Una piccola corte di pietra da cui partire ogni giorno per vivere Matera

La posizione è eccezionale, a due passi dal duomo e da tutto ciò che a Matera c'è da vedere. Estrema gentilezza e diponbilità di Tea, che ci è venuta incontro su tutto, orari e aiuto per i bagagli, mettendoci a nostro agio. ottima anche l'offerta di prodotti per la colazione. Davvero grazie Tea!

Breakfast was ok. Location perfect. The owners helped us with the bags, they come with a car to get us from the parking and they take us with a car to the parking when leaving.

Just wonderful

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in a brilliant location. The apartment was immaculately clean; creatively furnished and very comfortable/roomy for 3 of us. All the facilities were excellent including the full kitchen, breakfast provisions and small touches - like the complementary wine & coffee supplies. Our host Tea (and her family) were so friendly and helpful - they do everything they can to make your stay so enjoyable (including helping us with car parking arrangements). Matera is a magical place in its own right and this apartment was the icing on the cake of a fantastic stay. We will be telling our friends.

Hard to fault, brilliant hosts, a beautiful house in one of the most interesting places in Puglia.

Hosts Tea and Antonio met us at our parking station (which they had reserved for us) then drove us to the accommodation and explained all about the property. They gave us recommendations about where to eat and booked an English walking for us. They are exemplary hosts.

Nothing, the property is extremely well set, comfortable and in a great location.

Great family experience to visit the city and staying at this place

Great location in the center. Good breakfast provided. Very large and clean appartment. The children 5 and 7 loved the city, the caves and the birdwatching (many little kestrels).

Superb

The location was in the middle of both Sassis and about 100m to the Piazza Duomo. Tea was friendly and met us at the car park and took us in their car as close as possible to the apartment. There was a convenient store very close by. Continental breakfast was provided with generous amount of cheese, yoghurt and salami.

We had to reset the hot water system as it kept cutting out and the wifi kept dropping out or was very weak when it was on.

Exceptional location in the heart of old town, very helpfull owners, smartly organized and comfortable space inside, nice place to sit outside in the evenings, superb espresso machine with coffee provided.

Everythings fine, but please note, that place is obviously not accessible by car.

Great apartment with everything you need right in the middle of Matera

Spacious and well appointed kitchen. Lovely bathroom. Good sized double and twin bedrooms. Great value for money. Very generous breakfast supplies left for us including fruit, yoghurt, juice, salami, milk, packaged croissants ,pikelets etc etc Our host Tea met us at the Parking station where she had reserved parking for us at 20 euros per 24 hours. She then drove us in her car as close as possible to the apartment and then accompanied us there. Tea also recommended a fab restaurant called Soul Kitchen where we had a wonderful dinner.

Fabulous place to stay in Matera!

The owners are wonderful people, so friendly and kind, and very attentive. They met us with a car and took us to the accommodation, which was very much appreciated, made a restaurant reservation for us and made sure we were comfortable. Everything in the house was great!

Exceptional

The apartment is just amazing. It is situated in a key location between the two sassi in Matera right in the centre of the old town. It is very well equipped, and we really liked the interior design as well as the little outdoor area in the inner courtyard. The hosts were very helpful, they helped us to carry our luggage from the parking because we were travelling with our child and a small baby. They are real hosts, putting their love and energy in this place. We highly recommend it!

The apartment was truly perfect, one minor suggestion for improvement would be to include some fresh fruits for the breakfast.

Excellent hosts, great location for exploring Matera

Hosts were gracious and thoughtful with the provisions in the home which was centrally located to explore Sassi di Matera! Had good recommendations for dinner and also helped make the reservations for us. Thank you Tea and Martino! Bravissimi!

The apartment is spacious, super location !

Super location in the old town, 200 meters from the Duomo. There is a nice seating area in front of the apartment. Free parking is a 10-minute walk away. Paid parking is 2 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, there is privacy for everyone, although the bedrooms do not have doors. There is no internet connection in one of the authentic cave room, but that didn't bother us. The owner leaves breakfast in the refrigerator. There was a lot of it that the children could eat during the day.

Memorable stay in Matera

The place is very well located and the hosts are very well organise to help with arrival and luggage. They left us a lot of food for the breakfast, we could not eat it all. We were very happy to have found this place and had a great time in Matera

Beautiful apartment in historic district

Very central, clean, apartment right off the Piazza Duomo. Perfect to reach every part of city. The owners were super nice and accommodating even picking me up and dropping me off at my bus stop to Bari. The breakfast is self catering and provided by the owners. There was a wide array of juices, breads, yogurt, cereal, meat and cheese. The apartment is well equipped and bedrooms are comfortable. I will definitely return!

Delightful!

A perfect little place in a dreamy courtyard in a great location in Matera! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the hosts are ever so kind and hospitable. Breakfast includes a variety of options and coffee and tea is readily available (and with options!). We traveled with 2 small children, and were very comfortable. We highly recommend staying here.

The 2nd bedroom doesn’t have a door on it, which is probably only a problem for people traveling with toddlers who get out of bed! :)

Fabulous experience!

Tea and Martino were great hosts, they picked us up from parking and took us and our belongings to the apartment. And what and apartment! Simply magic right next to Sasso Caveoso. All you need for a great stay is there, me and my family loved it! Highly recommend, I doubt you’d find a better apartment in whole Matera
