CUIDADO! CHOCARON MI CAMIONETA NUEVA LOS DEL VALET PARKING Y NO FUE LEVE.

El hotel es muy lindo y bien ubicado

El valet parking chocó mi camioneta el primer día que llegamos al estacionarla, rayó todo el costado y dobló una puerta. Fue una pésima experiencia porque además no tienen seguro, nos hicieron esperar con mentiras y cuentos más de 12 horas porque buscaban un seguro que cubriera el evento, (lo cual nunca aplica) la gerente estaba de fiesta y solo buscaba maneras para no pagar y tenernos esperando. Incluso quería que regresara en unos días para solucionarlo... Aunque decían que sí pagarían se hizo noche y solo se comprometieron a pagar al siguiente día. De los tres días que íbamos nos arruinaron la mitad de la vacación . Mientras eso se acordaba ya era media noche y experimenté varios episodios de ineptitud, poca preparación y capacitación del personal de recepción, evidentemente del valet parking y una desgracia la gerente que no sabía ni redactar una carta compromiso. No tienen idea de cómo reaccionar a crisis y jamás se les ocurrieron estrategias para aminorar la terrible experiencia. No ofrecieron cortesía de nada, hasta me cobraron la comida de mis hijos mientras esperábamos a su ajustador que nunca llegó. No quería las cosas gratis, pero un buen gerente hubiera hecho cosas para entretener a mis hijos en lo.que se arreglaba la situación. Aunque tenía mucha ilusión del lugar, NO LO RECOMIENDO. El personal bastante inútil. Grosero el recepcionista de la noche, el recepcionista del día tenía unos días que había empezado a trabajar, cero capacidad, experiencia, resolución... Nada... En verdad no fue grato. Y la cereza del pastel, una gerente inútil, mentirosa y poco habilidosa. Una desgracia. Les urge capacitación y mejorar su atención al cliente. Sé que fue un accidente, pero al final, chocaron una camioneta nueva y aunque si terminaron pagando nos arruinaron 2 días de.estancia y lo que me falta al tener que dejar mi camioneta para arreglar.

Las instalaciones del cuarto son hermosas, amplias y cómodas

No cumplen con lo de traer el valet parking el auto se tuvo que llevar y traer de forma personal el mismo porque nunca estuvo la persona encargada por diferentes circunstancias. Otro es que no se tiene elevador hay que subir y bajar escaleras para las personas de la tercera edad es complicado y no lo aclaran al hacer la reservación.

El cuarto estaba bonito, pero el baño sumamente viejo, sin mantenimiento, la tapa del wc toda vieja y percudida y el sofá cama de terror, incómodo y ya con los resortes salidos. La verdad fue una pésima experiencia, bastante caro para el cuarto que ofrecieron, no sé si todos los cuartos estén igual pero el nuestro en el primer piso con muchos detalles. Jamás lo recomendaré

Beautiful place with great location

Nice place to stay near the Zocalo. Friendly staff. Superb restaurant.

There was some noice in the morning that woke me up, it was a bit annoying.

Nice and quaint little downtown hotel

The downtown location is very good. Valet took care of car parking for a fee. The architecture and decoration is elegant and provides a great view from the rooftop. Receptionists were helpful.

My suite had a very high ceiling and 2 levels but no air circulation, ie stuffy. Fridge needed maintenance. Bathtub: hydro massage could not be switched on. Jacuzzi on rooftop was not available. Reply: Maintenance. Curbside terrace was also being painted and not available. Bar is closed on Tuesdays.

we would have loved to stay the other rooms were awesome.

the restaurant in the hotel was incredible. Augurio. pls have a meal at this place.

one of the three rooms we booked had a horrible smell. we would have stayed if we were able to move to another room, unfortunately, they were sold out. we ended up moving all three rooms to another hotel. front desk staff was very understanding, although the owners of the hotel should not have put the room up for sale.

It was a great choice and I'll definitely go back!

The staff was extremely friendly and nice, and it was really close to the center. We could use the hot tub for a couple of hours with privacy and comfort. The morning coffee was good!

The hot water of the jacuzzi took longer to run, so I had to pull some tweaks to make it hotter.

Must stay in Centro puebla

The theme is very elegant .. The staff Mauricio, Elizabeth, Antonio, Rafael were exceptional ... hotel is located well close to zocalo and many other museums walking distance. The rooms are spacious and chic. The jacuzzi on the terrace may be reserved during these pandemic times but it is a nice set up. Daily coffee is delivered to the room. Would definitely stay again

Would never recommended this hotel to anyone. We ended up booking into another hotel.

the room was lovely. The area was great.

The breakfast was appalling, no choice in food. the staff had bad attitude, especially when you came home late. they gave us vouchers to use that were unusable. they added more to bill. Booking.com gave me a price of $7200 Mexican peso when I arrived the price was $8246 Mexican peso
