Clean, comfy, friendly staff, 130m from the boat, 2 windows to the sea and beach, so close to the beach, nice sunset spot on the rocks nearby, shower outside to rinse after the beach
Sometimes you can smell a sewer odor coming out of drains, but this is the case almost everywhere here

Winston and Sharon were really lovely, so friendly and helpful, the property was lovely, right next to the sea on a little peninsula of its own đ

The owner was very nice; the room was clean; and there was free wi-fi (except when electricity is shut off on the whole island between 6 a.m. and 1 p.m. each day). The owner was also nice enough not to charge us for the first night of our reservation because we could not make it from Big Corn Island to Little Corn Island due to the weather (no pangas or boats were allowed on the water the day we landed on Big Corn Island).
I want to preface this by saying that this is not a reflection on the effort of the owner to make things comfortable. With resources so limited on this small island, she does her best. But I do want to give other potential guests an idea of what to expect. The room was pretty bare. There were two beds, a rickety dresser, and two fans. The beds were extremely hard, and there was no hot water or toiletries. The water coming out of the shower had a metallic smell, which was concerning, so I made sure to keep my mouth shut while showering. In short, it felt more like camping than staying at a hotel.

Nice basic hotel room, right next to the sea and great to see the sunset. You can find cheaper similar places once you arrive to the island so we only stayed the first night but all was good with Sea View!
Once the owners realized we didn't stay longer, they were not as kind and welcoming anymore

the location is great and has a lovely garden looking at the sea
the room and facilities were bad. in our room there were a lot of faults. the room was very overpriced for what it is, you can find better elsewhere

Bed was comfortable.
I had to ask to have the room cleaned after 3 days. Stench from sewer flooded the washroom. Cleaning was mediocre. Made the bed, but that was it.

kitchen didnât work, atmosphere was not that nice

Best location of the whole island, occupies its private peninsula and offers the widest panorama. Mosquito nests were a must and gladly present.
Loud music till the early hours at times and lack of shared kitchen facilities that are vital on longer stays.

Location is nice with beach and town just outside of gates. Family that runs it are supper nice.
It was loud the night club across the bay was very loud until 2 most mornings. Hotel does not take credit cards which makes things challenging on Little Corn. Shower was cold water only which is common on the island

This is most probably the best hotel I stayed in whilst in Nicaragua for three weeks, on my third visit to this beautiful country. This was because of the hospitality and friendliness of the hotel jefe and her very friendly husband, son and visiting niece ,who all made me feel like being at home from the very first moment. The views and sounds in this hotel are to die for. An incredible place.

The location was great. Friendly staff/owners.
The unbearable noise of roosters starting to scream outside the window, every 15 seconds, from 5am in the morning = little sleep, unless you start your day at 5am. I don't.
