all night! My husband had to go and sleep on the couch…I guess it was a couch. It too was not very nice. There was also a bad smell. It was truly and awful experience. I want my money back.

Disappointing experience. Bad ending to a beautiful trip.

The host was communicative.

Everything, place was unwelcoming. Smelled funny, we felt as if we were sleeping in soiled bedding. Photographs, misleading. It's nothing like the photos.

It`s ok, but can will be better.

Late check-in and transfer from airport

Very small, and a beetles was noticed in the bathroom. We flew in late at night and left early in the morning - we didn't have enough of an elementary couple of coffee sticks - because i can't get to the store in the middle of the night. At 7 a.m., we were woken up by the renovation work nearby.
