Luksus, na który powinieneś sobie przynajmniej czasem pozwolić...

To był mój pierwszy pobyt w Ritz'u i spełnił moje oczekiwania w 100%. Personel i obsługa na jaką liczysz w takich miejscach, czyli klient zawsze w centrum ich aktywności. Wyprzedzają twoje oczekiwania, a nawet myśli dotyczące spełnienia potrzeb. Ten pobyt będę długo wspominał. Był naprawdę doskonały. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Korzystałem z transferu z i na lotnisko, Restauracji na 18 piętrze oraz z Club Lounge. Wszystko polecam. Jedzenie prima sort. Nietanie, ale tanie mięso psy jedzą.

Был единственный момент, в ресторане на 18ом этаже. Очень долго готовили коктейли, но при этом они были очень вкусными.

Great to be back

Location and brand. Great staff.

Seems to have a different chef. Food was good but not exceptional in resturant. Exceptional in the Ozen Bar.

Чистота, красивый вид из окна, вежливый персонал

Приехали встретить Новый год, бронировали ужин в ресторане, по приезду огорчило то, что мест не оказалось, пришлось встречать новый год в номере. В качестве извинения был предложен ужин комплементарно, но к сожалению блюдо принесли полусырое, хотя мы просили полной прожарки, из-за того, что доча поела полусырое мясо, пропал аппетит, легли голодные. В общем праздник был испорчен. Заплатили за одну ночь немалые деньги, но удовольствия не дождались

good service, bad safety measures

Pretty much everything until the hair dryer got caught on fire

While everything was great, the blow dryer got caught on fire as I was drying my child’s hair and the fire started. The fire alarms never went off and the sockets kept working, although the dryer was in flames - that is a standard safety measure. I believe that the hotel of this level should have undergone all of the safety checks; however, it certainly does not feel so. In addition, the kettle in my room gave horrible metal flavour and we couldn’t have tea. Overall, cheap, old and overused kettles and hair dryers at the hotel are not being replaced in a timely manner, possessing serious harm for the health of the guests, on top of the fire alarms malfunction/ non- existence.

Superb

The Ritz-Carlton was elegant and modern as expected. The team was available and very helpful for needs around the clock! The restaurant Ozen has a great menu, a great Ambiente at the bag and a very nice terrace! The breakfast and so the coffee was just great at the 3rd floor!

The breakfast in the executive lounge is by far not as good as on 3rd floor!
